Abstract
一种组合式烟火探测器和照明设备包括安装在外壳上面的烟火探测器传感器、安装在所述外壳上面的光源、和安装在所述外壳上面的电气接口。所述电气接口与所述烟火探测器和所述光源电气连通。

技术领域
本申请披露内容涉及飞行器货舱,且特别是,本申请披露内容涉及一种用于飞行器货舱的组合式烟火探测器和照明设备。
背景技术
运输机和客机通常在货舱内设置烟火探测器和货舱照明设备。该烟火探测器和货舱照明设备为使用独立的装配设施和配线的独立的系统。该独立系统会导致飞行器重量增加。此外,由于照明设备和探测器必须被设计和制造以便于实施两种工艺技术,因此罩住照明设备和探测器的货舱衬垫(liner)的成本更加昂贵。
发明内容
根据本申请披露内容的一个典型方面的组合式烟火探测器和照明设备包括安装在外壳上面的烟火探测器传感器、安装在所述外壳上面的光源、和安装在所述外壳上面的电气接口。所述电气接口与烟火探测器和所述光源电气连通。
根据本申请披露内容的一个典型方面的飞行器货舱包括货舱衬垫。外壳被安装在所述货舱衬垫上从而包括带有安装在所述外壳上面的电气接口的烟火探测器和光源,所述电气接口与烟火探测器和所述光源电气连通。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地示出了一种典型的通常具有货舱22和驾驶员座舱24的飞行器20。尽管在所披露的实施例中示出了并且对一种特定的飞行器构型进行了描述,但是应该意识到其它构型和/或机械装置例如旋翼飞行器、船只、以及具有货舱、盥洗室、乘务员休息区、电子港湾(electronic bays)及其它区域的陆上车辆同样会从本发明受益。
参见图2,货舱22包括货舱衬垫26,至少一个组合式烟火探测器和照明设备28被安装在货舱衬垫26上面。应该这样理解:在本申请中所使用的货舱衬垫26可以是货舱22内的任何表面,在所述表面上常规安装有照明设备或烟火探测器,并且在图示非限制性实施例中所披露的货舱衬垫26的部位是示意性的。组合式烟火探测器和照明设备28将货舱照明系统整合进入到烟火探测器系统中,从而在整个货舱22中提供均匀的照明和烟火识别。每一个组合式烟火探测器和照明设备28通过公共的电气接口34与飞行器电气系统30和警报系统32(图中示意性地示出)进行通讯,从而有利于整合在货舱22内。在一个非限制性实施例中,所述公共的电气接口34包括利于直接装设在预先存在的飞行器电气系统30和警报系统32上面的连接器插头36。
组合式烟火探测器和照明设备28一般包括外壳38、烟火探测器传感器40、光源42和公共的电气接口34。在一个非限制性实施例中,所述外壳38包括用于烟火探测器传感器40的驱动电子装置44和用于光源42的驱动电子装置46以及与公共的电气接口34相连的相应的配线线束48,50。应该理解:尽管在图示非限制性实施例中分别示意性地示出了驱动电子装置44,46以及相应的配线线束48,50,但是这些部件可以不同组合的方式进行整合。
烟火探测器传感器40可被布置在货舱22内上部位置处,在该位置处,环境空气与加热空气或烟火之间的浮力差是易于进行识别的并且在该位置处,光源42提供了有效的照明。这也就是说,货舱衬垫26被设置在飞行器货舱22的上表面中。加热空气或烟火一般趋向于快速上升至上部高度位置处并且因此将会被位于较高位置处的烟火探测器传感器40探测到。应该理解:也可以提供其它探测器。
一个非限制性实施例中的光源42可以是包括发光二级管灯和相关电子设备的发光二级管(LED)照明设备。
组合式烟火探测器和照明设备28将会导致飞行器配线减少、重量减轻以及飞行器系统的成本降低。从独立的货舱灯和烟火探测器系统转为单一系统将会改进总体可靠性。组合式烟火探测器和照明设备28还有利于在制造飞行器时进行装设且会导致在装配作业时维护程序和相关成本更少。同时由于不需要独立的安装设施和配线,因此还可以简化货舱衬垫的制造工艺且降低成本。
应该理解:在各附图中使用类似的附图标记表示对应的或相似的元件。还应该理解:虽然在图示实施例中已经披露了特定的部件布置,但是其它的布置也可以受益于本申请。
尽管已经对特定的步骤顺序进行了图示、描述和权利保护,但是应该理解:除非明确指明,否则可以任何次序、无论是单独的还是组合在一起的次序,执行上述步骤,并且依然受益于本申请的披露内容。

Claims (10)
1.一种组合式烟火探测器和照明设备,包括:
外壳;
安装在所述外壳上面的烟火探测器传感器;
安装在所述外壳上面的光源;和
安装在所述外壳上面的电气接口,所述电气接口与所述烟火探测器和所述光源电气连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合式烟火探测器和照明设备,其中所述光源是发光二级管照明设备。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合式烟火探测器和照明设备,进一步包括用于所述烟火探测器的驱动电子装置,所述驱动电子装置被设置在所述外壳内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合式烟火探测器和照明设备,进一步包括用于所述光源的驱动电子装置,所述驱动电子装置被设置在所述外壳内。
5.一种飞行器货舱,包括:
货舱衬垫;
安装在所述货舱衬垫上的外壳;
安装在所述外壳上面的烟火探测器传感器;
安装在所述外壳上面的光源;和
安装在所述外壳上面的电气接口,所述电气接口与所述烟火探测器和所述光源电气连通。
6.根据权利要求5所述的飞行器货舱,其中所述光源是发光二级管照明设备。
7.根据权利要求5所述的飞行器货舱,进一步包括与所述电气接口电气连通的飞行器电气系统。
8.根据权利要求5所述的飞行器货舱,进一步包括与所述电气接口电气连通的飞行器警报系统。
9.根据权利要求5所述的飞行器货舱,其中所述电气接口包括连接器插头。
10.根据权利要求5所述的飞行器货舱,其中所述货舱衬垫被设置在飞行器货舱的上表面上。
