Abstract

本发明涉及一种凝料夹取装置,其包括一个夹具,该夹具包括一个用于夹取凝料的夹爪、一个用于驱动该夹爪张合的驱动件及一个与该夹爪连接的剪具。该剪具包括两个从动臂,该两个从动臂的张合与该夹爪的张合同步。在驱动件的作用下,夹爪可以自动夹取凝料,同时,利用该剪具的张合将开模时产生的拉丝剪断,提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种夹取技术,尤其涉及一种凝料夹取装置。
背景技术
目前,射出成型模具被广泛应用于制造光学镜片的制程中,如非球面光学镜片、球透镜、棱镜等,采用直接射出成型技术可直接生产高质量的光学镜片产品,而且无需打磨、抛光等后续加工步骤,可大大提高生产效率和产量。
射出成型模具是指由于熔融塑胶黏性较高,须以高压射入成型所使用的模具。射出成型模具通常分为母模和公模两部分。在成型时先由母模和公模闭合形成模腔,由喷嘴体通过浇注系统向模腔内射入熔融塑胶;随后,注道封闭进入保压阶段,保持压力以弥补模具内材料冷却固化所致的体积收缩;然后进入冷却阶段,将模具内的凝料进一步冷却,固化至可顺利脱模时将母模和公模分离取出凝料。在取出凝料时,通常用夹具将该凝料夹出。但是,在实际冷却阶段,为了提高效率,尽量缩短冷却时间,只需使凝料冷却,而模具注道内并没有完全冷却而处于较高温度使得塑胶料融体延时固化,容易出现凝料拉丝(Stringness)的现象,此时,需先将拉丝剪断再夹出凝料,这会导致工作效率较低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可以夹取模仁的同时可以剪断拉丝以提高工作效率的凝料夹取装置。
一种凝料夹取装置,其包括一个夹具,该夹具包括一个用于夹取凝料的夹爪、一个用于驱动该夹爪张合的驱动件及一个与该夹爪连接的剪具。该剪具包括两个从动臂,该两个从动臂的张合与该夹爪的张合同步。
与现有技术相比,上述凝料夹取装置,在驱动件的作用下,夹爪可以自动夹取凝料,同时,利用该剪具的张合将开模时产生的拉丝剪断,提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的凝料夹取装置做进一步的说明,举以下实施方式并配合附图进行详细说明。
请一并参阅图1及图2,为本发明提供的一种凝料夹取装置100,其包括一个夹具10、一个第一连接杆20、一个第二连接杆30、一个第一连接轴40、一个第二连接轴50及一个剪具60。
该夹具10包括一个夹爪11、一个驱动件12、一个固定件13及一个第一螺钉16。
请参阅图3及图4,该夹爪11包括一个第一夹持臂111和一个与该第一夹持臂111相互配合的第二夹持臂112,该第一夹持臂111具有一个第一夹持端111a和一个第一连接端111b,该第二夹持臂112具有一个与该第一夹持端111a配合的第二夹持端112a及一个与该第一连接端111b配合的第二连接端112b,该第一连接端111b上开设有一个第一腰孔111c,该第二连接端112b上开设一个与该第一腰孔111c对应的第二腰孔112c。该第一夹持臂111上靠近该第一连接端111b开设有一个第一通孔111d,该第一通孔111d供该第一连接轴40穿过。该第二夹持臂112上靠近该第二连接端112b开设有一个第二通孔112d,该第二通孔112d供该第二连接轴50穿过。
该驱动件12用于驱动该夹爪11的张合,该驱动件12包括一个动力源121和一个与该动力源121耦合的驱动轴122。该驱动轴122在该动力源121的驱动下沿其轴向作往复运动。该动力源121可以为气缸或者活塞等,本实施方式为推拉式活塞。该驱动轴122的一端垂直延伸有一个第一延伸部122a及与该第一延伸部122a相对设置的第二延伸部122b。该第一延伸部122a开设有一个第一螺孔122c,该第二延伸部122b开设有一个与该第一螺孔122c对应的第二螺孔122d。该驱动轴122通过第一螺钉16分别穿过该第一螺孔122c及该第二螺孔122d并以螺母(图未示)锁紧,该第一腰孔111c卡设于该第一螺钉16的螺柱(图未示),该第二腰孔112c也卡设于该第一螺钉16的螺柱,从而使该第一夹持臂111及该第二夹持臂112与该驱动轴122活动连接。
请参阅图2及图5,该固定件13包括一个第一板131和一个与该第一板131相对设置的第二板132,该第一板131上开设有一个第一固定孔131a、一个第二固定孔131b,该第二板132上开设有一个与该第一固定孔131a对应的第三固定孔132a及一个与该第二固定孔131b对应的第四固定孔132b。该第一板131与该第二板132之间形成一个第一收容空间134、一个第二收容空间136及连接该第一收容空间134与该第二收容空间136的连通孔138,该动力源121收容于该第一收容空间134,该驱动轴122穿设于该连通孔138且与该第一夹持臂111及该第二夹持臂112活动连接,使该第一夹持臂111及该第二夹持臂112收容于该第二收容空间136。
安装该夹具10时,首先,将该第一螺钉16依次穿过该驱动轴122的第一螺孔122c及第二螺孔122d并以螺母锁紧,该驱动轴122穿过该连通孔138,该动力源121收容于该第一收容空间134。其次,该第一腰孔111c及该第二腰孔112c均卡设于该第一螺钉16的螺柱,从而使该第一夹持臂111及该第二夹持臂112与该驱动件12活动连接。并使该第一夹持臂111及该第二夹持臂112收容于该第二收容空间136内。
请参阅图2,该剪具60包括一个第一从动臂61、一个与该第一从动臂61相对设置的第二从动臂62、一个第一限位块63、一个第二限位块64及四个第二螺钉65。
该第一从动臂61上设置有一个第一刀具612,该第二从动臂62上设置有一个与该第一刀具612相配合的第二刀具622,其中,该第一刀具612及该第二刀具622用耐磨材质制成。本实施方式中,该第一刀具612及该第二刀具622均为钢制刀片。
该第一连接杆20的一端与该第一夹持臂111固接,该第一连接杆20的另一端与该第一从动臂61固接。该第二连接杆30的一端与该第二夹持臂112固接,该第二连接杆30的另一端与该第二从动臂62固接。该第一从动臂61上开设一个第三通孔611。该第二从动臂62上开设一个第四通孔621。
该第一限位块63与该第二限位块64分别设置在该第一从动臂61及该第二从动臂62的两侧。具体地,该第一限位块63上开设有一个第五通孔631、一个第六通孔632、一个第一螺孔633及一个第二螺孔634。该第二限位块64开设有一个第七通孔641、一个第八通孔642、一个第三螺孔643及一个第四螺孔644。其中,该第五通孔631及第六通孔632的轴向均与该第一螺孔633及该第二螺孔634的轴向垂直,该第七通孔641及第八通孔642的轴向均与该第三螺孔643及该第四螺孔644的轴向垂直。该第一连接轴40的一端顺次穿过该第一固定孔131a、该第一通孔111d及该第三固定孔132a,该第一连接轴40的另一端顺次穿过该第七通孔641、该第三通孔611及该第五通孔631。其中,该第一连接轴40与该第一固定孔131a及该第三固定孔132a之间为紧配合。该第二连接轴50的一端顺次穿过该第二固定孔131b、该第二通孔112d及该第四固定孔132b,该第二连接轴50的另一端顺次穿过该第八通孔642、该第四通孔621及该第六通孔632。其中,该第二连接轴50与该第二固定孔112d及该第四固定孔132b之间为紧配合。该四个第二螺钉65分别与该第一螺孔633、该第二螺孔634、该第三螺孔643及该第四螺孔644螺合且与该第一连接轴40及该第二连接轴50抵持,如此,可以限定该第一从动臂61及该第二从动臂62相对于该夹具10的位置。
请结合图6,优选地,将该剪具60贴附母模220的边缘设置,如此,可以尽量将更多的拉丝310剪断。在射出成型后,公模210与母模220分离时,凝料300的尾部出现拉丝310的现象时,启动该凝料夹取装置100,在夹取凝料300时,先利用一个升降机构(如:机械手臂)使该夹具10下降,再利用该驱动件12驱动该第一夹持臂111与该第二夹持臂112合拢,同时,该第一夹持臂111带动该剪具60的第一从动臂61一起运动,该第二夹持臂112带动该剪具60的第二从动臂62一起运动,在该第一夹持臂111与该第二夹持臂112夹持住凝料300时该第一刀具612与该第二刀具622也刚好可以将拉丝310剪断,从而实现夹取凝料300的同时也可以将拉丝310剪断。可以理解,该第一夹持臂111与该第二夹持臂112合拢时该第一夹持臂111与该第二夹持臂112之间的距离略大于此时该第一刀具612与该第二刀具622之间的距离。
上述凝料夹取装置,在驱动件的作用下,夹爪可以自动夹取凝料,同时,利用该剪具的张合将开模时产生的拉丝剪断,提高了工作效率。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种凝料夹取装置,其包括一个夹具,该夹具包括一个用于夹取凝料的夹爪,其特征在于:该夹具还包括一个用于驱动该夹爪张合的驱动件及一个与该夹爪连接的剪具,该剪具包括两个从动臂,该两个从动臂的张合与该夹爪的张合同步,该驱动件包括一个动力源和一个与该动力源耦合的驱动轴,该夹具还包括一个固定件,该固定件包括一个第一板和一个与该第一板相对设置的第二板,该第一板与该第二板之间形成一个第一收容空间、一个第二收容空间及连接该第一收容空间与该第二收容空间的连通孔,该动力源收容于该第一收容空间,该驱动轴穿设于该连通孔且与该夹爪活动连接使该夹爪部分收容于该第二收容空间。
2.如权利要求1所述的凝料夹取装置,其特征在于:该夹爪包括两个相互配合的夹持臂,该驱动件用于驱动该两个夹持臂的张合。
3.如权利要求2所述的凝料夹取装置,其特征在于:该凝料夹取装置还包括两个连接轴及两个连接杆,每个连接轴的一端与其中一个夹持臂固接,该剪具可活动地连接在每个连接轴的另一端,每个连接杆的一端与其中一个夹持臂固接,每个连接杆的另一端与该剪具固接。
4.如权利要求3所述的凝料夹取装置,其特征在于:该剪具包括两个限位块,该两个限位块均套设在该两个连接轴上且位于该两个从动臂的两侧,该两个限位块可沿该连接轴的轴向滑动。
5.如权利要求4所述的凝料夹取装置,其特征在于:该两个从动臂上相对设置有两个刀具。
