技术领域
本发明涉及一种医药中间体含砜基脂肪胺及其盐的制备新工艺,有利于降低环境污染。 
背景技术
含砜基脂肪胺及其盐是合成某些具有药物活性成分的重要中间体。2-甲砜基乙胺即为合成一种抗癌活性物的关键中间体之一。文献报道合成2-甲砜基乙胺合成路线如下:

发明内容
针对以上化合物及类似物制备方法,工艺路线中使用乙硼烷作选择性还元试剂,成本高,难处理。本发明的主要是以下化合物为起始原料,

采用利用氨或胺为取代试剂,制备胺后再与酸(HA)成盐,反应式如下:

从而得到相映的含砜基脂肪胺及其盐。采用该合成工艺路线合成2-(甲砜基)乙胺较文献报道乙硼烷还原2-(甲砜基)乙腈成本低。 
实施例:
2-甲砜基乙胺的制备 
1000ml压力釜中加入200毫升乙醚,50克2’-(甲砜基)乙基对甲苯磺酸酯,搅拌,通氨气至压力为十公斤左右。搅拌,在50℃反应1小时。降温,停止反应。放出过量的氨气。出料,静置过夜。过滤,母液浓缩,得2-(甲砜基)乙胺产品。 
2-甲砜基乙胺盐酸盐的制备 
将上述所得得2-(甲砜基)乙胺溶于100毫升乙醇,搅拌下加入乙醇的氯化氢溶液,析出白色固体。过滤,干燥,得2-(甲砜基)乙胺盐酸盐13克。

1.一种含砜基脂肪胺及其盐制备工艺,其特征在于包括:
A:采用含砜基取代的磺酸酯为原料;含砜基取代的磺酸酯具有如下结构:

R2=烷基或芳基
n=1~18
B:利用氨,或胺为取代试剂,具有如下结构特征:

R3=氢原子或甲基或正丙基
R4=氢原子或(CH2)nR5,R5=烷基或芳基。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含砜基脂肪胺及其盐制备工艺,其特征在于:
A含砜基取代的磺酸酯与取代试剂氨或胺反应,胺或氨的用量为以含砜基取代的磺酸酯用量为基准的2倍以上。
B反应可采用的溶剂为直链或环状醚,醇。
