Abstract
本发明涉及一种玻璃基板包装箱,即使以由珠起泡方法等成型的尺寸精度低的树脂成型件作为箱体主体以及盖体使用的情况下,也能够相对于箱体主体可靠地嵌合盖体,并且能够使玻璃基板不受到不当应力而层叠。该玻璃基板包装箱具有上端开口的箱体主体(2)和嵌合在箱体主体(2)上并封闭其上端开口的盖体(3),通过配设在箱体主体(2)上的玻璃保持部(4、5)的多个保持槽(4a、5a)和配设在盖体(3)上的玻璃保持部(6)的多个保持槽(6a)将多张玻璃基板(G)在以纵向姿势隔开间隔并列排列的状态下进行保持,其中,在盖体(3)和配设在盖体(3)上的玻璃保持部(6)之间介入有弹性比玻璃保持部(6)高的衬垫(7)。

技术领域
本发明涉及将多张玻璃基板在隔开间隔以纵向姿势并列配置的状态下进行包装的玻璃基板包装箱。
背景技术
众所周知,如以液晶显示器、等离子体显示器、电致发光显示器、场致发射显示器等平板显示器用的玻璃基板为代表,近年来各种玻璃基板多要求高清洁性。因此,从防止包装这些玻璃基板时灰尘等异物附着在玻璃基板上的事态等、保持玻璃基板的清洁性的观点出发,有利用密闭型的玻璃板包装箱的情况。
作为这种玻璃板包装箱,例如下记的专利文献1所公开,采用这样的方案:配置上端开口的箱体主体(箱主体)和嵌合在该箱体主体上并封闭其上端开口的盖体,在使盖体嵌合在箱体主体上而形成的内部空间中将多张玻璃基板在以纵向姿势并列排列的状态下进行保持。
详细地说,在箱体主体上配备有保持各个玻璃基板的下边以及两侧边的玻璃基板保持部,将玻璃基板插入形成在该玻璃基板保持部上的多个保持槽中,从而保持玻璃基板的周缘部。另外,在盖体上也同样地配备有具有多个保持槽的玻璃基板保持部,保持各个玻璃基板的上边或保持上边以及两侧边。

但是,如上述专利文献1中也公开到,箱体主体以及盖体多使用通过将包含起泡剂的聚烯烃珠或其一次起泡体填充在模型内并以规定温度加热的、所谓的珠起泡方法成型的树脂成型件。这是因为,由珠起泡方法成型的树脂成型件与由射出成型法成型的树脂成型件相比,其轻量化且富于缓冲性,并且模型和树脂本身的成本低廉。
但是,另一方面,由珠起泡方法成型的箱体主体以及盖体与射出成型法成型的相比,具有尺寸精度低的缺点,会出现箱体主体和盖体的一方或双方的高度方向尺寸比规定尺寸小的情况。因此,在这样的情况下,会出现在将盖体嵌合在箱体主体上之前玻璃基板的上边接触到盖体的玻璃保持部,盖体相对于箱体主体浮起的状态下两者不能完全嵌合的事态。即、会出现盖体在由玻璃基板顶起的状态下被支承的事态。
并且,近年来从提高保管效率的观点出发,在使用上述密闭型的玻璃基板包装箱的情况下,采用以在内部包装玻璃基板的状态层叠玻璃基板包装箱进行保管的方式。因此,在如上所述盖体相对于箱体主体浮起的状态下两者不能完全嵌合的情况下,上层的玻璃基板包装箱的载荷会直接作用于在下层的玻璃基板包装箱内包装的玻璃基板,会使玻璃基板发生破损。并且,当发生这样的事态,玻璃碎片和玻璃粉粒向发生该破损的玻璃基板的周围飞散,导致未破损的玻璃基板上新出现损伤或破损,或者玻璃粉粒附着在玻璃基板上等事态。因此,即使是一张玻璃基板破损,也会出现不得不将包装箱内全部玻璃基板作为不合格品处理的致命问题。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述问题而研发的,其目的在于提供一种即使以由珠起泡方法等成型的尺寸精度低的树脂成型件作为箱体主体以及盖体使用的情况下,也能够相对于箱体主体可靠地嵌合盖体,并且能够使玻璃基板不受到不当应力而层叠的玻璃基板包装箱。
为了解决上述的问题而创造的本发明所涉及的第一玻璃基板包装箱,其具有上端开口的箱体主体和嵌合在该箱体主体上并封闭其上端开口的盖体,通过配设在所述箱体主体上的玻璃保持部的多个保持槽和配设在所述盖体上的玻璃保持部的多个保持槽将多张玻璃基板在以纵向姿势隔开间隔并列排列的状态下进行保持,其特征在于,在所述盖体和配设在该盖体上的玻璃保持部之间介入有弹性比该玻璃保持部高的衬垫。
根据该结构,即使在箱体主体或盖体的高度方向的尺寸精度低的情况下,由于当玻璃基板的上部接触盖体的玻璃保持部的保持槽后盖体进一步压入箱体主体侧,则弹性比玻璃保持部高的衬垫自身压缩变形,所以玻璃基板不会受到无用的应力,而能够将盖体可靠地嵌合在箱体主体上。即,能够防止盖体和箱体主体不完全嵌合,盖体以从箱体主体浮起的状态被玻璃基板的上边支承的事态。因此,即使在层叠将玻璃基板置于内部进行包装的玻璃基板包装箱的情况下,由于能够可靠地减少在下层的玻璃基板包装箱的内部包装的玻璃基板受到上层的玻璃基板包装箱的载荷的比率,所以能够尽可能降低玻璃基板的破损。
在上述结构中,优选所述衬垫由低反弹材料形成。
这样,则能够降低当将盖体嵌合在箱体主体上使衬垫压缩变形时,衬垫因弹性恢复力向玻璃基板侧膨胀的比率。因此,能够更可靠地降低玻璃基板受到衬垫作用应力的比率。而且,通过由低反弹材料形成衬垫,能够使衬垫具有优秀的冲击吸收性和压力分散性,所以即使在层叠玻璃基板包装箱时等受到冲击的情况下,其影响也难以波及玻璃基板,从防止玻璃基板的破损的观点出发,也是非常有利的。
为了解决上述的问题而创造的本发明所涉及的玻璃基板包装箱,其具有上端开口的箱体主体和嵌合在该箱体主体上并封闭其上端开口的盖体,通过配设在所述箱体主体上的玻璃保持部的多个保持槽和配设在所述盖体上的玻璃保持部的多个保持槽将多张玻璃基板在以纵向姿势隔开间隔并列排列的状态下进行保持,其特征在于,配设在所述盖体上的玻璃保持部由于来自上方的载荷,被玻璃基板的上边压塌而以凹状弹性变形,从而形成所述多个保持槽。
根据该结构,由于玻璃保持部由玻璃基板的上边压塌而以凹状弹性变形,该以凹状弹性变形的部分形成保持槽,所以即使在箱体主体或盖体的高度方向的尺寸精度低的情况下,也能够与该尺寸偏差对应来调整保持槽的槽深(从槽的山部到谷部的尺寸)。因此,能够可靠地将盖体相对于箱体主体嵌合。因此,即使层叠将玻璃基板置于内部进行包装的玻璃基板包装箱的情况下,由于能够可靠地减少在下层的玻璃基板包装箱的内部包装的玻璃基板受到上层的玻璃基板包装箱的重量作用的比率,所以能够尽可能降低玻璃基板的破损。
这种情况下优选配设在所述盖体上的玻璃保持部由低反弹材料形成。
这样,能够同样享受到上面已述段落〔前页7~12行〕所记载的作用效果。
为了解决上述的问题而创造的本发明所涉及的玻璃基板包装箱,其具有上端开口的箱体主体和嵌合在该箱体主体上并封闭其上端开口的盖体,通过配设在所述箱体主体上的玻璃保持部的多个保持槽和配设在所述盖体上的玻璃保持部的多个保持槽将多张玻璃基板在以纵向姿势隔开间隔并列排列的状态下进行保持,其特征在于,配设在所述盖体上的玻璃保持部由预先具有多个保持槽的低反弹材料形成。
根据该结构,即使在箱体主体或盖体的高度方向的尺寸精度低的情况下,由于当玻璃基板的上部接触盖体的玻璃保持部的保持槽后盖体进一步压入箱体主体侧,则由低反弹材料形成的玻璃保持部压缩变形,所以盖体能够可靠地嵌合在箱体主体上。即,能够防止盖体和箱体主体不完全嵌合,盖体以从箱体主体浮起的状态被玻璃基板的上边支承的事态。因此,即使在层叠将玻璃基板置于内部进行包装的玻璃基板包装箱的情况下,由于能够可靠地减少在下层的玻璃基板包装箱的内部包装的玻璃基板受到上层的玻璃基板包装箱的重量作用的比率,所以能够尽可能降低玻璃基板的破损。而且,能够同样享受到由来于低反弹材料的段落〔前页7~12行〕所记载的作用效果。
在上述结构中,所述低反弹材料优选是软质聚氨酯泡沫体,特别是从冲击吸收性的观点出发,优选是JIS K 6401:2005所记载的耐载荷用软质聚氨酯泡沫体中属于第一种的LB或第二种的LM的材料。
(发明效果)
如以上所示根据本发明,即使作为箱体主体以及盖体使用由珠法等成型的尺寸精度低的树脂成型件的情况下,也能够可靠地嵌合箱体主体和盖体,而且能够使玻璃基板不受到过度的应力而进行层叠。

以下,参照附图说明本发明的实施方式。
图1是示意表示本发明的第一实施方式的玻璃基板包装箱1的立体图。该玻璃基板包装箱1具有上端开口的有底方筒状的箱体主体2和嵌合在该箱体主体2的上端部上并封闭其开口部的有盖方筒状的盖体3。该箱体主体2和盖体3由聚烯烃类(例如乙烯和丙烯的共聚物)的起泡树脂形成,作为其成型方法使用珠起泡方法。
如图1以及图2(a)、(b)所示,在箱体主体2的内部,保持纵向姿势的玻璃基板G的下边的玻璃保持部4配设在底面上,并且保持该玻璃基板G的两侧边的一对玻璃保持部5分别配设在相对的侧面上。在各玻璃保持部4、5上沿着玻璃基板G的周缘部形成保持槽4a、5a,在该保持槽4a、5a中插入玻璃基板G,从而保持玻璃基板G的周缘部。该玻璃保持部4、5由与箱体主体2相同的聚烯烃类起泡树脂形成,例如通过与箱体主体2一体成型而安装,或独立成型后能够自由拆装地嵌合在箱体主体2而安装。
另外,在该实施方式中,保持玻璃基板G的下边的玻璃保持部4沿着玻璃基板G的下边隔开间隔配设多个(图例中等间隔配设三个),断续地保持玻璃基板G的下边。
另一方面,在盖体3的内部,与箱体主体2同样地,配设形成有保持玻璃基板G的上边的多个保持槽6a的玻璃保持部6。在该玻璃保持部6的上表面和盖体3的下表面之间以与该双方接触的状态介入有衬垫7。该衬垫7由弹性比玻璃保持部6高的低反弹材料、具体地厚度20mm左右的软质聚氨酯泡沫体形成。作为该软质聚氨酯泡沫体优选JIS K 6401:2005所记载的耐载荷用软质聚氨酯泡沫体中属于第一种的LB或第二种的LM的材料。这是基于若是属于第一种的LB或第二种的LM的耐载荷用软质聚氨酯泡沫体,则反弹率为15%左右以下(JIS K6400-3),冲击吸收性优良等理由。
衬垫7和玻璃保持部6通过粘接等固定,衬垫7和盖体3通过安装在该双方上的阴阳两表面紧固件8而拆装自如地安装。
另外,在该实施方式中,保持玻璃基板G的上边的玻璃保持部6沿着玻璃基板G的上边隔开间隔配设有多个(图例中等间隔配设三个),断续地保持玻璃基板G的上边。这时,衬垫7也可以以分别支承玻璃保持部6的方式被分割。
接着,说明使用如以上构成的玻璃基板包装箱1的玻璃基板的包装工序。
首先,如图3(a)所示,在箱体主体2的内部,将纵向姿势的玻璃基板G的两侧边插入玻璃保持部5的保持槽5a中,并且向下方压下直到其下边插入玻璃保持部4的保持槽4a中。对其他玻璃基板G也反复进行同样的工序,在箱体主体2的内部以纵向姿势并列排列的状态收容多张玻璃基板G。
接着,如图3(b)所示,在收容在箱体主体2的内部的多张玻璃基板G的上边嵌合上表面固定有衬垫7的玻璃保持部6的保持槽6a。这样,则在玻璃基板G的上边嵌合玻璃保持部6的保持槽6a时盖体3不会成为阻碍,能够在确认该嵌合状态的同时进行作业,所以能够有效率地进行玻璃保持部6的安装作业。
并且,像这样将各玻璃基板G的上边嵌合在玻璃保持部6的保持槽6a中后,如图3(c)所示,在衬垫7上覆盖盖体3,在图2(b)所示的衬垫7的表面紧固件8上粘结盖体3的表面紧固件8,相互结合衬垫7和盖体3。这样,当将玻璃基板G从玻璃基板包装箱1的内部取出时,仅通过将盖体3向上方拉起,能够一下子同时拆下衬垫7和玻璃保持部6,所以能够有效率地进行取出作业。
另一方面,由珠起泡方法成型的箱体主体2和盖体3虽然具有轻量且富于缓冲性等优点但尺寸精度低,所以会出现箱体主体2和盖体3的一方或双方的高度方向尺寸比规定值小的情况。于是,这种情况下,形成盖体3相对于箱体主体2浮起的状态。即,该状态下不做任何对策的话,则由于盖体3在被玻璃基板包装箱G顶起的状态下被支承,所以在将玻璃基板包装箱3上下重叠的情况下,在下层的玻璃基板包装箱1中包装的玻璃基板G会受到上层的玻璃基板包装箱1的载荷而有可能破损。
因此,为了应对这样的问题,在本实施方式中,如上所述,衬垫7由弹性比玻璃保持部6高的软质聚氨酯泡沫体形成。即、如图3(c)所示,从盖体3相对于箱体主体2浮起的状态进一步向下方压下盖体3,则衬垫7本身压缩变形,如图2(a)、(b)所示,盖体3能够可靠地嵌合在箱体主体2上。因此,即使在包装玻璃基板G的玻璃基板包装箱1之上层叠包装玻璃基板G的其他玻璃基板包装箱1进行保管的情况下,由于下层的玻璃基板包装箱1的盖体3和箱体主体2如上所述形成完全嵌合的状态,所以能够防止下层的玻璃基板包装箱1中包装的玻璃基板G上直接受到上层的玻璃基板包装箱1的载荷作用。
另外,由于衬垫7由作为低反弹材料的软质聚氨酯泡沫体形成,所以衬垫7具有优秀的冲击吸收性和压力分散性,即使层叠玻璃基板包装箱1时等受到冲击的情况下,其影响也难以波及到玻璃基板G上。
图4(a)、(b)是放大表示本发明的第二实施方式的玻璃基板包装箱1的主要部分的纵剖面图。该第二实施方式的玻璃基板包装箱1相对于上述的第一实施方式的玻璃基板包装箱1不同的是,配设在盖体3的内部的玻璃保持部6本身由低反弹材料形成。即,在盖体3的内部通过表面紧固件8、8拆装自如地安装有板状的低反弹材料(具体地为软质聚氨酯泡沫体)。并且,如图4(a)所示,在以纵向姿势并列排列在箱体主体2上的玻璃基板G的上边抵接到玻璃保持部6的阶段进一步向下方压下盖体3,则如图4(b)所示,玻璃保持部6被玻璃基板G的上边压塌而以凹状弹性变形,并由该以凹状变形的部分形成保持槽6a。
这样,则对应向盖体3的下方压下的量,自动调整玻璃保持部6的厚度、保持槽6a的槽深,所以即使如上所述箱体主体2或盖体3的高度方向尺寸从规定尺寸偏离的情况下,也能够将盖体3可靠地嵌合在箱体主体2上。这时,玻璃保持部6也可以在保持排列好的玻璃基板G的上边的状态下在沿着玻璃基板G的上边的方向上被分割。
另外,本发明不限于上述的实施方式,在不脱离本发明的要旨的范围内,还能够以各种方式实施。例如,在上述第一、第二实施方式中,可以在配设在箱体主体2的底面上的玻璃保持部4之下铺设低反弹材料(具体地为软质聚氨酯泡沫体),或者也可以将玻璃保持部4本身由低反弹材料形成。
另外,在上述第一、第二实施方式中,说明了通过盖体3的玻璃保持部6仅保持玻璃基板G的上边的情况,但是此外也可以在盖体3上另行铺设保持玻璃基板G的两侧边的玻璃保持部。
另外,在上述实施方式中,说明了通过玻璃保持部6的变形在后阶段形成保持槽6a的情况,当然也可以预先形成保持槽6a。
Claims (6)
1.一种玻璃基板包装箱,其具有上端开口的箱体主体和嵌合在该箱体主体上并封闭其上端开口的盖体,通过配设在所述箱体主体上的玻璃保持部的多个保持槽和配设在所述盖体上的玻璃保持部的多个保持槽将多张玻璃基板在以纵向姿势隔开间隔并列排列的状态下进行保持,所述玻璃基板包装箱的特征在于,
在所述盖体和配设在该盖体上的玻璃保持部之间介入有弹性比该玻璃保持部高的衬垫。
2.如权利要求1所述的玻璃基板包装箱,其特征在于,
所述衬垫由低反弹材料形成。
3.一种玻璃基板包装箱,其具有上端开口的箱体主体和嵌合在该箱体主体上并封闭其上端开口的盖体,通过配设在所述箱体主体上的玻璃保持部的多个保持槽和配设在所述盖体上的玻璃保持部的多个保持槽将多张玻璃基板在以纵向姿势隔开间隔并列排列的状态下进行保持,所述玻璃基板包装箱的特征在于,
配设在所述盖体上的玻璃保持部由于来自上方的载荷,被玻璃基板的上边压塌而以凹状弹性变形,从而形成所述多个保持槽。
4.如权利要求3所述的玻璃基板包装箱,其特征在于,
配设在所述盖体上的玻璃保持部由低反弹材料形成。
5.一种玻璃基板包装箱,其具有上端开口的箱体主体和嵌合在该箱体主体上并封闭其上端开口的盖体,通过配设在所述箱体主体上的玻璃保持部的多个保持槽和配设在所述盖体上的玻璃保持部的多个保持槽将多张玻璃基板在以纵向姿势隔开间隔并列排列的状态下进行保持,所述玻璃基板包装箱的特征在于,
配设在所述盖体上的玻璃保持部由预先具有多个保持槽的低反弹材料形成。
6.如权利要求2、4、5任一项所述的玻璃基板包装箱,其特征在于,
所述低反弹材料是软质聚氨酯泡沫体。
