背景技术
提供具有两个或更多零部件(例如主体和出嘴)的闭合件是公知的。在许多情况下必须将外来流体施加至这种闭合件。例如，在制造过程中将冷却或清洁流体喷射到闭合件上。
难以生产能够可靠地阻止水进入到主体和嵌入件的各个部分之间的闭合件。结果是流体能够陷存在闭合件内，这不是所希望的。
发明内容
本发明寻求解决已知闭合件的这些问题。
根据本发明的第一方面，提供了一种闭合件，其包括主体和嵌入件，并具有排液系统，该排液系统用于允许施加到闭合件的流体在嵌入件的外部与主体的内部之间经过，以允许去除流体。
所述排液系统可以包括形成在嵌入件和主体之间的接合部处的一个或更多排液通路。
排液通路可以整体或部分地形成在主体和嵌入件中的任一个或两者上。
特定或每个排液通路可以包括形成在嵌入件的周边处的一个或更多狭槽。
嵌入件可以在其周边包括多个肋或径向突起。所述狭槽可以形成在肋之间。
所述狭槽可以包括倾斜的排液面，以有助于排液。
嵌入件可以包括多个相互间隔的保持辐条。这些辐条可以限定(至少部分地)所述排液通路。
嵌入件可以包括出嘴。例如，饮用嘴可能需要利用清洁流体消毒，并且此后清洁流体需要被去除以便不会影响使用者的味觉。
主体可以包括基部和盖。基部和盖可以通过铰接头(例如咬合铰接头)结合。盖与基座之间的接合部是流体可能进入的点。
根据第二方面，提供了一种用于闭合件主体的嵌入件，包括一个或更多排液通路，其用于允许施加到闭合件的流体在嵌入件的外部和主体的内部之间经过，以允许去除所述流体。

具体实施方式
首先参考图1-3，示出了总体用10表示的闭合件。闭合件10包括主体15、出嘴嵌入件20和自闭合阀组件25。
主体15包括大体圆筒形侧壁16，其在一端处具有通过多个易碎桥件18与其相连的显窃启环形环17。
侧壁16在其与带17相反的端部处以径向向内延伸的环形肩部16c终止。总体塔状盖30经由铰接头32连接至肩部16c的自由端。
侧壁16的内部包括内螺纹形成部16a，其用于啮合容器颈部上的对应外螺纹形成部。侧壁16的内部还包括环形保持圈条16b。
带17的内部包括多个上翻的接片17，用于接合到容器颈部上的锁定圈条下面，使得如果闭合件被拧开，带17将保留在容器颈部上。
盖30包括大体六边形的顶板34，从顶板34悬垂有塞子(spigot)36。与铰接头32相对地，盖32包括小突舌38，其用于提举盖并使其相对于基部15翻开。
显窃启条40易碎地连接在盖30与基部15之间。条40在任一端处终止于突片42，以允许在首次打开盖之前将条40撕掉。
现在参考图4，出嘴20包括大体圆筒形下部50、大体圆筒形中央部分51和大体截头圆锥形上部52。
下部50包括环形密封部分54，其具有外部密封圈条56。使用中，密封部分54进入容器颈部使得密封圈条56抵靠容器颈部的内表面密封(如图5、6所示)。
中心保持部分51包括环形基部58，多个间隔的轴向肋60从环形基部突出，用于将嵌入件20固定在主体15中。
基部58还包括多个位于每个肋60的底部处的径向向外延伸的保持辐条62。在每个辐条62之间是倾斜的突脊64，其以与肋60大致相同程度地径向向外延伸。辐条62为大体L形，其较短支腿从上部52突伸离开。
如图1所示，上部52包括弯曲的大体截头圆锥形外表面，该外表面限定出嘴。在出嘴侧壁的与中央部分51相反的端部处是圆筒形终端部分70。环形孔壁72从部分70的自由端向内延伸并限定孔74。环形保持圈条76从终端部分的基部向内悬垂。
自闭合阀组件25包括主体26和阀27。这种结构本身可以从申请人的国际专利申请No.PCT/EP2005/053917中知道。阀主体26包括保持圈条28，其夹在出嘴保持圈条上。阀组件25被接纳在保持圈条76和环形壁72之间，如图1所示。
现在还参考图5和图6，出嘴20被接纳在主体15中。保持辐条62接合在保持圈条16b上，肋60紧密地装配在由肩部16c所限定的孔内，使得出嘴被牢固地保持在位。肋60还紧密地装配在盖30内，以将其保持在闭合位置。塞子36进入孔74并抵靠在阀27上，以防止阀在盖闭合的情况下打开。
如从图4-6能最清楚地理解到的，当嵌入件20在合适位置时，在中央部分51的辐条62和突脊64与侧壁16之间形成狭槽。另外，通过肋60在盖30与基部58之间形成通道。
如图6所示，当流体喷洒在闭合件10处时，其可能经由盖30与基部15之间的铰接线接合部进入闭合件的内部。如果发生这种情况，在流过狭槽之前，流体能在肋60之间流过并向下流到突脊64上，并且然后在闭合件和容器的螺纹之间流过，并在侧壁16的底部处流出来。这意味着存在无阻碍的排液通路，在流体进入闭合件的情况下允许流体遵循排液通路流动。例如通过在闭合件处进行吹风迫使流体通过排液通路可能是需要的。

Claims (11)

1.一种闭合件，其包括主体和嵌入件，并具有排液系统，该排液系统用于允许施加到闭合件的流体在嵌入件的外部与主体的内部之间经过，以允许去除流体。
2.根据权利要求1的闭合件，其中，所述排液系统包括形成在嵌入件和主体之间的接合部处的一个或更多排液通路。
3.根据权利要求2的闭合件，其中，特定或每个排液通路包括形成在嵌入件的周边处的一个或更多狭槽。
4.根据权利要求3的闭合件，其中，嵌入件在其周边包括多个肋。
5.根据权利要求4的闭合件，其中，所述狭槽形成在所述肋之间。
6.根据权利要求3-5中任一项的闭合件，其中，所述狭槽包括倾斜的排液面。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项的闭合件，其中，嵌入件包括多个相互间隔的保持辐条。
8.根据权利要求7的闭合件，其中，这些辐条至少部分地限定所述排液通路。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项的闭合件，其中，嵌入件包括出嘴。
