Lifting the legs; as shown in fig. 9 and 12, the leg bending push rod 601 is retracted, the leg bending push rod 601 drives the leg plate 205 to descend, the leg plate 205 drives the foot plate 206 to be put down, and the leg bending connecting rod 602, the sitting leg plate 205 of the foot rest 603 and the foot plate 206 form angles suitable for a human body to realize leg falling; when the leg bending push rod 601 stretches, the leg bending push rod 601 drives the leg plate 205 to rise and descend, the leg plate 205 drives the foot plate 206 to rise, and the leg bending connecting rod 602, the leg plate 205 and the foot plate 206 sit down on the foot stand 603 form angles suitable for human bodies, so that leg lifting is realized; thereby realizing some leg exercises and auxiliary activities so as to keep the exercise amount of the long-term bedridden personnel and avoid the occurrence of muscle atrophy and other conditions.

6.
