Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及油性化妆料,更具体地说,涉及可在保持流动性的同时使着色剂和/或珠光剂稳定地分散的油性化妆料和化妆制品。
背景技术
油性化妆料是广泛用于眼彩、眉笔、口红等的化妆料剂型,通过改变该化妆料中所配合的固体油、半固体油、液体油、着色颜料、光亮性颜料、构成粉末等的种类和/或含量,来使各种功能和/或质感、色调等具体化。这些质感、色调等在彩妆类化妆料中是重要的要素,一直以来提出了各种技术。例如,开发了包含以云母作为基本材料的珠光材料和/或包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯/金属/环氧树脂的叠层粉的着色剂(专利文献1、2),在由铝、铜、锌、铁、金青铜、银或它们的合金构成的基础颜料的表面形成了二氧化硅的层和包含着色剂的层的着色金属颜料(专利文献3)等。
在配合了这些珠光材料和/或着色剂的油性化妆料为固体的情况下,由于分散的着色剂等被固定,因此较少随时间变化出现分散稳定性的问题,但在所述油性化妆料为具有流动性的油性化妆料的情况下,即使刚制造之后分散性不存在问题,有时也会随时间推移而着色剂等沉降,因此要求开发出分散稳定性高的油性化妆料。此外,在填充至透明容器的情况下,现有的油性化妆料流动痕迹不均匀,在外观上不优选。因此,虽然已经填充至不透明容器,但如果是流动痕迹均匀的油性化妆料,则可以填充至透明容器,因而制品选择的范围扩大。因此,要求开发出可填充至透明容器的流动痕迹均匀且美观的油性化妆料。此外,近年来,由于毛刷涂抹工具的肌肤触感柔软且可以均匀涂抹,因此带有毛刷涂抹工具的透明瓶的唇蜜已经上市。然而,如果使用以往的固体油性化妆料,则由于内含物坚硬而存在取出和放入毛刷时毛前端散开的缺点、和/或难以用柔软的毛前端蘸取瓶上部和底部的内含物这样的缺点。

发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述现有情况而提出的,其目的在于提供抑制了着色剂和/或珠光材料的沉降、外观美观并具有流动性的油性化妆料。此外,本发明的目的在于提供可填充至透明容器、流动痕迹均匀且外观美观、直到用完为止都容易取出、并防止了涂抹工具的毛前端散开的油性化妆料。
本发明者们发现,如果使用特定糊精脂肪酸酯,则可以在具有流动性的油性化妆料中抑制着色剂和/或珠光材料的沉降,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明是一种油性化妆料,其特征在于,含有
50~99质量%的(a)在25℃下为液体的油分相、
1~7质量%的(b)糊精(棕榈酸/2-乙基己酸)酯、以及
0.001~10质量%的(c)着色剂和/或除叠层膜粉以外的珠光剂,
并且在30℃下用BL型粘度计测定时的粘度为3000~20000mPa·s。
本发明的油性化妆料具有流动性,而且着色剂和/或珠光剂不沉降、维持均匀分散的状态。
此外,本发明的化妆制品对透明容器的附着痕迹均匀且外观美观。此外,直到用完为止都容易取出,并防止了涂抹工具的毛前端散开。
具体实施方式
下面,说明本发明的最佳实施方式。
本发明中使用的(a)在25℃下为液体的油分相,意味着整个油性成分在25℃下为液体。作为油分,只要是化妆料中常用的油分就可以。可以包含固体油分和/或半固体油分,只要是作为整体在25℃下混合后的状态为液体即可。
作为在本发明的油性化妆料中使用的油分,其来源可以是动物油、植物油、合成油等,并且其性状可以是固体油、半固体油、液体油、挥发性油等,均不特别限制,可列举烃类、油脂类、蜡类、硬化油类、酯油类、脂肪酸类、高级醇类、硅油类、氟系油类、羊毛脂衍生物类、油性凝胶化剂类等。
具体地说,可列举液体石蜡、重质液体异链烷烃、α-烯烃低聚物、角鲨烷、凡士林、聚异丁烯、聚丁烯、石蜡、地蜡、微晶蜡、聚乙烯蜡、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、木蜡、褐煤蜡、费托蜡等烃类,橄榄油、蓖麻油、霍霍巴油、貂油、澳洲坚果油等油脂类,蜜蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、小烛树蜡、鲸蜡等蜡类,鲸蜡醇异辛酸酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、肉豆蔻酸辛基十二烷基酯、二异硬脂酸聚甘油酯、二辛酸新戊二醇酯、胆固醇脂肪酸酯等酯类,硬脂酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、山萮酸、异硬脂酸、油酸等脂肪酸类,硬脂醇、鲸蜡醇、月桂醇、油醇、异硬脂醇、山萮醇等高级醇类,低聚合度二甲基聚硅氧烷、高聚合度二甲基聚硅氧烷、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷、十甲基环五硅氧烷、八甲基环四硅氧烷、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、聚氧化烯-烷基甲基聚硅氧烷-甲基聚硅氧烷共聚物、烷氧基改性聚硅氧烷、交联型有机聚硅氧烷、氟改性聚硅氧烷等硅氧烷类,全氟癸烷、全氟辛烷、全氟聚醚等氟系油剂类,羊毛脂、乙酰化羊毛脂、羊毛脂脂肪酸异丙酯、羊毛脂醇等羊毛脂衍生物,蔗糖脂肪酸酯、淀粉脂肪酸酯、12-羟基硬脂酸铝、硬脂酸钙等油性凝胶化剂类等。
油分相的配合量优选为50~99质量%,更优选为90~98质量%。如果在该范围内,则在使用性、稳定性方面是优选的。
本发明中的(b)糊精(棕榈酸/2-乙基己酸)酯,是指糊精脂肪酸酯的脂肪酸部分具有棕榈酸和2-乙基己烷酸两者,或者糊精棕榈酸酯与糊精-2-乙基己酸酯的混合物。作为市售品,可列举レオパ一ルTT,レオパ一ルTT2(干叶制粉社制)。
本发明中使用的糊精(棕榈酸/2-乙基己酸)酯的配合量为1~7质量%,优选为1~5质量%。在除了糊精(棕榈酸/2-乙基己酸)酯以外的糊精脂肪酸酯中,得不到能同时满足分散稳定性和外观的化合物。如果糊精(棕榈酸/2-乙基己酸)酯的配合量低于1质量%,则分散稳定性差,如果大于7质量%,则流动性不足。
本发明中使用的(c)着色剂和/或除叠层膜粉以外的珠光剂,只要是化妆料中常用的着色剂、除叠层膜粉以外的珠光剂就可以。
其中,作为着色剂,可列举无机白色颜料(例如,二氧化钛、氧化锌等);无机红色系颜料(例如,氧化铁(铁丹,Bengala)、钛酸铁等);无机褐色系颜料(例如,γ-氧化铁等);无机黄色系颜料(例如,氧化铁黄、黄土等);无机黑色系颜料(例如,氧化铁黑、低价氧化钛等);无机紫色系颜料(例如,锰紫,钴紫等);无机绿色系颜料(例如,氧化铬、氢氧化铬、钛酸钴等);无机蓝色系颜料(例如,群青、绀青等);金属粉末(例如,铝、金、银、铜等);

天然色素(例如,β-胡萝卜素、胭脂虫红色素、红甘蓝色素、核黄素、藏花素、蒽醌、角黄素、红花色素等)等。
此外,作为除叠层膜粉以外的珠光剂,优选以云母作为基本材料的珠光剂,可列举以氧化钛被覆表面而得的氧化钛被覆云母、以氧化铁和氧化钛被覆云母而得的氧化铁氧化钛被覆云母等氧化铁氧化钛被覆云母、云母与氧化钛被覆层之间夹有二氧化硅的粉末等。作为以除云母以外的材料为基本材料的粉末,可列举在二氧化硅薄片上被覆了氧化钛的粉末、在合成云母上被覆了氧化钛的粉末、中空状的氧化钛等。

本发明中使用的(c)着色剂和/或除叠层膜粉以外的珠光剂的配合量为0.001~10质量%,优选为0.1~5质量%。
本发明的油性化妆料在30℃下用BL型粘度计测定时的体系粘度为3000~20000mPa·s,更优选为5000~15000mPa·s。如果粘度低于3000mPa·s,则着色剂类的分散性和稳定性不足,如果粘度大于20000mPa·s,则流动性几乎消失,因而不能称之为作为本发明对象的具有流动性的油性化妆料。
在本发明中,通过进一步含有(d)二氧化硅和/或疏水化二氧化硅,从而无论(c)成分的种类如何,均可获得稳定性良好的油性化妆料。
本发明中使用的(d)二氧化硅或疏水化二氧化硅优选使用一次粒径为5~50nm左右的微粒二氧化硅。疏水化二氧化硅是用二甲基二氯硅烷等处理二氧化硅而获得的。作为(d)成分,优选为疏水化二氧化硅,更优选为甲基聚硅氧烷被覆二氧化硅。
作为二氧化硅或疏水化二氧化硅的市售品,可列举例如アエロジルR972、#200、#380、RY200(日本アエロジル社制)、HDK(注册商标)H15、HDK H20(旭化成ワツカ一シリコ一ン社制)。
本发明中使用的(d)二氧化硅和/或疏水化二氧化硅的配合量优选为0.01~3质量%,更优选为0.5~2质量%。如果(d)二氧化硅和/或疏水化二氧化硅的配合量低于0.01质量%,则得不到效果,如果大于3质量%,则体系的粘度大于20000mPa·s,妨碍流动性。
在本发明的油性化妆料中,为了赋予各种效果,可以根据需要,以不破坏本发明效果的程度适当配合除上述必须成分以外的各种成分,例如,除上述以外的粉末、表面活性剂、水性成分、成膜剂、紫外线吸收剂、保湿剂、防褪色剂、抗氧化剂、消泡剂、美容成分、防腐剂、香料等。
作为用于赋予湿润效果的水性成分,只要是水和可溶于水的成分即可,除了水以外,可列举例如,乙醇、异丙醇等醇类,丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、双丙甘醇、聚乙二醇等二醇类,甘油、双甘油、聚甘油等甘油类,库拉索芦荟、北美金缕梅(witch hazel)、金缕梅、黄瓜、柠檬、薰衣草、玫瑰等植物的提取液。
作为紫外线吸收剂,可列举例如二苯甲酮类、PABA类(对氨基苯甲酸类)、肉桂酸类、水杨酸类、4-叔丁基-4’-甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷、羟苯甲酮等,作为保湿剂,可列举例如蛋白质、粘多糖、胶原、弹性蛋白、角蛋白等。作为抗氧化剂,可列举例如α-生育酚、抗坏血酸等,作为美容成分,可列举例如维生素类、消炎剂、生药等,作为防腐剂,可列举例如对羟基苯甲酸酯、苯氧基乙醇等。
作为本发明的油性化妆料,可列举护肤、彩妆、头发用等的化妆料,其中优选彩妆化妆料。作为彩妆化妆料,可列举眼彩(眼影)、眉笔、唇膏、唇蜜、粉底,腮红、睫毛膏、指甲油等,特别优选唇蜜。
根据本发明,可提供化妆制品,其特征在于,是将上述油性化妆料填充在透明容器中而制成的。该化妆制品由于着色剂和/或珠光剂不会沉降、均匀且稳定地分散的油性化妆料填充在透明容器中,因此向容器壁的附着痕迹均匀且外观美观,并且该外观不会随时间推移而变化、能够保持美观,因而可提高购买意愿。
用于填充本发明的油性化妆料的容器,只要是可以填充通常化妆料的容器即可,没有特别的限制。可列举例如瓶容器、笔型容器、管容器、金属盘容器、带涂抹工具的容器等。作为涂抹工具,可列举毛刷和/或毛丛状尖端等,作为容器的材质,可列举玻璃、聚乙烯(PE)、聚乙烯/聚乙烯/乙烯-乙烯醇树脂(PE、PP/EVOH)叠层)、聚丙烯/乙烯-乙烯醇树脂(PP、PP/EVOH)叠层)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚合成树脂(ABS)等。
实施例
下面,列举实施例更详细地说明本发明,但本发明不限于这些实施例。配合量只要不特别指明则以质量%表示。
试验例1-1~1-11(研究(b)成分的种类、配合量的实例)
通过常规方法配制下述表1所示组成的唇蜜,按照以下方法评价刚配制后的粘度、流动性、外观,以及刚配制后和直到4周后的稳定性。其结果合并示于表1。
(1)刚配制后的粘度
在刚配制后,用芝浦システム株式会社制的BL型粘度计测定粘度。测定条件为30℃、3号转子、12rpm。其中,对于表1的试验例1-10、1-11的刚配制后的粘度,由于在上述条件下超过了测定限度,因而测定条件为4号转子、12rpm。
(2)流动性
评价刚制造后的流动性。
(3)外观
测定条件:使容器中遍布内含物,然后静置,1小时后进行观察。
(评价标准)
优:流动性极好,完全未发现流动痕迹(均匀流动)。
良:未发现流动痕迹(均匀流动)。
可:虽然发现流动痕迹,但不破坏美观。
不可:发现流动痕迹,且破坏美观。
(4)稳定性(刚配制后)
按照以下基准评价刚配制后的稳定性。
(评价基准)
优:未发现珠光剂和/或着色剂的沉降。
良:虽然发现珠光剂和/或着色剂的沉降,但透明层(油分)为2mm以下。
可:虽然发现珠光剂和/或着色剂的沉降,但透明层(油分)为5mm以下。
不可:发现珠光剂和/或着色剂的沉降,且透明层为5mm以上。
(5)稳定性(1、2、4周后)
按照以下基准评价在50℃下管倒立(盖向下)、管正立(盖向上)、瓶容器竖放(盖向上)、瓶容器横放和在螺纹管内静置1、2或4周时的稳定性。
(评价标准)
优:未发现珠光剂和/或着色剂的沉降。
良:虽然发现珠光剂和/或着色剂的沉降,但透明层(油分)为2mm以下。
可:虽然发现珠光剂和/或着色剂的沉降,但沉降的透明层(油分)为5mm以下(注:裂缝:在内含物侧面部分发现5mm左右裂纹那样的裂缝)。
不可:发现珠光剂和/或着色剂的沉降,且透明层为5mm以上。
(6)利用涂抹工具取出的容易性
按照以下基准评价利用毛刷涂抹工具到用完为止取出内含物的容易性。
(评价基准)
优:不会落下,且用完时未发现残留内含物。
良:用完时未发现残留内含物,但发现内含物缓慢落下。
可:用完时发现瓶上部和底部残留内含物。
不可:用完时时发现瓶侧面、上部、底部残留内含物。
(7)毛刷的毛前端的散开
从容器中取出毛刷、在整个嘴唇上涂抹、再用塞子塞住,将上述行为每天2次进行2周。按照以下基准评价连用2周后的毛刷的散开。
(评价基准)
优:未发现毛散开。
良:发现1~3根毛散开。
可:发现4~9根毛散开。
不可:发现毛全部弯曲、10根以上的毛散开。

由表1可知,在使用了糊精棕榈酸酯的试验例中,不能得到外观美观的唇蜜。此外,在使用了糊精(棕榈酸/2-乙基己酸)酯的试验例中,可获得粘度为5000mPa·s以上(1质量%以上)且稳定性大体上没有问题的基剂。
在试验例1-5中,由于配合有大量高粘度油分而对油分粘度贡献较大,因此体系粘度为4580mPa·s,但由于糊精(棕榈酸/2-乙基己酸)酯低至0.5质量%,该成分产生的体系的增稠效果较低,因此不能保持稳定性。此外,如果糊精(棕榈酸/2-乙基己酸)酯为10质量%,则几乎没有流动性。
试验例2-1~2-5(改变着色剂的种类的实例)
通过常规方法配制下述表2所示组成的唇蜜,按照上述方法评价4周后的稳定性。其结果合并示于表2。

由表5可知,证实在配合了0.5%各种二氧化硅的试验例中,粘度为4000~5000mPa·s且稳定性不存在问题。其中,如果配合疏水化度高的甲基聚硅氧烷被覆二氧化硅,则珠光剂均匀分散,从而能最有效地防止沉降。此外,如果二氧化硅的配合量为2质量%以上,则在高温下观察到裂缝现象,且如果为2质量%以上,则不流动。
试验例6-1~6-4(改变甲基聚硅氧烷被覆二氧化硅的配合量的实例)

在室温下将糊精(棕榈酸/2-乙基己酸)酯混合至苹果酸二异十八烷基酯中,然后加热至100℃,配合其它成分,再加热至100℃,然后搅拌混合,进行脱气并在80℃下填充至透明容器。

(制法)
在室温下将糊精(棕榈酸/2-乙基己酸)酯和疏水化二氧化硅混合至苹果酸二异十八烷基酯中,然后加热至100℃,配合其它成分,再加热至100℃,然后搅拌混合,进行脱气并在80℃下填充。
Claims (3)
1.一种油性化妆料,其特征在于,含有
50~99质量%的(a)在25℃下为液体的油分相、
1~7质量%的(b)糊精(棕榈酸/2-乙基己酸)酯、以及
0.001~10质量%的(c)着色剂和/或除叠层膜粉以外的珠光剂,
并且在30℃下用BL型粘度计测定时的粘度为3000~20000mPa·s。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油性化妆料,其特征在于,进一步含有(d)二氧化硅和/或疏水化二氧化硅。
3.一种化妆制品,其特征在于,是将权利要求1或2所述的油性化妆料填充在透明容器中而制成的。
