Abstract
本发明提供一种改进向磨机主轴的心轴供给的切削液的排泄构造。磨机主轴(100)具有由轴承16支承于壳体内的心轴(20)、具有冷却介质贯通通路(22)的拉杆(24)、通过旋转接头(40、50)的切削液(C1)向冷却介质贯通通路(22)输送,但一部分回收于排泄室(105)内。旋转部件(110)安装在心轴(20)的后端部上,且装备了具有凸缘密封部件(152)的迷宫式密封装置(150)。供气部件(120)具有两个气密部件(142、144),空气(A1)向迷宫式密封装置(150)侧输送而形成气密。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机床的磨机主轴,特别是涉及一种改进了防止向磨机主轴内供给的切削液从旋转接头部浸入轴承部或电机中的密封构造的机床的磨机主轴。
背景技术
图5~图7示出机床的磨机主轴的一般构造。
图5为示出磨机主轴的构造的剖视图,图6为要部的放大的剖视图。
整体以符号1表示的磨机主轴具有在壳体10内由前侧的轴承12、14和后侧的主轴16支承的心轴20。在心轴20内设有将工具向心轴拉入或压出的拉杆24,在拉杆24的中心形成用于向工具供给切削液的冷却介质贯通通路22。
在心轴20的外周部安装有电机的转子30,与定子32之间构成电机。
在拉杆24的后端部安装有旋转侧的接头40,在与固定于壳体10侧的接头50之间构成旋转接头。
从固定侧的接头50的通路52供给的切削液通过旋转侧的接头40的通路42送入冷却介质贯通通路22。由于在固定侧的接头50与旋转侧的接头40之间设有微小的间隙G1,由该间隙G1会发生少量的切削液的泄漏。
在旋转接头的构造上,完全防止该切削液的泄漏是困难的。
为此,设有将壳体10内部的排泄室62与壳体的外部相通的排泄孔60,以将泄漏的切削液向磨机主轴的外部排出。
另外,由于切削液一旦浸入轴承16或电机部30、32中,就会成为由轴承或电机构成的驱动部破损的重大故障的原因,因此,配置迷宫式密封装置70以防止切削液对驱动部的浸入。
但是,如图7所示,在由于某些原因导致大量的切削液C1从旋转接头部向排泄室62泄漏时,从排泄孔60的排出时间无法与其相对应,导致存在切削液C1的一部分通过迷宫式密封装置70而损伤轴承16或电机30、32的情况。
防止从心轴的旋转接头部泄漏的切削液浸入驱动部的机构也由下述的专利文献1公开。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种即使在从旋转接头部泄漏大量的切削液时,也具有可靠地防止切削液浸入心轴的轴承或电机等驱动机构中的密封装置的机床的磨机主轴。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明的磨机主轴具有通过轴承支承于主轴的壳体内的心轴、直接驱动心轴的配设于壳体内的电机、能够滑动地插入心轴内的拉杆、设置于拉杆的轴心且供给切削液的冷却介质贯通通路、配设于拉杆的后端侧部且将从固定侧供给的切削液向旋转的心轴侧输送的旋转接头,还具有:用于将从旋转接头泄漏的切削液加以收容而设置于壳体内部的排泄室、安装在心轴的后端部且与排泄室对置的旋转部件、固定在壳体侧且与旋转部件对置的供气部件、安装在供气部件且将该供气部件与旋转部件之间气密的气密装置、具有防止排泄室的切削液浸入旋转部件侧的凸缘密封部件的迷宫式密封装置。
并且,气密装置具有:配设于迷宫式密封装置侧的第一气密部件、配设于驱动装置侧的第二气密部件、在第一气密部件和第二气密部件之间开口的喷气口。
此外,气密部件具有两个倾斜面和由两个倾斜面形成的山部,且通过选择倾斜面的特性,具有使空气通过第一气密部件的功能。
另外,迷宫式密封装置所具有的凸缘密封部件具有其前端朝向排泄室侧弯折的特性。
作为本发明的机床的磨机主轴,从旋转接头部泄漏的切削液能够通过迷宫式密封装置和具有气密的密封装置,可靠地防止对驱动部的浸入。

具体实施方式
图1为示出本发明的机床的磨机主轴的构造的剖视图,图2为要部的剖视图。整体以符号100表示的本发明的机床的磨机主轴具有在壳体10内由轴承12、14、16支承的心轴20。拉杆24和冷却介质贯通通路22、转子30、定子32的构成与按照图5~图7所述的构成是相同的,在此附以相同的符号,省略对其说明。
对于该磨机主轴100,也由固定侧的接头50和安装到拉杆24的端部的旋转侧的接头40构成旋转接头。
在固定侧的接头50与旋转侧的接头40之间形成间隙G1也与先前说明的磨机主轴相同。
本发明的磨机主轴100在壳体10内也设有排泄室105。
在排泄室105的下方装备有相对于心轴20成一体安装的旋转部件110和安装于壳体10侧的供气部件120。在供气部件120的内周部与旋转部件110的外周部之间装备有气密装置140,在旋转部件110与排泄室105之间设有迷宫式密封装置150。
图3示出本发明的密封装置的详细图。供气部件120具有空气通路130,从壳体侧接受空气A1的供给。设置于空气通路130前端的喷气口132开口于构成气密装置140的两段气密部件142、144之间。
向气密装置140供给的空气A1如后述的形态,形成朝向迷宫式密封装置150侧的空气流。
图4示出气密装置140的功能。
气密装置140具有内周部与旋转部件110的外周部接触的两段气密部件142、144。并且,喷气口132开口于该两段气密部件142、144的中间。
设置于迷宫式密封装置150侧的第一气密部件142具有由两个倾斜面142a、142b形成的山部142c。
同样地,设置于由轴承或电机等构成的驱动部侧的第二气密部件144也具有由两个倾斜面144a、144b形成的山部144c。
通过适当地选择该第一气密部件142和第二气密部件144的倾斜面的规格,空气A1能够通过第一气密部件142,形成朝向迷宫式密封装置150侧的气流。
在排泄室105内的切削液的水压处于较低的通常状态下,空气A1从上方推压迷宫式密封装置150的凸缘密封部件152,在凸缘密封部件152的前端部152a与旋转部件110之间形成适当的空隙,防止了凸缘密封部件152的磨耗。
在由于某些原因从旋转接头部漏出大量的切削液C1时,排泄室105的内压上升。该升压的切削液C1将迷宫式密封装置150的凸缘密封部件152推上,将凸缘密封部件152的前端部152a向旋转部件110推压。通过该作用,提高了凸缘密封部件的密封性,防止了切削液C1浸入驱动部。
作用于凸缘密封部件152上的切削液C1作为润滑剂发挥功能,保护了凸缘密封部件152。
本发明的主轴如上所述,通过具有的密封装置具备气密装置和有凸缘密封部件的迷宫式密封装置,即使从设于主轴内部的旋转接头部泄漏大量切削液时,也可以防止切削液浸入轴承或电机等驱动部,从而能够将损伤抑制在最小限度。
Claims (3)
1.一种机床的磨机主轴,其是装备在机床上的磨机主轴,其中,
具有:经由轴承支承于主轴的壳体内的心轴、直接驱动心轴的配设于壳体内的电机、能够滑动地插入心轴内的拉杆、设置于拉杆的轴心且供给切削液的冷却介质贯通通路、配设于拉杆的后端部侧且将从固定侧供给的切削液向旋转的心轴侧输送的旋转接头,
还具有:用于将从旋转接头泄漏的切削液加以收容而设置于壳体内部的排泄室、安装在心轴的后端部且与排泄室对置的旋转部件、固定在壳体侧且与旋转部件对置的供气部件、安装在供气部件且将该供气部件与旋转部件之间气密的气密装置、具有防止排泄室的切削液浸入旋转部件侧的凸缘密封部件的迷宫式密封装置,
气密装置所具有的气密部件具有两个倾斜面和由两个倾斜面形成的山部,且通过选择倾斜面的特性,具有使空气通过气密部件的功能。
2.如权利要求1所述的机床的磨机主轴,其特征在于,
气密装置具有:配设于迷宫式密封装置侧的第一气密部件、配设于驱动装置侧的第二气密部件、在第一气密部件和第二气密部件之间开口的喷气口。
3.如权利要求1所述的机床的磨机主轴,其特征在于,
迷宫式密封装置所具有的凸缘密封部件具有其前端朝向排泄室侧弯折的特性。
