Claims (6)
1. Brza spojnica (100) koja se sastoji od prvog elementa (50) i drugog elementa (60), koji mogu biti zasebno spojeni, s tim da prvi element (50) načelno ima vanjsku čahuru (1) s kukama (3), konektorom (2) za korisničko sučelje (25) i najmanje spojnicom s ventilom (16) za najmanje jednu cijev pod tlakom (9, 10), a drugi element (60) načelno ima kuke (13, 15, 70), najmanje jednu spojnicu s ventilom (17) za najmanje jednu cijev pod tlakom (20, 21) te konektor (12) za korisničko sučelje (122), naznačena time da navedeni drugi element (60) također ima sigurnosni prsten s navojem (11) duž obodnice, s kojeg su osigurani sigurnosni štiftovi (14) koje navedene kuke (15, 70) mogu ugurati u sjedišta (4) na vanjskoj čahuri (1).
2. Spojnica prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da se navedene kuke sastoje od prstena s navojem za kuku (70) s unutarnjim štiftovima (13) koji su radijalno učvršćeni i koji, u cilju rotacionog spajanja drugog elementa (60) s prvim elementom (50), mogu ulaziti u helikoidalne utore (3) na vanjskoj čahuri (1), a kada je spoj uspostavljen, rotacija prstena s navojem za kuku (70) je spriječena u odnosu na vanjsku čahuru (1), osim kada je sigurnosni prsten s navojem (11) aktiviran.
3. Spojnica prema zahtjevu 2, naznačena time da konektor (12) drugog elementa (60) ima na raspolaganju dio (12') koji spaja dvije cijevi koje nisu u jednoj liniji (20, 21) s vanjskim korisnicima (122), koje se mogu dovesti u istu liniju i koje se mogu okretati u vezi sa spojnicom pomoću sfernih elemenata (16).
4. Spojnica prema zahtjevima 2 ili 3, naznačena time da konektor (2) prvog elementa (50) ima na raspolaganju dio (12') koji spaja dvije cijevi koje nisu u jednoj liniji (9, 10) s vanjskim korisnicima (25), koje se mogu dovesti u istu liniju i koje se mogu okretati u vezi sa spojnicom pomoću sfernih elemenata (16).
5. Spojnica prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da predviđa cijevi koje nisu u jednoj liniji (9, 10, 20, 21).
6. Postupak za brzo spajanje prvog elementa (50) i drugog elementa (60), koji se sastoji od spojnica s ventilom (16, 17) za cijevi pod tlakom (9, 10 20, 21), naznačen time da predviđa rotaciono-translacijsko ulaženje kuka (70, 13, 15) drugog elementa (60) u helikoidalne utore (3) na vanjskoj čahuri (1) prvog elementa (50), te istodobno ulaženje, pomoću uguravanja navedenih kuka (70, 13, 15), sigurnosnih štiftova (14) sigurnosnog prstena s navojem (11) drugog elementa (60) u sjedišta (4) na vanjskoj čahuri (1) a kada je spoj uspostavljen, rotacija kuke (13) je spriječena u odnosu na vanjsku čahuru (1), osim kada je sigurnosni prsten s navojem (11) aktiviran.
