Abstract
本发明涉及这样一种共聚物,所述共聚物包含以下单体组分:a)至少一种含磺酸化合物,b)至少一种含氮N-乙烯基酰胺、一种丙烯酰胺或甲基丙烯酰胺,和c)至少一种至少双官能或更高官能的乙烯基醚。所述共聚物特别适用作触变剂、抗离析剂和保水剂,且总体上适用作含水泥和基于石膏的体系的添加剂。分子量>40000g/mol的此类共聚物可特别是用作矿物油和天然气矿床开采中的添加剂。
Description
本发明涉及一种基于含磺酸化合物的共聚物。
在建筑化学领域,已知被特别用于砂浆体系——如瓷砖胶粘剂中——的保水剂能够保持砂浆体系中所谓的混合水,并防止由于负毛细力(negative capillary force)而被基质吸收。相对较大比例的混合水的排出会不利地影响砂浆体系的硬化并导致产品质量较差。
现有技术中已描述了多种保水剂。
例如,EP 1090889A1描述了一种用于特殊石膏和砂浆的添加剂,其中粘土和瓜尔胶的混合物作为典型保水剂被提及。
根据DE 19543304A1和US 5,372,642,纤维素衍生物被用作保水剂。上述德国公开申请教导了用于含水建筑材料混合物的添加剂,其中特别记载了包括含有磺酸、羧酸或硫酸基团的水溶性纤维素衍生物,和含有磺酸和/或羧酸的乙烯基(共)聚合物和/或基于氨基塑料组分或芳基化合物和甲醛的缩合物。这些添加剂的特征是在基于水泥、石灰、石膏、无水石膏和其他水硬性粘合剂的建筑材料混合物中具有良好的保水性且同时具有出色的流变改性性质。所述美国专利描述了羧基甲基醚、甲基羟乙基纤维素醚或甲基羟丙基纤维素醚用作含有熟石灰和水泥的混合物的添加剂的用途。在此情况下,所述混合物据称可提高建筑化学组合物的保水能力。
另外,触变剂也常加入砂浆以减少或避免砂浆从待修补的缝隙或垂直表面流出。借助所述触变剂,新鲜制备的砂浆组合物变硬,在一些情况下还会提高对基质的粘附。
EP 0773198A1描述了一种不依赖于聚丙烯酰胺的用于建筑材料混合物的增稠剂体系。除了至少一种纤维素醚以外,该增稠剂体系中还使用至少一种淀粉醚和至少一种层状硅酸盐。该增稠剂体系的有利性质据称特别是在水泥瓷砖胶粘剂和石膏填充化合物中表现出来。EP0445653A1提出一种基于粘土和改性纤维素的增稠剂组合物。锂蒙脱石作为典型粘土矿物质被提及,且羟乙基纤维素作为纤维素代表被提及。德国公开申请DE 19534719A1描述了含纤维素醚和合成锂蒙脱石的组合物。此类增稠剂组合物用于制备建筑材料产品。据称此类体系的特征是具有良好的粘附强度值——特别是在水的作用下,并显著降低——例如垂直混凝土板——滑脱。用于建筑材料产品的其他增稠剂结合物描述于欧洲申请EP 0630871A1中。此类结合物选自溶于水或溶于表面活性剂水溶液的非离子纤维素醚和选定的表面活性剂或萘磺酸缩合物。据称此类结合物使得可改进建筑材料产品加工性质相关的应用。
本领域技术人员通常将砂浆区分为基于石膏和基于水泥的体系。仍期望得到在两种体系中均表现出良好效力的触变剂或保水剂。通常,将其他添加剂如缓凝剂、胶乳或增塑剂加入砂浆以另外扩大效力范围。当然,保水剂或触变剂这一方面,与常规使用的其他添加剂另一方面之间的良好相容性始终很重要。
在开采特别是钻探矿物油和天然气中,需要密封钻井和其他地岩层中的合适岩层。这些密封措施防止地岩层中的水或气体穿透钻井,或防止钻井的有机流体穿透周围的岩层。在这些情况下,常存在水泥桩的流体静压将水从水泥浆中压出进入周围岩石的危险。这可通过加入所谓的失水量控制添加剂(fluid loss control additive)——其也为保水剂——防止。加入此类失水量控制添加剂会密封由水泥浆和岩层间的失水形成的滤饼。在此情况下,常使用的典型保水剂描述于,例如DE 3144770A1中。它们是基于乙烯基单体的水溶性共聚物。EP 0163459A1描述了用于粘合油、气和水井的水泥组合物。此类组合物包含甲醛与丙酮的缩合物,并且也包含具有磺酸钠基团的含丙酮化合物。
除了保水性和触变能力,对于新鲜且尚未硬化的水泥浆体的另一个评价标准是其相稳定性。在制备预拌混凝土和预制混凝土部分,以及在钻孔粘合中,常使用易于部分分离的水泥浆。在所有使用领域中,这都会带来很大的技术问题,因为粘附力和密封性常常不令人满意到夸张的程度。为此,已经并且正在试图提供这样的新化合物,其首先具有显著的保水性,还提高触变能力,最后防止分离。
通常向水泥浆中加入另外的添加剂,如增塑剂和缓凝剂。然而,这些添加剂通常仅当它们吸附于一种或多种在水泥水化过程中形成的熟料相或晶体相上时才有效。如果使用不同添加剂,它们会竞争晶体相上存在的吸附位点。
基于现有技术的所述缺陷,本发明的一个目的是提供这样一种基于一种含磺酸化合物的新的共聚物,其可作为添加剂,但也可特别地作为触变剂、抗离析剂(antisegregation)和保水剂用于水泥体系中。这些共聚物的效力应在所述应用领域中是稳定的,尤其是不应被通常使用的其他添加剂不利地影响。
该目的借助这样一种共聚物实现,所述共聚物包含以下单体组分:a)至少一种含磺酸化合物,b)至少一种含氮N-乙烯基酰胺、一种丙烯酰胺或甲基丙烯酰胺,和c)至少一种至少双官能的乙烯基醚。
借助本发明的聚合物,可以不仅完全实现所述目的。出人意料地,还发现所述共聚物不仅可成功用于含水泥体系,还可用于基于石膏的体系。因此,所述共聚物表现出其在不含水泥和基于石膏的水性体系中作为保水剂和触变剂的极其良好的效果。然而,本发明的聚合物还可在基于粘土的体系中用作增稠剂或保水剂。此类基于粘土的体系用于例如开有槽沟的墙壁结构中或用作钻探流体。
已证明特别合适的是分子量>40000g/mol,优选>80000g/mol,特别优选>100000g/mol的本发明共聚物。
所述单体组分a)应为至少一种选自以下的化合物:2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、2-丙烯酰胺基丙酸、苯乙烯磺酸、乙烯基磺酸、烯丙基羟基丙磺酸,其合适的盐或任意混合物。在本发明的上下文中,适用作单体组分b)的特别是N-乙烯基己内酰胺、N-N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、N-N-二乙基丙烯酰胺、异丙基丙烯酰胺、N-N-二乙基丙烯酰胺、异丙基丙烯酰胺、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、N-乙烯基乙酰胺、N-乙烯基甲酰胺、N-甲基-N-乙烯基乙酰胺、N-烷基丙烯酸酯、N-烷基甲基丙烯酸酯及其混合物,所述烷基彼此独立地含有1至12个碳原子,并且还可带有支链。
最后,所述组分c)——即所述至少双官能的乙烯基醚——应选自三甘醇二乙烯基醚、4-羟基丁基乙烯基醚、二甘醇二乙烯基醚或丁二醇二乙烯基醚。
确实所述组分及其特别合适的代表可根据本发明以任意比例存在于要求保护的共聚物中。但已证明所述单体组分a)、b)和c)以重量比40至90%∶2至40%∶0.05至5.0%存在是有利的。优选地,所述重量比为50至80∶10至30∶0.5至3重量%,特别优选60至70%∶10至20%∶1.5至2%。
除了所述共聚物本身,本发明还包含其用途。本文中,要求保护特别是所述共聚物作为加入含水硬性粘合剂和/或水可膨胀性组分的组合物中的添加剂的用途。特别地,用作加入基于水泥、CaSO4或粘土的组合物的添加剂的用途是合适的,用作保水剂、增稠剂或触变剂的用途特别重要。
因为现有技术中已知的缺陷在尤其是开采矿物油和天然气矿床中也是常见的,本发明包含这样一种用途变形方案,其中所述新的共聚物用于钻井水泥浆、钻探流体或增产液(stimulation fluid)。该用途可以特别是与其他建筑化学添加剂结合实现,所述添加剂如流变改性剂、缓凝剂、促凝剂、加气剂、防水剂及其结合物。
最后,本发明还提出所述共聚物——各使用领域独立地——可以从0.05至5重量%,优选0.1至2.0重量%,特别优选0.2至1.0重量%的量加入所述建筑化学组合物中。
总之,可以说所提出的基于三种单体组分a)、b)和c)的共聚物极适用作保水剂、增稠剂和触变剂,并由此满足现代建筑化学领域为现代添加剂设定的所有要求。
下列实施例示例说明了所述共聚物在所提出的使用领域中的优势。
1.制备实施例
实施例1.1
将46.5g氢氧化钙搅拌加入1200g自来水中。然后加入185g的2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸和17.4g马来酸酐。将溶液加热至50℃,然后加入26g的N-乙烯基己内酰胺和1g三甘醇二乙烯基醚。将反应溶液加热至62℃,然后加入4g的4-羟基丁基乙烯基醚和0.9g的2,2’-偶氮二(异丁基脒)二盐酸盐(2,2’-azobis(2-amidinopropane)dihydrochloride)。将该反应溶液再搅拌半小时。
实施例1.2
该合成类似于实施例1.1进行,但加入1.4g三甘醇二乙烯基醚。
实施例1.3
将275g氢氧化钙搅拌加入6800g水中。然后加入1000g的2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸和100g马来酸酐。将溶液加热至50℃,然后加入150g的N-乙烯基己内酰胺和1.6g巯基乙醇作为链转移剂。将反应溶液加热至62℃,然后加入12g二甘醇二乙烯基醚和5g的2,2’-偶氮二(2-异丁基脒)二盐酸盐。将该反应溶液再搅拌半小时。
实施例1.4
将25g氢氧化钙溶于600g水中,然后加入92g的2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、8.7g马来酸酐和1.2g乙烯膦酸。将初始加入的混合物加热至50℃,并加入13g的N-乙烯基己内酰胺。再加热至68℃,然后加入0.3g二甘醇二乙烯基醚,之后立即用0.5g的2,2’-偶氮二(2-异丁基脒)二盐酸盐引发。将该反应溶液再搅拌半小时。
实施例1.5
将16g氢氧化钙溶于200ml水中。然后加入61g的2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸和4.3g丙烯酸。将反应溶液加热至50℃,并加入8.6g的N-乙烯基己内酰胺,再将反应溶液加热至62℃。到达此温度后,加入1.4g 4-羟基丁基乙烯基醚和0.3g三甘醇二乙烯基醚。在加入所述两种乙烯基醚之后立即用0.3g的2,2’-偶氮二(2-异丁基脒)二盐酸盐引发。将该反应溶液再搅拌半小时。
实施例1.6
将17.3g氢氧化钙溶于600ml水中。然后加入92g的2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸。将反应溶液加热至50℃,然后加入13g的N-乙烯基己内酰胺,并再将反应溶液加热至62℃。到达此温度后,加入0.3g三甘醇二乙烯基醚。在加入该乙烯基醚之后立即用0.45g的2,2’-偶氮二(2-异丁基脒)二盐酸盐引发。将该反应溶液再搅拌半小时。
实施例1.7
将20.8g氢氧化钙溶于600ml水中。然后加入92g的2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸和6.4g丙烯酸。将反应溶液加热至50℃,然后加入13g的N-乙烯基己内酰胺,并再将反应溶液加热至62℃。到达此温度后,加入0.3g二甘醇二乙烯基醚。在加入该乙烯基醚之后立即用0.45g的2,2’-偶氮二(2-异丁基脒)二盐酸盐引发。将该反应溶液再搅拌半小时。
实施例1.8(凝胶聚合)
将17.3g氢氧化钙溶于600ml水中。然后加入92g的2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸和18g的N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺。将反应溶液加热至50℃,然后加入13g的N-乙烯基己内酰胺,并再将反应溶液加热至62℃。到达此温度后,加入0.4g三甘醇二乙烯基醚和0.1g巯基乙醇。在加入该乙烯基醚之后立即用0.45g的2,2’-偶氮二(2-异丁基脒)二盐酸盐引发。将该反应溶液再静置半小时。
实施例1.9
将24.9g氢氧化钾溶于600ml水中。然后加入92g的2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸和10g异丙基丙烯酰胺。将反应溶液加热至50℃,然后加入13g的N-乙烯基己内酰胺,并再将反应溶液加热至62℃。到达此温度后,加入0.3g三甘醇二乙烯基醚。在加入该乙烯基醚之后立即用0.45g的2,2’-偶氮二(2-异丁基脒)二盐酸盐引发。将该反应溶液再搅拌半小时。

将24.9g氢氧化钠溶于600ml水中。然后加入92g的2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸和11.5g衣康酸。将反应溶液加热至50℃,加入13g的N-乙烯基己内酰胺,并再将反应溶液加热至62℃。到达此温度后,加入5g二甘醇二乙烯基醚。在加入该乙烯基醚之后立即用0.45g的2,2’-偶氮二(2-异丁基脒)二盐酸盐引发。将该反应溶液再搅拌半小时。
实施例1.12
将17.8g氢氧化钠溶于570ml水中。加入92g苯乙烯磺酸和38.4g浓度为30%的乙烯基磺酸钠盐的水溶液。将反应溶液加热至50℃,然后加入13g的N-乙烯基乙酰胺,并再将反应溶液加热至62℃。到达此温度后,加入0.3g三甘醇二乙烯基醚。在加入乙烯基醚之后立即用0.45g的2,2’-偶氮二(2-异丁基脒)二盐酸盐引发。将该反应溶液再搅拌半小时。
实施例1.13
将24g氢氧化钙溶于600ml水中。然后加入92g的2-丙烯酰胺基丙磺酸和9.6g乙烯膦酸。将反应溶液加热至62℃,然后加入1.5g二甘醇二乙烯基醚和0.1g巯基乙醇。用1.2g过硫酸钠引发聚合反应,并再搅拌半小时。
2.使用实施例
实施例2.1
根据DIN EN 480-4测定本发明聚合物作为水泥浆用抗离析剂的效果。为此目的,将1500g水泥CEM I 42.5R与900g自来水和7.5g聚合物混合,将900ml该混合物加入量筒,一段时间后收集渗出的水(bleed water),并测定其以g计的质量。得到以下累积值(表1):

实施例2.2:
本发明的聚合物还适用作水泥浆的保水剂。根据DIN 18555测定经本发明聚合物处理过的水泥浆的保水性。将350g CEM I 42.5R水泥与210g自来水和2.5g聚合物混合均匀。得到的结果示于表2。

实施例2.3:
本发明聚合物的水泥浆增稠效果借助坍落度测定。选用一种市售可得的甲基纤维素作参照。将0.75g聚合物溶于180g自来水中,然后加入300g水泥CEM I 42.5R。使所述浆体静置60秒,然后充分搅拌120秒。将所述浆体倒入置于玻璃板上的Vicat环(H=40mm,d小=65mm,d大=75mm)的边缘。使所述Vicat环升高2cm,并保持位于流出浆体之上约5秒。在直角与另一个直角的两条轴线处测量流出的浆体的直径。再次重复该测量。所有四次测量值的算术平均得出坍落度。得到的值示于表3。

实施例2.4:
本发明的聚合物适用作石膏灰泥(“Gipsleim”)的保水剂。根据DIN 18555测定经本发明聚合物处理过的石膏水泥的保水性。将350g β-半水合石膏(β-hemihydrate)与210g自来水、0.25gP(从Tricosal,Illertissen得到的石膏缓凝剂)和2.5g聚合物混合均匀。将得到的结果与市售可得的甲基纤维素比较。测量结果示于表4。

实施例2.5:
借助FANN旋转粘度计(r转子=1.8415cm,r定子=1.7245cm,h定子=3.800cm,d环形间隙=0.1170cm,仪器常数K=300.0(弹簧F1))测定本发明聚合物在石膏灰泥中的增稠效果。选用一种市售甲基纤维素作参照。将0.25gP(从Tricosal,Illertissen得到的石膏缓凝剂)和0.75g聚合物溶于245g自来水中,然后搅拌加入350g β-半水石膏。然后以10.2s-1的剪切梯度γ测量所述石膏灰泥的粘度。得到的值示于表5。

实施例2.6:
在多种水泥浆中研究上述聚合物。根据美国石油学会(AmericanPetroleum Institute)的准则10B(Guideline 10B)确定所有使用的水泥。使用获自Chandler的FANN 35粘度计根据规范10API测定水泥浆的流变性。结果总结于表6。该表清楚地表明本发明的失水量控制添加剂与油田中常规使用的其它添加剂一起使用时可比其他已经市售可得的添加剂更好。为进行比较,使用从BASF以商品名34市售获得的、基于磺化有机聚合物的失水量控制添加剂。

借助FANN旋转粘度计(r转子=1.8415cm,r定子=1.7245cm,h定子=3.800cm,d环形间隙=0.1170cm,仪器常数K=300.0(弹簧F1))测定粘土悬浮液中本发明聚合物的增稠效果。为此目的,将10.0g膨润土悬浮于350ml自来水中,然后加入0.75g聚合物。然后以10.2s-1的剪切梯度γ测量所述膨润土悬浮液的粘度。得到的值示于表6。

Claims (12)
1.一种共聚物,所述共聚物包含以下单体组分:
a)至少一种含磺酸化合物,
b)至少一种含氮N-乙烯基酰胺、一种丙烯酰胺或甲基丙烯酰胺,和
c)至少一种至少双官能的乙烯基醚。
2.权利要求1的共聚物,其特征在于其分子量>40000g/mol,优选>80000g/mol,特别优选>100000g/mol。
3.权利要求1或2的共聚物,其特征在于所述单体组分a)为至少一种选自以下的化合物:2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、2-丙烯酰胺基丙酸、苯乙烯磺酸、乙烯基磺酸、烯丙基羟基丙磺酸,或其盐。
4.权利要求1至3中任一项的共聚物,其特征在于所述单体组分b)为至少一种选自以下的化合物:N-乙烯基己内酰胺、N-N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、N-N-二乙基丙烯酰胺、异丙基丙烯酰胺、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、N-乙烯基乙酰胺、N-乙烯基甲酰胺、N-甲基-N-乙烯基乙酰胺、N-烷基丙烯酸酯或N-烷基甲基丙烯酸酯。
5.权利要求1至4中任一项的共聚物,其特征在于所述单体组分c)为至少一种选自以下的化合物:三甘醇二乙烯基醚、4-羟基丁基乙烯基醚、二甘醇二乙烯基醚或丁二醇二乙烯基醚
6.权利要求1至5中任一项的共聚物,其特征在于其以重量比40至90%∶2至40%∶0.05至5.0%包含所述单体组分a)、b)和c)。
7.权利要求1至6中任一项的共聚物用作含水硬性粘合剂和/或水可膨胀性组分的组合物的添加剂的用途。
8.权利要求7的用途,用作基于水泥、CaSO4或粘土的组合物的添加剂。
9.权利要求7和8中任一项的用途,用作保水剂、增稠剂或触变剂。
10.权利要求7至9中任一项的用途,用于钻井水泥浆、钻探流体或增产液。
11.权利要求7至10中任一项的用途,其与其他建筑化学添加剂如流变改性剂、缓凝剂、促凝剂、加气剂、防水剂及其混合物结合使用。
12.权利要求7至11中任一项的用途,其特征在于所述共聚物以0.05至5重量%,优选从0.1至2重量%,特别优选从0.2至1.0重量%的量加入所述建筑化学组合物中。
