In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the back-lifting bracket 11.1 includes a back-lifting transverse plate 11.1.1, a back-lifting rotating shaft 11.1.2, a back-lifting rotating arm 11.1.3, a back-lifting electric push rod 11.1.4 and a roller set 11.1.5, one end of the back-lifting transverse plate 11.1.1 is connected to the roller set 11.1.5, and the other end is fixedly connected to the back-lifting rotating shaft 11.1.2. One end of the back lifting rotating arm 11.1.3 is fixedly connected with the back lifting rotating shaft 11.1.2, forms an included angle of 120 degrees with the back lifting transverse plate 11.1.1, and the other end of the back lifting rotating arm 11.1.3 is hinged with the back lifting electric push rod 11.1.4. One end of the side turning rotating arm 11.2.4 is fixedly connected with the side turning rotating shaft 11.2.3, the side turning connecting rod 11.2.2 is 120 degrees, the other end of the side turning rotating arm 11.2.4 is hinged with one end of the side turning electric push rod 11.2.5, and the other end of the side turning electric push rod 11.2.5 is arranged at the bottom of the whole bedstead. In operation, the side turning electric push rod 11.2.5 is pushed forward to drive the side turning arm 11.2.4 to rotate around the side turning rotating shaft 11.2.3 anticlockwise (clockwise, the other side turning support is a mirror image), and drive the side turning connecting rod 11.2.2 to rotate around the side turning rotating shaft 11.2.3 anticlockwise (clockwise), so as to drive the side turning roller 11.2.1 to roll upwards, and the back turning bed plates 1 and 2 and the hip supporting plates 3 and 4 rotate around the central axis of the intelligent multifunctional assistant nursing bed to rise, thereby realizing the function of side turning. Otherwise, the rotation is lowered, and the reset operation is completed.

The lower end of the shank lifting and dropping leg pad 11.3.1 is hinged with a leg lifting and dropping connecting rod 11.3.3, and the other end of the leg lifting and dropping connecting rod 11.3.3 is fixedly connected with a leg lifting and dropping rotating shaft 11.3.4. One end of the leg lifting and dropping rotating arm 11.3.5 is fixedly connected with the leg lifting and dropping rotating shaft 11.3.4, the other end is hinged with one end of the leg lifting and dropping electric push rod 11.3.6, and the other end of the leg lifting and dropping electric push rod 11.3.6 is hinged with the whole bedstead. In operation, the leg raising and dropping electric push rod 11.3.6 is pushed forward to drive the leg raising and dropping rotating arm 11.3.5 to rotate clockwise around the leg raising and dropping rotating shaft 11.3.4, so as to drive the leg raising and dropping connecting rod 11.3.3 to rotate counterclockwise around the leg raising and dropping rotating shaft 11.3.4, so as to drive the shank raising and dropping pad 11.3.1 to ascend, so as to drive the thigh raising and dropping pad 11.3.2 to rotate counterclockwise around the integral bedstead, so as to drive the shank raising and dropping plates 9 and 10 to ascend, and the thigh raising and dropping plates 7 and 8 to rotate and ascend around the integral bedstead, so as to realize the leg raising action. Otherwise, the leg falling action is realized.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the lifting handrail 11.4 includes: an upper handle cross plate 11.4.1, a telescoping tube (11.4.2; 11.4.3; 11.4.5), a positioning ball 11.4.4, and a lower securing cross plate 11.4.6. In operation, a user lifts the handle transverse plate 11.4.1 upwards to drive the telescopic tube 11.4.2 to move upwards, and in the process of moving upwards, the positioning ball 11.4.4 in the telescopic tube 11.4.5 is clamped with the round hole in the telescopic tube 11.4.3, so that the armrest is fixed, and the armrest lifting operation is completed. In this embodiment, the key remote control module can be used as a remote control, and a user can issue a control instruction through a remote control key, so that the back lifting control module, the side turning control module and the leg lifting control module can complete corresponding functions.
The nursing bed also comprises a defecation hole and a defecation collecting device 11.5; the stool holes comprise a first stool hole 5 and a second stool hole 6, the first stool hole 5 is arranged on the first hip support plate 3, and the second stool hole 6 is arranged on the second hip support plate 4; the excrement collecting device 11.5 is arranged below the first excrement hole 5 and the second excrement hole 6.

A pair of excrement holes 5 and 6 are reserved between the hip supporting plates 3 and 4, a toilet 11.5.1 is installed on the excrement holes 5 and 6, the bottom end of a toilet 11.5.1 is connected with one end of a first valve 11.5.2, the other end of the first valve 11.5.2 is connected with the top end of a temporary excrement storage device 11.5.3, a second valve 11.5.4 and a third valve 11.5.5 are respectively connected with the bottom end and the side end of the temporary excrement storage device 11.5.3, the other end of the second valve 11.5.4 is connected with the top end of a excrement collection box 11.5.6, the other end of the third valve 11.5.5 is connected with the output end of a vacuum pump 11.5.7, and the input end of the vacuum pump 11.5.7 is connected with a ground power supply 11.5.8. In operation, ground power supply 11.5.8 provides power to vacuum pump 11.5.7, and third valve 11.5.5 is opened to evacuate temporary toilet 11.5.3. After the user uses the toilet in the toilet 11.5.1, the first valve 11.5.2 is opened to suck excrement in the toilet 11.5.1 into the temporary excrement storage 11.5.3, the temporary excrement collection device 11.5.3 is pumped with a certain negative pressure, and then the second valve 11.5.4 is opened to suck the excrement into the excrement collection box 11.5.6 to finish excrement collection operation.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, the pressure detection and pneumatic massage module 12.2 includes a back pressure acquisition unit pressure sensor 12.2.1, a data acquisition processing unit 12.2.2, a central controller 12.2.3, an air pump 12.2.4, and an air cushion 12.2.5. In operation, the pressure sensor 12.2.1 collects the pressure of the back of the user, sends the collected pressure data to the data collecting and processing unit 12.2.2, sends the processed data to the central controller 12.2.3, judges whether the pressure critical value is reached, if the pressure critical value is reached, sends an instruction to the air pump 12.2.4, the air pump starts to work, the air cushion 12.2.5 starts to inflate, and the single and double regions are inflated and deflated at regular time, so that the effects of massaging, relieving fatigue and releasing pressure are achieved.
The vital signs monitoring module 12.1 comprises:
the blood pressure monitoring module comprises a pressure sensor, a photoelectric blood oxygen sensor, a CC2530 integrated board and an antenna transceiver;
the heart rate monitoring module comprises a photoelectric heart rate sensor, a CC2530 integrated board and an antenna transceiver;
the body temperature monitoring module comprises an infrared temperature sensor, a temperature transmitter, an RS486 converter, a CC2530 integrated board and an antenna transceiver;
and the humidity monitoring module comprises a humidity sensor, a CC2530 integrated board and an antenna transceiver.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, the vital signs detection module 12.1 comprises a data acquisition sensor part: the pressure sensor 12.1.1 is used for detecting the blood pressure of the user; the photoelectric heart rate sensor 12.1.2 is used for detecting the heart rate of a user; a photoelectric blood oxygen sensor 12.1.3 for detecting blood oxygen of a user; an infrared temperature sensor 12.1.4 for detecting the body temperature of the user. In operation, the module sends the data detected by the acquisition unit to the data processing unit 12.1.5 for conversion, and displays the converted data on the terminal display 12.1.6 for the heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure, and body temperature of the user. If the detected user sign parameters have larger deviation from normal data, the abnormal user sign parameters are indicated, and a buzzer sound and a red light alarm prompt are given.
And all modules are communicated with each other through Zigbee wireless networking.
In this embodiment, a coordinator establishes a wireless network, each module is networked through a Zigbee protocol, the coordinator allocates addresses to each module, a pressure monitoring module, a temperature monitoring module, and a humidity monitoring module monitor the back pressure of a user once every five seconds, and wirelessly transmit pressure data to the coordinator, the coordinator receives the data and processes the data, when any one of the pressure, the temperature, and the humidity exceeds a set normal value, the coordinator wirelessly transmits a turn-over event to a turn-over control module, the turn-over control module receives the event and transmits a driving instruction to a relay, and the relay starts a motor to drive an electric push rod, so that intelligent and automatic turn-over is realized. The heart rate monitoring module monitors the heart rate of a user constantly, monitored data are transmitted to the coordinator in a wireless mode, the coordinator processes the received data, when the data are abnormal, the coordinator sends an alarm event to the prompt alarm module in a wireless mode, the prompt alarm module receives the event and sends an excitation to the buzzer, and the buzzer alarms to remind nursing staff of carrying out service processing.
Adopt Zigbee wireless communication between each module of this nursing bed, compare with the current net twine communication STM32 singlechip on the market, wireless communication can simplify the circuit, realizes the function of a plurality of modules of coordinator control, has reduced the consumption, has richened the function of nursing bed, has optimized user's experience.
The intelligent multifunctional auxiliary nursing bed provided by the invention realizes the bending and reversing motion between the bed board and the bed board by arranging the back turn-over board, the hip supporting board, the thigh lifting board and the shank lifting board which are hinged back and forth on the integral bed frame, and arranging the back lifting bracket, the side turn-over bracket, the excrement collecting device and the leg lifting bracket below the back turn-over board, the hip supporting board, the thigh lifting board and the shank lifting board respectively, and realizes the automatic action of the nursing bed through the back lifting control module, the side turn-over control module and the leg lifting control module. Meanwhile, the nursing bed can also monitor vital sign information of a user, and meanwhile, the nursing bed can bring remote video and audio entertainment functions to the user. The nursing bed has the advantages of intellectualization and humanization due to the functions.

the back turning plate, the hip supporting plate, the thigh lifting plate and the shank lifting plate are longitudinally hinged from front to back;
the bed frame (11) comprises:
an integral bed frame;
the back lifting bracket (11.1) is arranged below the back turn-over plate and is used for driving the back turn-over plate to rotate relative to the hip support plate to lift or descend;
the side turning support (11.2) is arranged below the bed body truss which is connected with the back turning plate and the hip support plate and is used for driving the back turning plate and the hip support plate to turn to the other side;
the leg lifting and dropping support (11.3) is arranged below the thigh lifting and dropping plate and the shank lifting and dropping plate and is used for driving the thigh lifting and dropping plate to ascend or descend relative to the rotation of the hip supporting plate and driving the shank lifting and dropping plate to rotate relative to the thigh lifting and dropping plate;
the lifting handrails (11.4) are arranged on two sides of the upper plane of the bed body (13);
characterized in that said control device (12) comprises:

An intelligent multifunctional assisted nursing bed according to claim 1, characterized in that it also comprises a defecation hole and a defecation collecting device (11.5); the defecation holes comprise a first defecation hole (5) and a second defecation hole (6), the first defecation hole (5) is formed in the first hip support plate (3), and the second defecation hole (6) is formed in the second hip support plate (4); the excrement collecting device (11.5) is arranged below the first excrement hole (5) and the second excrement hole (6).
