Abstract

本发明公开了一种双质量飞轮总成,其特征在于:在所述飞轮盘毂和飞轮主动盘之间设置有一个双向限位过桥轴承;所述的双向限位过桥轴承,其外套与飞轮盘毂内端固定连接,其内套与飞轮主动盘固定连接。带有该双质量飞轮总成的车辆,能够使换挡无间隙,更平稳,在加油提速时,双质量飞轮总成还可起到缓冲减震作用。延长使用寿命,提高工作安全性。

一种双质量飞轮总成
技术领域
本发明涉及一种双质量飞轮总成,属于汽车配件制造技术领域。
背景技术
双质量飞轮于上世纪80年代末出现在汽车上,所谓双质量飞轮,就是将原来的一个飞轮分成两个部分,一部分保留在原来发动机一侧的位置上,用于起动和传递发动机的转动扭矩,称为初级质量。另一部分则放置在传动系变速器一侧,用于提高变速器的转动惯量,称为次级质量。由于次级质量能在不增加飞轮的惯性矩的前提下提高传动系的惯性矩,令共振转速下降到怠速转速以下。例如德国鲁克(LUK)公司的发动机双质量飞轮将共振转速从1300转/分降到了300转/分。目前一般汽车怠速在800转/分左右,也就是说在任何情况下,出现共振转速都在发动机运行的转速范围以外,只有在发动机刚起动和停机时才会越过共振转速。双质量飞轮是当前汽车上隔振减振效果最好的装置,DE3721712C2、DE4117582A1、DE4117579A1等均涉及这种装置。上世纪90年代以来在欧洲得到广泛推广,已从高级轿车推广到中级轿车,尤其是柴油机动车。CN200710192763.0公开了一种双质量飞轮,该双质量飞轮由一个可与发动机输出轴相连接的初级质量和一个可与变速器输入件相连接的次级质量组成,该初级质量和该次级质量借助于至少一个支承装置同轴心地且在轴向上彼此相对地定位,并且可抵抗一个具有能量储存器、尤其是螺旋压簧的减振装置的作用受限制地彼此相对扭转。CN 200820071783.2公开了一种双质量飞轮,采用滑动轴承替代传统的滚珠轴承,其齿圈与第一质量壳体过盈配合连接,弧型弹簧式阻尼机构位于第一质量壳体的腔中,传力板铆接在第二质量盘上,轴承座与第一质量壳体铆接,信号轮与该第一质量壳体焊接,滑动轴承与第二质量盘过盈配合连接,该滑动轴承与轴承座滑动配合连接。上述的各种双质量飞轮虽取得了相当的成绩,但其初级质量与次级质量的连接不甚理想,其整体价格也较高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种双质量飞轮总成,以满足机动车便捷提速、缓冲减震、提高使用效率和精度的需要。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种双质量飞轮总成,包括飞轮主动盘及与其固定连接的飞轮减震盘和齿圈,以及与飞轮盘连接的飞轮盘毂、与飞轮主动盘铆接的定位盘,其弹簧设置在飞轮主动盘、飞轮盘毂、飞轮减震盘之间,弹簧与飞轮盘毂之间为阻尼式弹簧连接;装饰圈连接在飞轮减震盘上,其还在所述飞轮盘毂和飞轮主动盘之间设置有一个双向限位过桥轴承;所述的双向限位过桥轴承,其外套与飞轮盘毂内端固定连接,其内套与飞轮主动盘固定连接。
所述双向限位过桥轴承其外套固定设置在飞轮盘、飞轮盘毂内端面与双向限位过桥轴承压紧圈围成的空腔内,所述双向限位过桥轴承压紧圈固定设置在飞轮盘毂上;所述双向限位过桥轴承其内套与焊接在飞轮主动盘上的轴承固定圈固定连接,并通过轴承固定圈压紧在飞轮主动盘上。
所述的飞轮盘、飞轮盘毂与双向限位过桥轴承压紧圈通过总成铆钉铆接在一起。在飞轮盘与总成铆钉间还设置总成铆钉垫。
在所述的飞轮主动盘、飞轮盘毂之间还设置有摩擦垫圈、固定垫圈和碟型垫圈;所述摩擦垫圈与飞轮主动盘接触,所述碟型垫圈与飞轮盘毂接触,固定垫圈设置在摩擦垫圈和碟型垫圈之间。
所述弹簧包括减震弹簧和二级减震弹簧,二级减震弹簧套装在减震弹簧内;在所述减震弹簧的外侧设置减震弹簧保护圈,所述减震弹簧保护圈位于减震弹簧与飞轮主动盘、飞轮减震盘之间的空隙内。
上述的双质量飞轮总成,其飞轮主动盘的外圆上设置有止口,齿圈通过该止口与飞轮主动盘连接。
本发明的有益效果是:其减振效果好,转动惯量小,换档容易;简化了飞轮结构;降低了振动噪声,结构新颖,简单合理。具有优秀的驾驶舒适性,吸收振动,防止噪音,创造舒适、低转速行驶,能够节省燃油、减轻曲轴和变速箱负荷。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示,一种双质量飞轮总成,其包括弹簧、飞轮主动盘11、定位盘10、飞轮减震盘3、飞轮盘毂4、飞轮盘5、齿圈19、装饰圈1及双向限位过桥轴承9。其飞轮主动盘11与定位盘10铆接、与飞轮减震盘3焊接,飞轮减震盘3与装饰圈1焊接;飞轮主动盘11的外圆上设有止口21,齿圈19通过该止口21与飞轮主动盘11紧密连接;在飞轮主动盘11外圆外套有紧固圈2。其飞轮盘5、飞轮盘毂4与双向限位过桥轴承压紧圈20通过总成铆钉8铆接在一起,飞轮盘5与总成铆钉8间设置总成铆钉垫7。飞轮盘毂4和飞轮主动盘11之间设置有摩擦垫圈13、固定垫圈14和碟型垫圈6,所述摩擦垫圈13与飞轮主动盘11接触,所述碟型垫圈6与飞轮盘毂4接触,固定垫圈14设置在摩擦垫圈13和碟型垫圈6之间;飞轮盘毂4的内侧和飞轮主动盘11之间还设置有一个双向限位过桥轴承9。
如图3所示,所述双向限位过桥轴承9包括外套22和内套23,其外套22由分体、相应的两部分组成。外套22和内套23之间为滚动件。
如图1所示,所述双向限位过桥轴承9的外套22固定设置在飞轮盘5、飞轮盘毂4内端而与双向限位过桥轴承压紧圈20围成的空腔内,所述双向限位过桥轴承压紧圈20固定设置在飞轮盘毂4上;所述双向限位过桥轴承9的内套23与焊接在飞轮主动盘11上的轴承固定圈12固定连接,并通过轴承固定圈12压紧在飞轮主动盘11上。
如图1所示,其弹簧设置在飞轮主动盘11、飞轮盘毂4、飞轮减震盘3之间,飞轮盘毂4和弹簧的连接方式为阻尼式弹簧滑动连接。弹簧包括减震弹簧16和二级减震弹簧17,二级减震弹簧17套装在减震弹簧16内;在所述减震弹簧16的外侧设置减震弹簧保护圈18,所述减震弹簧保护圈18位于减震弹簧16与飞轮主动盘11、飞轮减震盘3之间的空隙内。
本实施例的双质量飞轮总成,其装配程序为:先把轴承固定圈12焊接到飞轮主动盘11上,再把定位盘10和飞轮主动盘11用定位铆钉24进行铆合,把二级减震弹簧17放进减震弹簧16里,将减震弹簧16和减震弹簧护圈18放在飞轮主动盘1上的相应位置,将摩擦垫圈13、固定垫圈14、碟型垫圈6、轴承压紧圈20放在飞轮主动盘11上。然后安装双向限位过桥轴承9,双向限位过桥轴承9的外套22镶在飞轮盘毂4的内端,双向限位过桥轴承9的内套与飞轮主动盘11、轴承固定圈12贴合,将轴承固定圈12外端进行压铆。然后将飞轮减震盘3与飞轮主动盘11进行焊接,再把装饰圈1放在飞轮减震盘3上焊接牢固,将飞轮盘5、飞轮盘毂4和双向限位过桥轴承压紧圈20用总成铆钉8穿上,再放上总成铆钉垫7进行铆合。将紧固圈2套在飞轮主动盘11上,最后把齿圈19镶在飞轮主动盘11外圆上的止口21位置。
本实施例的双质量飞轮总成,因其飞轮主动盘外圆的独特齿圈止口设计,飞轮主动盘外圆齿圈宽度及位置可根据启动机的位置要求自由设定,不影响飞轮主动盘的总高度、使用功能。而且带有该双质量飞轮总成的车辆,能够使换挡无间隙,更平稳,在加油提速时,双质量飞轮总成还可起到缓冲减震作用。延长使用寿命,提高工作安全性。

Claims (6)

1.一种双质量飞轮总成,包括飞轮主动盘及与其固定连接的飞轮减震盘和齿圈,以及与飞轮盘连接的飞轮盘毂、与飞轮主动盘铆接的定位盘,双质量飞轮总成弹簧设置在飞轮主动盘、飞轮盘毂、飞轮减震盘之间,弹簧与飞轮盘毂之间为阻尼式弹簧连接;装饰圈连接在飞轮减震盘上,其特征在于:在所述飞轮盘毂和飞轮主动盘之间设置有一个双向限位过桥轴承;所述双向限位过桥轴承其外套固定设置在飞轮盘、飞轮盘毂内端面与双向限位过桥轴承压紧圈围成的空腔内,所述双向限位过桥轴承压紧圈固定设置在飞轮盘毂上;所述双向限位过桥轴承其内套与焊接在飞轮主动盘上的轴承固定圈固定连接,并通过轴承固定圈压紧在飞轮主动盘上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双质量飞轮总成,其特征在于:所述的飞轮盘、飞轮盘毂与双向限位过桥轴承压紧圈通过总成铆钉铆接在一起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双质量飞轮总成,其特征在于:在飞轮盘与总成铆钉间还设置总成铆钉垫。
4.根据权利要求2所述的双质量飞轮总成,其特征在于:在所述的飞轮主动盘、飞轮盘毂之间还设置有摩擦垫圈、固定垫圈和碟型垫圈;所述摩擦垫圈与飞轮主动盘接触,所述碟型垫圈与飞轮盘毂接触,固定垫圈设置在摩擦垫圈和碟型垫圈之间。
5.根据权利要求2所述的双质量飞轮总成,其特征在于:所述弹簧包括减震弹簧和二级减震弹簧,二级减震弹簧套装在减震弹簧内;在所述减震弹簧的外侧设置减震弹簧保护圈,所述减震弹簧保护圈位于减震弹簧与飞轮主动盘、飞轮减震盘之间的空隙内。
6.根据权利要求2所述的双质量飞轮总成,其特征在于:其飞轮主动盘的外圆上设置有止口,齿圈通过该止口与飞轮主动盘连接。
