背景技术

发明概述

衬垫层148可以在天线122、二极管124或膜128与压力开关110被粘附到的表面之间作为缓冲或以其他方式提供分隔。作为例子,衬垫层148可以防止可以由金属形成的天线122和二极管124刺激或接触压力开关110可以粘附到的组织部位。衬垫层148可以主要由任何缓冲材料或减震材料例如凝胶组成。在一个实施方案中,衬垫层148可以具有粘合特性,使得衬垫层148可以结合粘合层150的功能,而不需要包括单独的粘合层150。 
使膜128从未加压的位置130移动至加压的位置132的力134可以来自任何源,例如关于图1A和1B所描述的那些源。在膜128的接触侧152接触组织部位的实施例中,力134可以来自与作为患者的姿势或运动的结果而被压在组织部位上的物体的接触。例如,作为当压力开关110被粘附至患者的足部的足底区域时行走的结果,地板或鞋可以压在膜128上。在膜128的接触侧152接触邻近组织部位的物体例如衣服的物品的实施例中,力134可以来源于与组织部位本身的接触。例如,如果压力开关110被粘附至鞋的内底,那么当患者行走时,患者的足部的足底部分可以直接或间接压在膜128上。 
在一个实施方案中,当压力开关110正在从发射器接收第一信号例如图1A和1B中的第一信号108时,由于膜128上的力134,膜128可以塌陷入加压的位置132中,并且促成天线122和二极管124之间的电通信。天线122响应于天线122和二极管124之间的这种电通信可以发射第二信号114。第二信号114可以被发射器接收。 
参照图4,示出了根据一个例证性的实施方案的发射器106。发射器106在接收到来自压力开关的第二信号例如图1和3B中的第二信号114、 116时向患者输出警报,从而警告患者压力正在被施加于邻近压力开关的组织部位上。发射器106所发射的第一信号108可以作为给压力开关供电的功率源,压力开关可以是无源的。来源于第一信号108的功率可以允许压力开关将信号发送回至发射器106。此外,发射器106可以连续地或间歇地发射第一信号108。 
发射器106可以包括允许发射器106在信号从压力开关被接收时输出警报的一个或多个输出设备。例如,发射器106可以包括位于发射器106内部的使发射器106振动的振动设备(未示出)。因此,感觉到发射器106的振动的患者可以被警告在组织部位处的过大的压力的存在。发射器106还可以包括在信号从压力开关被接收时发射光以在视觉上警告患者的发光设备156。发射器106还可以包括在信号从压力开关被接收时发出声音以可听得见地警告患者的扬声器158。发射器106还可以具有在信号从压力开关被接收时电刺激患者的电输出设备(未示出)。发射器106还可以包括其他类型的输出设备。 
发射器106也可以具有任何形状或大小。例如,发射器106的一个或多个表面可以是弯曲的以适合患者的身体的轮廓,例如当发射器106被戴在患者的身体上时。在另一个实施例中,发射器106可以具有小尺寸,以允许患者方便地和不醒目地携带发射器106。 
在一个可选的实施方案中,发射器106可以仅仅在发射器106接收到来自压力开关的信号一段预定的时间例如一秒、五秒或十秒时才输出警报。在本实施方案中,当施加于压力开关上的压力仅仅是微小的、瞬间的或持续非常短的一段时间时,患者将不被发射器106警告。 
虽然已经在某些例证性的、非限制性的实施方案的内容中公开了本文所描述的例证性的实施方案,但是应当理解,可以作出各种变化、替换、置换和变更,而不偏离本发明的由所附的权利要求所限定的范围。应认识到,关于任何一个实施方案描述的任何特征也可以适用于任何其他的实施方案。 

Claims (31)

1.一种用于监测施加于组织部位上的压力的系统,所述系统包括:
发射器,其可操作来发射第一信号,其中当所述发射器接收到第二信号时所述发射器输出警报;以及
压力开关,其适合于放置为邻近所述组织部位,所述压力开关包括:
天线,其可操作来接收所述第一信号并发射所述第二信号;
二极管,其被布置为邻近所述天线并电连接到所述天线以形成电路;以及
膜,其覆盖所述天线和所述二极管,当力被施加于所述膜上时所述膜从未加压的位置可移动至加压的位置,以闭合所述天线和所述二极管之间的所述电路;
由此当所述膜在所述加压的位置中时所述天线发送所述第二信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中当所述发射器接收到所述第二信号时所述发射器振动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述天线由导电导管形成,并且其中所述导电导管形成螺旋。
4.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述膜在所述膜的面向天线的侧上包括导电材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中当所述力的至少一部分从所述膜除去时所述膜从所述加压的位置移动至所述未加压的位置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述膜被成形以形成圆顶。
7.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述压力开关是无源设备。
8.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述压力开关还包括:
粘合层,其适合于邻近所述组织部位粘附所述压力开关,并且
其中所述天线被布置在所述粘合层和所述膜之间。
9.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述压力开关还包括:
粘合层,其适合于将所述压力开关粘附至所述组织部位,并且
其中所述天线被布置在所述粘合层和所述膜之间。
10.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述压力开关还包括:
衬垫层,并且
其中所述天线和所述二极管被布置在所述衬垫层和所述膜之间。
11.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述压力开关还包括:
由凝胶形成的衬垫层,并且
其中所述天线和所述二极管被布置在所述衬垫层和所述膜之间。
12.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述压力开关还包括:
粘合层,其适合于邻近所述组织部位粘附所述压力开关,其中所述天线被布置在所述粘合层和所述膜之间;以及
衬垫层,其被布置在所述粘合层和所述天线之间。
13.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述第一信号和所述第二信号是无线电信号。
14.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述二极管与所述天线间隔开一间隙,并且其中当所述膜在所述加压的位置中时所述膜电力地桥接所述间隙。
15.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中:
所述天线由导电导管形成,
所述导电导管形成螺旋,
所述膜在所述膜的面向天线的侧上包括导电材料,并且
所述压力开关还包括:
粘合层,其适合于邻近所述组织部位粘附所述压力开关,其中所述天线被布置在所述粘合层和所述膜之间;以及
衬垫层,其被布置在所述粘合层和所述天线之间。
16.一种用于监测施加于组织部位上的压力并适合于放置为邻近所述组织部位的压力开关,所述压力开关包括:
天线,其可操作来接收第一信号并发射第二信号;
二极管,其被布置为邻近所述天线并具有一端电连接到所述天线;
间隙,其在所述二极管的另一端和所述天线之间且当闭合时可操作来形成电路;
膜,其覆盖所述天线和所述二极管,当力被施加于所述膜上时所述膜从未加压的位置可移动至加压的位置,以桥接所述间隙并闭合所述天线和所述二极管之间的所述电路;
由此当所述膜在所述加压的位置中时所述天线发送第二信号。
17.根据权利要求16所述的压力开关,还包括:
发射器,其可操作来将所述第一信号发射至所述天线,其中当所述发射器接收到所述第二信号时所述发射器输出警报。
18.根据权利要求17所述的压力开关,其中当所述发射器接收到所述第二信号时所述发射器振动。
19.根据权利要求16所述的压力开关,其中所述天线由导电导管形成,并且其中所述导电导管形成螺旋。
20.根据权利要求16所述的压力开关,其中所述膜在所述膜的面向天线的侧上包括导电材料。
21.根据权利要求16所述的压力开关,其中当所述力的至少一部分从所述膜除去时所述膜从所述加压的位置移动至所述未加压的位置。
22.根据权利要求16所述的压力开关,其中所述膜被成形以形成圆顶。
23.根据权利要求16所述的压力开关,其中所述压力开关是无源设备。
24.根据权利要求16所述的压力开关,其中所述压力开关还包括:
粘合层,其适合于邻近所述组织部位粘附所述压力开关,并且其中所述天线被布置在所述粘合层和所述膜之间。
25.根据权利要求16所述的压力开关,其中所述压力开关还包括:

30.根据权利要求16所述的压力开关,其中所述二极管与所述天线间隔开一间隙,并且其中当所述膜在所述加压的位置中时所述膜电力地桥接所述间隙。
31.根据权利要求16所述的压力开关,还包括:
发射器,其可操作来将所述第一信号发射至所述天线,其中当所述发射器接收到所述第二信号时所述发射器输出警报,并且
