Description

已知一种快速接头,该快速接头包括可以分离联接的第一元件和第二元件。 
在外部,第一元件主要由外部套筒和连接器形成。外部套筒设有挂钩系统,该挂钩系统具有三个螺旋凹槽。连接器具有用于用户接口(管子、控制单元、等等)的两个螺纹出口。 
在内部,第一元件主要由彼此未对准的两个阀接头、和至少一个导向销形成。 
阀接头中的一个插入到压力管线中,并且另一个插入到排出管线中,并且当接头脱开时起关闭流动的作用,而当接头联接时使接头畅通。 
导向销允许在挂钩步骤期间与第二元件对中。

导向销7允许在挂钩步骤期间与第二元件60对中。 
在外部,第二元件60(图5-8)主要由挂钩环形螺母70、安全环形螺母11、及连接器12形成。挂钩环形螺母70具有三个径向固定销13,这三个径向固定销13通过接合螺旋凹槽3和由于环形螺母70的转动,允许第二元件60与第一元件50相联接。

连接器12在其一个端部处具有用于用户接口(管子等等)的两个螺纹出口122,而连接到第一元件50上的内部部分具有两个管线20和21成为同轴的特性(图16和20),并且通过球形装置16,允许连接到管子上的连接器12的部分12′相对于外部套筒1的转动(在图16中,部分12′表示成相对于图8转动)。值得注意的是,所述转动部分12′也可以或可选择地设有在连接器2中的第一元件50。 
阀座19容纳第一元件50的导向销7,因而允许在挂钩步骤期间与第一元件50对中。 
为了联接接头(图9-12),第一元件50的外部套筒1插入到第二元件的挂钩环形螺母70中(图9),并且在挂钩销13进入螺旋凹槽3的同时,通过转动两个部分直到导向销7进入其阀座19中,进行对中。在这时,通过转动挂钩环形螺母70将第一元件50驱动到第二元件60中(图10-11)。 
通过触及安全销14,外部套筒1的前部部分推动安全环形螺母11,因而允许继续挂钩环形螺母70的转动,直到挂钩销13到达行程的端部(螺旋凹槽的端部)。在这个位置中,完成联接,并且由于压缩弹簧15,将安全销14推动到在外部套筒1上前部布置的阀座4中,因而防止挂钩环形螺母70相对于外部套筒1转动,并因而避免接头偶然脱钩(图12)。 
第一元件50用第二元件60阻塞,而也可放置在第一元件50上的突出元件60的同轴转动连接器12,凭借球形装置16可以转动(图12),因而避免柔性管子的可能扭曲。 
为了脱开接头100,安全环形螺母11需要后退,从而使安全销14与它们的阀座4脱开(图13),并因而相对于接头在相反的方向上转动(图14)。 
另一方面,外部套筒1的前部阀座4具有肩部41(图1),从而销14在释放转动期间可能不离开,而另一方面,它们具有倾斜平面42,以允许销14在挂钩转动期间离开。 
第二元件60的转向装置包括转向阀18,该转向阀18当接头脱开时借助于通道31和32将压力管线20放置成与排出管线21相连通,并且当联接接头时关闭连通。 
当接头脱开时(图9),来自压力管线20的流动,由于流体静推力,向前推动阀18,因而在阀18的腔室34中产生通路(图9-11,具体地见图11的放大图),以穿过所述腔室34上游和下游的通道31和32流入到排出管线21中。这种流体再循环防止在压力管线20中产生压力。当联接时,阀18与第一元件50的活门6相接触(图10),并且为了关闭被推动成抵靠其阀座33。 
在阀18仍然敞开的情况下(图11),第一元件的阀,即密封套筒22,首先被打开,因而允许在第一元件50中的可能压力被排放到第二元件60中,并因此阀18被打开以排放到排出管线中。当接头被完全联接时,活门6将阀18向密封阀座33推动,因而关闭在压力管线20与排出管线21之间的连通(在图12中的放大图)。 
第一元件50的活门6具有比阀18的直径d2大的直径d1,并因此活门6的流体静推力截面也比阀18的流体静推力截面大。作为这种概念的结果,压力在活门6一侧产生较大力,该力将阀18向阀座33推动,因而保证密封。 
可选择地,如图21所示,可以包括固定活门6,该固定活门6在全部情况下都将转向阀18推到其阀座33中,可能具有精确配合腔室34的阀18的直径。
