Abstract

本发明加固片制造方法,在空白料带上冲制加工形成一加固片料带,加固片料带包括若干相连接的加固片,加固片具有固持部,每相邻的两个加固片的固持部以欲去除的料带相互连接,其中在各个加固片的固持部上形成一系列供传送该加固片料带的料带孔,之后切除各个加固片的固持部之间的料带,以形成相互分离的各个加固片,不需要在制造时供传送后又需切除的边料,可节省材料。

Description

加固片及其制造方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种加固片及其制造方法。
【背景技术】
参阅图3所示,其为加固片的传统制作流程的示意图。步骤一,对空白料带进行冲制加工形成加固片料带1’。如图3(a)所示,加固片料带1’包括边料11’及连接于边料11’的若干加固片12’,边料11’形成有一系列供传送该加固片料带1’的料带孔111’。加固片12’与边料11’相连接的侧边为去料边,去料边形成有若干微切口,微切口可使折去边料11’的过程更加容易操作。步骤二,将单个加固片部件2’从加固片料带1’中分离出来,并对加固片部件2’进行折弯加工。单个加固片部件2’包括一部分边料11’及连接于边料11’的单个加固片12’,如图3(b)所示。步骤三,将加固片部件2’插入绝缘本体3’,如图3(c)至图3(d)所示。步骤四,折去边料11’,形成如图3(e)所示的结构。在这种制造方法中,为送料的方便,去料边连接有在制造时供传送后又需切除的边料,浪费了材料。
鉴于以上缺失,特设计一种可以解决上述问题的加固片及其制造方法。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种节省材料的加固片及其制造方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种加固片制造方法,在空白料带上冲制加工形成一加固片料带,加固片料带包括若干相连接的加固片,加固片具有固持部,每相邻的两个加固片的固持部以欲去除的料带相互连接,其中在各个加固片的固持部上形成一系列供传送该加固片料带的料带孔,之后切除各个加固片的固持部之间的料带,以形成相互分离的各个加固片。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:在本发明加固片制造方法中不需要在制造时供传送后又需切除的边料,可节省材料。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图来详细说明本发明加固片及其制造方法。
请参阅图1所示,加固片1具有卡持于绝缘本体(未标示)的固持部11、焊接至电路板(未标示)的焊接部12及连接固持部11和焊接部12的连接部13。所述固持部11两侧边缘111a,111b为切料边,固持部11形成有供制造时传送料带的料带孔111,加固片1的最外侧边缘111c不为切料边,没有连接供在制造时传送料带后又需切除的边料,节省了材料,同时使得制造过程更加方便。所述切料边形成有若干可使折去边料的过程更加容易操作的微切口111d。所述固持部11的最外侧边缘111c连接两侧的切料边,固持部与最外侧边缘111c相对的内侧边缘111e连接连接部13,连接部13自内侧边缘111e延伸后弯曲向相反的方向延伸,焊接部12位于连接部13的一端。连接部13和焊接部12构成Z字形。
请参阅图2所述,下面介绍上述加固片1制造方法:步骤一,对一空白料带进行冲制加工形成加固片料带2。如图2(a)所示,加固片料带2包括若干在料带延伸方向上相连接的加固片1,每一个加固片1包括位于加固片料带2边缘的固持部11,各个加固片1的固持部11通过欲去除的料带连接部21相互连接,即固持部11在料带延伸方向上相对的两侧边缘为切料边,各个固持部11形成供传送该加固片料带2的料带孔111,即可直接通过固持部11进行送料,加固片1的最外侧边缘不为切料边,没有连接供在制造时传送料带后又需切除的边料,节省了材料。步骤二,切除各个加固片的固持部之间的料带连接部21,形成相互分离的各个加固片1,如图2(b)所示,并对加固片1进行折弯加工。步骤三,将加固片1安装入绝缘本体,如图2(c)至图2(d)所示。本发明加固片1制造方法同时也减少了加固片的制作步骤,无需最后折去在制造时供传送后又需切除的边料。

Claims (6)

1.一种加固片,其具有固持部及自固持部依次延伸的连接部和焊接部,固持部具有两相对侧边缘及分别与两相对侧边缘相连接的最外侧边缘,该两相对侧边缘为切料边,其特征在于:固持部上形成有供在制造时传送加固片料带的料带孔,加固片的最外侧边缘不为切料边,没有连接在制造时供传送加固片料带后又需切除的边料。
2.如权利要求1所述的加固片,其特征在于:所述切料边形成有若干可使折去边料的过程更加容易操作的微切口。
3.如权利要求1所述的加固片,其特征在于:所述固持部通过欲去除的料带连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的加固片,其特征在于:所述连接部自固持部向远离最外侧边缘方向延伸后,再反向弯曲朝向最外侧边缘方向延伸,焊接部位于连接部末端。
5.如权利要求4所述的加固片,其特征在于:连接部和焊接部构成Z字形。
6.一种加固片制造方法,在空白料带上冲制加工形成一加固片料带,加固片料带包括若干在料带延伸方向上相互连接的加固片,加固片具有固持部,每个固持部具有在料带延伸方向上的两相对侧边缘及连接该两相对侧边缘的最外侧边缘,每相邻的两个加固片的固持部的相对侧边缘以欲去除的料带相互连接,其特征在于:在各个加固片的固持部上形成一系列供传送该加固片料带的料带孔,之后切除各个加固片的固持部之间的料带,以形成相互分离的各个加固片,每一加固片最外侧边缘不为切料边,没有连接在制造时供传送加固片料带后又需切除的边料,该两相对侧边缘为切料边。
