Abstract

一种液晶显示器,包括框体、液晶显示单元、固定架、活动架及后盖,所述固定架锁固于所述框体,所述液晶显示单元的一侧边固定于所述固定架,所述后盖扣合于所述框体,所述活动架可滑动地装设于所述框体,所述液晶显示单元的另一侧边固定于所述活动架,若干锁固元件将所述活动架锁固于所述框体。所述活动架可滑动地装设于所述框体,从而易于锁固因公差而宽度略有不同的液晶显示单元,使其不易损坏。

【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种液晶显示器,特别是一种适用于笔记本电脑的液晶显示器。
【技术背景】
传统笔记本电脑的液晶显示单元是以若干螺丝或装设架固定于笔记本电脑的后盖或框体,如中国台湾专利公告第478603号的液晶显示器,其包括一后盖、一框体、一液晶显示单元及若干装设架,所述装设架是以若干螺丝装设于所述后盖,所述液晶显示单元是装设于所述装设架。但是,这样的固定结构只能装设固定宽度的液晶显示单元,而实际生产中,液晶显示单元的宽度会因制造公差而略有不同,如用上述结构固定,所述液晶显示单元难免受到其他元件的拉伸或挤压,液晶显示单元为脆弱易碎的元件,这样的固定方式使其在使用过程中更易于损坏。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种固定结构可适应液晶显示单元公差的液晶显示器。
一种液晶显示器,包括框体、液晶显示单元、固定架、活动架及后盖,所述固定架锁固于所述框体,所述液晶显示单元的一侧边固定于所述固定架,所述后盖扣合于所述框体,所述活动架可滑动地装设于所述框体,所述液晶显示单元的另一侧边固定于所述活动架,若干锁固元件将所述活动架锁固于所述框体。
相较现有技术,所述活动架可滑动地装设于所述框体,从而易于锁固因公差而宽度略有不同的液晶显示单元,使其不易损坏。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1,为本发明液晶显示器的较佳实施方式,其包括一个框体20、一个液晶显示单元60、一个后盖80及分别通过若干螺丝38、39安装于框架20的一个固定架22、一个第一枢轴26、一个活动架30和一个第二枢轴34。
请继续参阅图2,框体20是由四个边框形成的近似长方形,其中的一个边框200设有两个缺口202、204,分别用以收容第一枢轴26和第二枢轴34。框体20内侧邻近缺口202的一角设有一对开设有螺孔的凸柱206,邻近缺口204的一角设有一对开设有螺孔的凸柱208。框体20的四角分别设有一个通孔210。四个边框的内边缘围成一个开口212,液晶显示单元60通过开口212外露于框体20,以便使用者观看液晶显示单元60。
请参阅图1和图3,固定架22的主体220为“L”形截面的折片,主体220的一端向外延伸设有一片固定片222,固定片222上设有一对固定孔224。主体220的另一端弯折有一片凸片226,凸片226上设有一个锁固孔228。主体220上设有若干穿孔230。
第一枢轴26包括一个枢转部260和一个固定部262,固定部262大致为“凸”形片,其上设有一对固定孔264和一个通孔266。一对螺丝38可分别穿过第一枢轴26的固定孔264及固定架22的固定孔224,锁固于框体20的凸柱206,以将第一枢轴26和固定架22固定于框体20。
请参阅图1和图4,活动架30的主体300为“L”形截面的折片,主体300的一端向外延伸设有一片装设片302,装设片302上设有一对长形的滑孔304和一个长形的装设孔305。主体300的另一端弯折有一片凸片306,凸片306上设有一个长形的锁固孔308。主体300上设有若干穿孔310。
第二枢轴34包括一个枢转部340和一个装设部342,装设部342为与装设片302形状相似的片体,其上设有一对装设孔344和一个通孔346。每一装设孔344的一侧边缘设有一滑块348,滑块348的形状与活动架30的滑孔304的一端形状相配合,可收容于对应的滑孔304并在其中滑动。一对螺丝39可分别穿过第二枢轴34的装设孔344和活动架30的对应滑孔304,锁固于框体20的凸柱208,以将第二枢轴34和活动架30装设于框体20。
液晶显示单元60为一薄形长方体,其两短侧边分别对应固定架22和活动架30的穿孔230、310设有若干螺孔62。
后盖80的内侧四角分别设有一个开设螺孔的固定柱82。后盖80的一侧边缘还开设有两个缺口84、86,缺口84与框体20的缺口202构成第一枢轴26的收容口,缺口86与框体20的缺口204构成第二枢轴34的收容口,第一枢轴26的枢转部260和第二枢轴34的枢转部340分别从对应收容口穿出,以便于将所述液晶显示器枢转连接于笔记本电脑的底座。
请参阅图5至图7,安装时,首先以螺丝38先后穿过第一枢轴26的固定孔264和固定架22的固定孔224,锁固于框体20的对应凸柱206,将第一枢轴26和固定架22固定于框体20。以螺丝39先后穿过第二枢轴34的装设孔344和活动架30的对应滑孔304,锁固于框体20的对应凸柱208,将第二枢轴34和活动架30装设于框体20。此时,第二枢轴34的滑块348分别收容于活动架30的对应滑孔304内,由于滑孔304为长形,且滑块348的高度略大于装设片302的厚度,所以滑块348抵顶于框体20的凸柱208,而使第二枢轴34被螺丝39固定于框体20,活动架30则可相对于第二枢轴34和框体20有小距离的滑动,滑块348对活动架30的滑动起导向作用。
将液晶显示单元60放置于固定架22和活动架30所围成的收容空间内,以螺丝穿过固定架22的穿孔230锁固于液晶显示单元60一侧的螺孔62,再以螺丝穿过活动架30的穿孔310锁固于液晶显示单元60另一侧的螺孔62,从而将液晶显示单元60固定于框体20。因活动架30是可滑动地装设于框体20,固定架22和活动架30所围成的收容空间在宽度上可有一定范围的调整,从而满足因制造公差而宽度略有不同的液晶显示单元60的装设需求,使其在锁固时不会因宽度略有不同而受到拉伸或挤压,从而解决液晶显示单元60因存在制造公差而易于损坏的问题。将后盖80扣合于框体20,以四个锁固元件如螺丝90穿过框体20的通孔210后,分别穿过第一枢轴26的通孔266、活动架30的装设孔305和第二枢轴34的通孔346、固定架22的锁固孔228、活动架30的锁固孔308,锁固于后盖80的对应固定柱82,从而将框体20和后盖80装设于一起,完成液晶显示器的组装。此时,活动架30已被完全固定,不可滑动。

Claims (9)

1.一种液晶显示器,包括框体、液晶显示单元、固定架及后盖,所述固定架锁固于所述框体,所述液晶显示单元的一侧边固定于所述固定架,所述后盖扣合于所述框体,其特征在于:所述液晶显示器进一步包括活动架,所述活动架通过其上的滑孔可滑动地装设于所述框体,所述液晶显示单元的另一侧边固定于所述活动架,若干锁固元件将所述活动架锁固于所述框体。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述液晶显示器进一步包括枢轴,所述活动架的滑孔为长形,所述枢轴设有装设孔及滑块,所述滑块可收容于所述滑孔并在其中滑动,所述框体设有凸柱,螺丝穿过所述装设孔及滑孔锁固于对应的凸柱,将所述活动架和枢轴装设于所述框体。
3.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述滑块的高度略大于所述滑孔的深度。
4.如权利要求3所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述活动架的一端设有装设片,所述滑孔开设于所述装设片,所述装设片上进一步开设有长形的装设孔,所述枢轴设有通孔,所述框体也设有通孔,所述后盖设有固定柱,所述锁固元件为螺丝,螺丝先后穿过所述框体的通孔、所述活动架的装设孔、所述枢轴的通孔,锁固于所述后盖的固定柱。
5.如权利要求4所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述活动架的另一端弯折有凸片,所述凸片上设有长形的锁固孔,螺丝穿过框体对应所述锁固孔设置的通孔,锁固于后盖对应所述锁固孔设置的固定柱。
6.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述液晶显示器进一步包括枢轴,所述固定架的一端设有固定孔,所述枢轴也设有固定孔,所述框体设有凸柱,螺丝先后穿过所述枢轴和固定架的固定孔,锁固于所述框体的凸柱,将所述固定架和枢轴固定于所述框体。
7.如权利要求6所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述固定架的另一端弯折设有凸片,所述凸片上设有锁固孔,螺丝穿过框体对应所述锁固孔设置的通孔,锁固于后盖对应所述锁固孔设置的固定柱。
8.如权利要求1至7项中任何一项所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述固定架和所述活动架分别包括主体,所述主体上分别设有穿孔,所述液晶显示单元的相应两侧边分别设有螺孔,螺丝穿过所述穿孔锁固于对应的螺孔。
9.如权利要求1至7项中任何一项所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述框体设有开口,所述液晶显示单元通过所述开口外露于所述框体。
