In fig. 10, the motor is operated to push the feed screw and nut mechanism, the nut moves towards the opposite side, and the leg bending rod is jacked up (the dotted line is the original position of the leg bending rod and is kept horizontal with the bed plate). At this time, the thigh and the calf are bent up, and the foot is supported on the bed, see the leg state side view of fig. 13.
In fig. 11, the electromagnetic lock in the slider mechanism 118 is locked, the nut on the lead screw moves from the dotted line to the solid line in the arrow direction, the slider mechanism 119 slides in the arrow direction, the rod 11 inclines to one side, and the leg is pushed by the rod 11 with the foot as the fulcrum and tilts to the same side along the same direction. In fig. 12, after the leg is tipped, the lever 11 is returned to the home position and the leg is placed in the bed with the leg bent.
When changing from lying on one's side to lying on the back, it is necessary to restore the legs from a bent state to an extended state, i.e. "straight legs". The leg-straightening action is completed by using the gravity of the leg part and taking the foot part and the hip part as fulcrums, and the leg-straightening action and the falling of the side turning plate of the upper body are coordinated and carried out simultaneously. The leg straightening action specifically comprises the following steps: the operation of fig. 10 is repeated, the lever 11 is lifted up horizontally, and the legs are raised up by the lever 11 with the feet and hips as fulcrums, and the state of fig. 13 is restored. Then, the rod 11 is horizontally lowered to the horizontal position with the bed board, and the thighs and the calves fall to the straight leg position along with the rod 11 by gravity, and the supine operation is completed.
Fig. 14 is a schematic diagram of a telecommunications alarm system for an ergonomic function bed for the old and weak population. The remote communication alarm system is arranged on a bed body and comprises a sound acquisition terminal, an image acquisition terminal and a 3G communication module, and the functional modules are all positioned on a bed head backup plate 1 in the bed body. As shown in fig. 15, a microphone and a loudspeaker as a sound collection terminal, a camera 123 as an image collection terminal, and a sound receiving and amplifying port 124 are installed at the bedside board 1, and can collect and transmit sound, images and video signals.
The 3G technology is used as a future mainstream communication standard, and has the advantages of high transmission rate, large transmission bandwidth and the like, so that the 3G technology has obvious advantages in the aspect of transmitting multimedia information such as videos and images. On the premise of applying modern network technologies such as 3G and the like, the bed-ridden person can be remotely monitored and controlled. On one hand, the voice and the image of the bedridden person can be identified and collected, and the bedridden person can interact with the family and the doctor at the far end through the server; on the other hand, family members or doctors can also send control signals through the 3G network to control the states of the bedridden people such as turning over, taking off and landing and guide the bedridden people to eat and take medicine.
The ergonomic functional bed for the old and the weak groups utilizes a plurality of advantages of the 3G technology, and can enable the bedridden people to communicate with remote monitoring people such as doctors or family members more conveniently and efficiently. The remote communication alarm system identifies and collects the voice signals or facial images of the bedridden, the bedridden can send alarm signals or carry out multimedia message alarm or voice video call with family members, doctors and 120 emergency treatment centers in a voice mode and a manual key mode, and on the other hand, the family members and doctors in a hospital can know the conditions of the bedridden at any time. Specifically, the 3G-based telecommunication alarm system may implement the following functions:
1. monitoring:
the remote communication alarm system can acquire the audio, video and image information of the bedridden person according to the needs of family members and doctors, and can know the health condition and the current state of the bedridden person in time. The server can record videos or shoot images at regular time and store the images so that monitoring people can call and check the images at any time, the current state of the bedridden person can be monitored, and historical records can be called so as to make relevant analysis and judgment.
2. Controlling:
the monitoring personnel such as doctors, family members and the like can send control instructions to the ergonomic functional beds of the old and the weak groups according to the monitoring conditions of the bedridden people so as to adjust the state of the bedridden people. Such as: the patient lying in bed is allowed to turn on one's side, the air bag is inflated to massage, and the patient lying in bed is controlled to sit up, bend legs and the like.
3. Interaction:
through the ergonomic functional bed for the old and the weak, the bedridden people can communicate with doctors and family members in a video or voice mode, and the purpose of interaction is achieved.
4. And (4) alarming:
when the state of the bedridden person is abnormal, an alarm instruction is sent to a doctor or family, and the current state of the bedridden person is reported. The modes for sending the alarm signal include: the alarm button has two modes of button touch and sound control, and can be pressed to send an alarm signal for a bedridden person with convenient hand and arm movement; the system can carry out voice alarm on the bedridden with the physical disability, namely shouting towards a microphone, and the system can recognize the alarm through voice signals and send alarm signals. The 3G video monitoring channel can be automatically opened while the alarm signal is sent, so that the bedridden person can conveniently interact with a doctor or family. Meanwhile, images or videos of the bedridden person can be collected according to time intervals and sent to family members or doctors for automatic monitoring.
In addition to the components described above, a handheld device may be provided in the ergonomic function bed for the elderly and infirm. The handheld device is used for self medical care and health monitoring and control of bedridden people, such as turning over, taking off and landing, massaging and the like.
When electromechanical equipment is used for taking off and landing, the old and weak people ergonomics functional bed can adopt two sets of operation methods of electric operation and manual operation. When the motor runs, each moving position is locked by a machine, and when the lifting function cannot be realized due to the motor fault or the circuit fault, manual operation is converted, so that the control on the bed board is realized.
The ergonomic function bed for the old and the weak groups provided by the invention is explained in detail above. Any obvious modifications thereof, which would occur to one skilled in the art without departing from the true spirit of the invention, would constitute a violation of the patent rights of the present invention and would bear corresponding legal responsibility.

Claims (6)

1. An ergonomic function bed for old and weak groups is characterized in that:
the ergonomic function bed for the old and the weak comprises a bed body, a matrix type gas compression propulsion system, a remote communication alarm system and a bed board turning mechanism; wherein,
the bed body is internally provided with an upper bed plate, the matrix type gas compression propulsion system is internally provided with a plurality of air bags and a plurality of pressure sensors, the air bags are positioned below the upper bed plate, and the pressure sensors are distributed between the upper bed plate and the air bags in a matrix manner;
the remote communication alarm system is arranged on the bed body;
the bed board turning mechanism consists of a turning mechanism and a rising and lying mechanism, and transmission parts in the turning mechanism and the rising and lying mechanism are connected with a bed board which is arranged in the bed body and used for enabling a human body to act.
2. The ergonomic functional bed of a population of elderly and infirm people of claim 1 wherein:
the upper bed plate is composed of four turnover side turning plates, and the side turning plates are connected through hinges.
3. The ergonomic functional bed of a population of elderly and infirm people of claim 2 wherein:
the turnover mechanism and the rising and lying mechanism are also provided with a driving part, and the driving part outputs power to the driving part connected with the side turnover plate through a transmission shaft, an electromagnetic clutch and a screw rod nut mechanism so as to realize the turnover of the side turnover plate.
4. The ergonomic functional bed of a population of elderly and infirm people of claim 1 wherein:
the remote communication alarm system is provided with a sound acquisition terminal, an image acquisition terminal and a 3G communication module, wherein the sound acquisition terminal, the image acquisition terminal and the 3G communication module are positioned at a bedside backup plate in the bed body.
5. The ergonomic functional bed of a population of elderly and infirm people of claim 1 wherein:
the ergonomic functional bed for the old and the weak groups further comprises a leg bending mechanism, and the leg bending mechanism consists of a leg bending rod and a driving transmission part.
6. The ergonomic functional bed of a population of elderly and infirm people of claim 5 wherein:
the leg bending rod (11) is positioned between the thigh part bed plate (10) and the shank part bed plate (12) and is positioned at a position horizontal to the whole bed surface when not in motion.
