Abstract

酒笼,外采用秦岭山脉的木竹编制,内用桑皮纸、猪血、石灰、鸡蛋清、黑米浆、人参、中草药等四十多种原料调配发酵,密糊而成。用该产品贮酒,能加快酒的老熟度,明显提高酒质的醇香度,并能增多酒的有益成份。长期饮用酒笼储存的酒对人体有强身壮骨、养气补虚、延年益寿之功能。

酒笼
酒笼,是一种返璞归真、崇尚自然的环保型储酒容器,其外壳选用秦岭山脉质坚性韧的木竹竹篾编制,内用桑皮纸、猪血、石灰、鸡蛋清、黑米浆、人参、中草药等四十多种原料调配发酵密糊而成。具有工艺先进、整体性强、耐压、防腐等特点。与金属、土瓷容器相比,酒笼结构比较疏松。在电子显微镜下,滴水不漏的酒笼内壁出现它的各种离子之间有大量细小的空隙,足以使酒液中体积极小的水分子逃逸出去,并能进入少量的空气。从而使白酒的物理化学反应速度明显加快,白酒在酒笼贮存过程中发生的普通氧化还原反应、分子缔合反应、酯化反应等过程,维持了独特的酸碱平衡,促进了乙醇和水分子的紧密结合;从“酒笼”溶解到酒中的独特香味及营养成分使白酒辛辣味大大减少,口感绵甜净爽,回味悠长,而且“酒笼”越老,贮存时间越长,品质越佳。
该产品执行Q/YXA·J01-92标准。经国家有关机构检验,产品有益成份含量为:总酸24mg/L,总脂528/L,铁1.0mg/L,锌2.0mg/L,钙48mg/L,总氮448mg/L(用65%的酒精在酒海中盛装一个月测试)。因此用该产品贮酒,能加快酒的老熟度使所储白酒“去粗取精”,“去杂成醇”明显提高酒质的醇香度。该产品通过专家鉴定认可,其密糊配方先进、可靠,长期饮用酒笼储存的酒对人体有强身壮骨、养气补虚、延年益寿之功能。
酒笼容易密封、排放、储量大(0.5-20千升),酒的损耗少,质轻耐用,一般可保用10-15年。到期后,再次糊制,可连续使用。
