Abstract

汽车离合器闭合缓冲装置,由缸套、活塞、连杆、单向泄气阀和调节杆等组成,其特点是:在活塞内壁开燕尾槽,在活塞上开泄气孔,孔中安装单向阀,安装时连杆一头连接活塞另一个伸出缸盖与离合器的踏板操纵杆活动连接,缸套另一端连接调节杆,调节杆的另一端活动连接在车架上。操作时,当踩下离合器的踏板进行换档后,就可将踩离合器的脚立即放开,无需进行严格训练养成的技能来释放离合踏板合闭的动作,释放踏板闭合的动作由缓冲装置来完成。避免离合器释放过快,而使发动机瞬时严重超负荷而产生的车身震动,甚至熄火现象,提高车辆的安全行驶性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车离合器操纵装置,具体地说是汽车离合器合闸时的缓冲装置。 
背景技术
当今,手动档汽车大都采用脚踩式离合器来进行调换档位的。在换档后,释放踏板合闸时,操作中由于过急或动作不熟练,释放离合器踏板时抬腿过快,闭合过猛,使发动机低速时瞬时输出功率跟不上轮轴所需的扭矩,造成发动短时严重超负荷,出现车身抖动并拌有难听噪音,尤其是新手上路经常有这种现象,甚至使发动机熄火,这不但会影响车辆的行驶性能,而且是一个不安全的因素。 
发明内容
为了克服汽车离合器释放踏板时,抬腿过快会产生闭合过猛的缺陷,本发明提供一种汽车离合器闭合缓冲装置,该缓冲装置不仅能减缓合闸过猛的缺陷,而且能使换档方便易学。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术措施是,缸体制成桶形,一端封闭,另一端用螺纹连接缸盖,缸盖中心开孔,缸体内壁开燕尾槽,其槽尖朝前,槽尖指向缸套的封闭端。在缸体中安装活塞形成一个封闭的空间,活塞的连杆从缸盖的孔中伸出,活动连接离合器踏板杆上,缸体的另一端连接调节杆,调节杆的另一端活动连接固定在车架上的活动接点上。在活塞中设置由弹簧和钢珠组成的单向泄气阀。当踩下离合器踏板时,同时推动连接在踏板杆上的连杆使活塞向下运动,封闭在活塞与缸套下部的空气,经燕尾槽和泄气孔,排向活塞上部,当活塞运行到下死点时,由于燕尾逐渐缩小,透气量减少,正好也是离合器踩到换档位置,换档完成后,这时可以立即抬腿完全松开离合器,释放离合器闭合的动作由缓冲装置来完成。其工作原理是,当踩离合器踏板的脚放松后,踏板杆在弹簧的作用下能立即使踏板杆复位,但是,由于缓冲装置缸套中的活塞同时被拉向上死点运动,这时活塞中的单向泄气阀关闭,燕尾槽也在尖端位置透气量减少,活塞与缸套之间短时出现真空状态,使活塞延时动作,随着空气从燕尾槽头端的细小通道逐渐进入,活塞缓慢向上运动,随着活塞的上移,燕尾槽逐渐扩大进气量增大,活塞向上运动逐渐加速,与活塞联动的离合器,按照预先调节好的速率进行闭合,达到离合器快——慢——快的动作要求,这样可以避免人工闭合所产生的各种不利因素和息火现象,从而达到克服人工踩动离合器闭合过猛的目的。 
本发明的有益效果是,可以避免汽车离合器换档后闭合过快所产生的发动机低速时超负荷引起的车辆振动和息火现象,提高车辆的安全行驶性能,结构简单。

具体实施方式
在图1中,缓冲装置3,一头通过调节杆8活动连接在车架上,另一头活动连接在离合器踏板1下的操纵杆2上,弹簧4一头连接在车架上,另一头连接操纵杆。 
在图2中,缸体6制成圆桶形,一头封闭,另一头用螺纹连接缸盖15,缸盖中心开孔,缸体内壁开燕尾槽14,尖头朝下,活塞7安装在缸体中,连杆5一头连接活塞另一头从缸盖的孔中伸出。在活塞上开泄气孔12,在泄气孔中安装钢珠11和弹簧13,组成单向泄气阀门,缸体的另一端连接调节杆8,调杆与车架活动连接,在调节杆设调节螺帽9,旋松螺帽可调整调节杆的长度,通过调节杆身的长短改变活塞所对应的燕尾槽位置来选择活塞返回时的速度,进而确定离合器闭合的快慢,通常在缸体中少量润滑油起润滑和密封作用。

1.汽车离合器闭合缓冲装置,由缸套、活塞、连杆、单向泄气阀和调节杆组成,其特征是:所述缸套一端封闭,另一端连接缸盖,缸盖中心开孔,连杆一头连接活塞,另一头从缸盖孔中伸出与离合器踏板杆活动连接,在缸套内壁开燕尾槽,槽尖朝下,所述槽尖指向缸套的封闭端,缸套封闭端连接调节杆,调节杆的另一头活动连接在车架上;所述活塞上开孔,安装钢珠和弹簧组成单向泄气阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车离合器闭合缓冲装置,其特征是:所述缸套用螺纹连接缸盖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车离合器闭合缓冲装置,其特征是:所述调节杆上设置调节螺帽。
