Abstract

课题是提供一种能够极为容易地检测燃料填充口的里侧(车体内部)的气体泄漏的气体燃料车辆。解决方案是气体燃料车辆,其中包括:燃料填充口,其接收来自于车体外部的燃料供给装置的气体燃料的供给;连通孔,其将车体内部与车体外部连通;遮蔽构件,其从车体外部遮蔽燃料填充口以及连通孔;和气体燃料储藏部,其储藏经由燃料填充口从燃料供给装置供给的气体燃料。从车体外部向连通孔插入气体泄漏检测器的棒状部分,检测车体内部的气体泄漏。

Description

气体燃料车辆
技术领域
本发明涉及气体燃料车辆。
现在,提出了以压缩天然气为燃料的天然气汽车、以氢气为燃料的氢气汽车/燃料电池汽车等气体燃料车辆。在向这样的气体燃料车辆填充气体燃料时,采用下述方式:将外部的燃料供给装置的燃料填充用喷嘴连接于气体燃料车辆的燃料填充口,使从燃料供给装置供给的气体燃料经由燃料填充口以及连接于该燃料填充口的配管填充至车体内部的燃料容器。
近年来,提出了在燃料填充口的附近设置折叠式的接地构件、并用单一的盖子(盖构件)一并遮蔽这些燃料填充口以及接地构件双方那样的燃料填充部结构(例如,参照专利文献1)。在采用该结构时,通过打开单一的盖子就能够实现气体燃料的填充与接地的两种作业。

发明内容
但是,在向气体燃料车辆填充气体燃料的过程中和/或填充后,会有气体燃料从连接燃料填充口与配管的车体内部的接头等泄漏的情况。为了检测这样的气体泄漏,需要在车体内部插入气体泄漏检测器,使用该气体泄漏检测器来检测车体内部的气体泄漏。
但是,在所述的专利文献1所记载的以往的燃料填充部结构中,燃料填充口被配置在距车体下表面(下部车架)较远的位置,并且在燃料填充口的周边配置有多个构件,所以难以向燃料填充口的里侧(车体内部)插入气体泄漏检测器而检测气体泄漏。
本发明是鉴于该情况而进行的,其目的在于提供一种能够极为容易地检测燃料填充口的里侧(车体内部)的气体泄漏的气体燃料车辆。
为了达成所述目的,本发明所涉及的气体燃料车辆包括:燃料填充口,其接收来自车体外部的燃料供给装置的气体燃料的供给;连通孔,其连通车体内部与车体外部;遮蔽构件,其从车体外部遮蔽燃料填充口以及连通孔;和气体燃料储藏部,其储藏经由燃料填充口从燃料供给装置供给的气体燃料。
在采用该结构时,在气体燃料车辆的燃料填充口的附近(与燃料填充口一起由遮蔽构件遮蔽的位置)设置连通孔,所以例如通过从车体外部向连通孔插入棒状的气体泄漏检测器,能够极为容易地检测燃料填充口的里侧(车体内部)的气体泄漏。
在所述气体燃料车辆中,优选:在所述连通孔设有:在没有向连通孔插入气体泄漏检测器时抑制气体燃料从车体内部向车体外部通过而在向连通孔插入气体泄漏检测器时通过挠曲而允许气体泄漏检测器插入的柔性的有孔的膜构件。
在采用该结构时,将具有特定功能的膜构件设置于连通孔,所以在没有向连通孔插入棒状的气体泄漏检测器时,能够抑制气体燃料从车体内部向车体外部通过。因此,能够抑制空气的循环较少的遮蔽构件的里侧空间内的气体浓度的上升。
另外,在所述气体燃料车辆中,作为气体燃料可以采用氢气。此时,优选,将连通孔配置在燃料填充口的上方。
在采用该结构时,向配置于燃料填充口的上方的连通孔插入气体泄漏检测器,就能够在车体内部的上方配置气体泄漏检测器。因此,即使在比空气轻的氢气(气体燃料)泄漏而滞留于车体内部的上方空间时,也能够容易地检测到气体泄漏。
采用本发明,能够提供一种能够极为容易地检测燃料填充口的里侧(车体内部)的气体泄漏的气体燃料车辆。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图,对本发明的实施方式所涉及的气体燃料车辆进行说明。在本实施方式中,作为气体燃料车辆的一例,列举以氢气为燃料的燃料电池车辆1进行说明。
首先,使用图1以及图2,对本实施方式所涉及的燃料电池车辆1的整体构成进行说明。燃料电池车辆1具有:车体10、设置于车体10的后方侧面的燃料填充部20、储存作为气体燃料的氢气的氢气罐30、连接燃料填充部20与氢气罐30的配管40和行驶用的车轮(前轮以及后轮)50等。
车体10具有配置在未图示的车座的下方的下部车架11。在下部车架11上,如图1以及图2所示,搭载有多个氢气罐30。另外,在车体10的后方侧面,如图2所示,设有具有侧面12a以及底面12b的凹部12。在凹部12的底面12b,形成有用于安装燃料填充部用构件21(图3)的孔。另外,在车体10,经由铰链14设有用于遮蔽凹部12的盖构件13。
燃料填充部20是接收来自处于车体外部的未图示的燃料供给装置的氢气的供给的部分,包括安装在车体10的凹部12的底面12b的燃料填充部用构件21(图3)和设置于车体10的盖构件13等。对于燃料填充部用构件21,在后面详细叙述。
氢气罐30是储藏经由燃料填充部20以及配管40供给的氢气的容器,相当于本发明中的气体燃料储藏部。氢气罐30如图1以及图2所示,被配置在比设置于构成燃料填充部20的燃料填充部用构件21的后述的燃料填充口22更靠铅直方向下方的位置。配管40的一端41经由接头60连接于燃料填充口22的里侧部分(车体内部侧部分)。配管40的另一端42连接于设置于氢气罐30的端部的气体出入口31。
接下来,使用图3以及图4,对构成本实施方式所涉及的燃料电池车辆1的燃料填充部20的燃料填充部用构件21进行说明。
燃料填充部用构件21如图3以及图4所示,是具有堵塞形成于燃料电池车辆1的车体10的凹部12的底面12b的孔的形状以及大小(面积)的板状构件。在燃料填充部用构件21的大致中央部,设有连接车体10外部的燃料供给装置的未图示的燃料填充喷嘴而接收氢气的供给的燃料填充口22。在燃料填充口22的内部,设置有抑制氢气的逆流的阀机构和/或过滤器。另外,在燃料填充口22覆盖有防止异物进入燃料填充口22的盖子23。氢气的填充者(驾驶者和/或店员)能够手动装卸盖子23。
另外,在燃料填充部用构件21的燃料填充口22的上方附近,设有用于将气体泄漏检测器70的棒状部分71从车体10的外部插入的检测器用孔24。检测器用孔24将车体10内部与车体10外部连通,相当于本发明中的连通孔。在本实施方式中,如图3所示,采用横向较长(线状)的检测器孔24。
在检测器用孔24设有垫圈25。垫圈25具有允许气体泄漏检测器70的棒状部分71向检测器用孔24插入的横向较长的孔(切缝),另一方面,在棒状部分71不向检测器用孔24插入时抑制氢气从车体10内部向车体10外部通过,相当于本发明中的膜构件。垫圈25由具有柔性的材料(例如橡胶材料)构成。
设置有燃料填充口22以及检测器用孔24的燃料填充部用构件21由设置于车体10的盖构件13从车体10外部一并遮蔽。即,盖构件13从车体10外部遮蔽燃料填充口22以及检测器用孔24,相当于本发明中的遮蔽构件。
接下来,对于本实施方式所涉及的燃料电池车辆1的车体10内部的气体泄漏检测方法进行说明。
在从燃料供给装置向燃料电池车辆1填充氢气的过程中和/或填充后,会有氢气从连接燃料填充口22与配管40的车体10内部的接头60等泄漏的情况。在以往的燃料填充部结构中,燃料填充口被配置在距车体的下部车架较远的位置,并且在燃料填充口的周边配置有多个构件,所以难以向燃料填充口的里侧(车体内部)插入气体泄漏检测器而检测气体泄漏。
与此相对,在本实施方式中,如图4所示,向设置于燃料填充部用构件21的检测器用孔24插入气体泄漏检测器70的棒状部分71,能够容易地检测车体10内部的气体泄漏。
在上面所说明的实施方式所涉及的燃料电池车辆1中,在燃料填充口22的附近(与燃料填充口22一并由盖构件13遮蔽的位置)设置有检测器用孔24,所以能够从车体10外部向检测器用孔24插入气体泄漏检测器70。因此,能够极为容易地检测燃料填充口22的里侧(车体10内部)的气体泄漏。
另外,在与上面所说明的实施方式有关的燃料电池车辆1中,在检测器用孔24上设有垫圈25,所以当没有在检测器用孔24中插入气体泄漏检测器70时,能够抑制气体燃料从车体10内部向车体10外部通过。因此,能够抑制空气的循环较少的盖构件13的里侧空间内的气体浓度上升。
另外,在上面所说明的实施方式所涉及的燃料电池车辆1中,在配置于燃料填充口22的上方的检测器用孔24中插入气体泄漏检测器70,可以在车体10内部的上方配置气体泄漏检测器24。因此,即使在比空气轻的氢气泄漏而滞留于车体10内部的上方空间时,也能够容易地检测气体泄漏。
另外,在上面的实施方式中,表示了检测器用孔24配置于燃料填充口22的上方的例子,但检测器用孔24的位置并不限定于此。例如,也可以将检测器用孔24配置于燃料填充口22的侧方。另外,在采用比空气重的天然气作为气体燃料时,将检测器用孔24配置于燃料填充口22的下方。
另外,在上面的实施方式中,表示了采用横向较长(线状)的检测器孔用24并且采用具有横向较长的孔(切缝)的垫圈25的例子,但检测器用孔用24以及垫圈25的孔的形状和/或尺寸(长度和/或宽度)可以根据气体泄漏检测器70的棒状部分71的形状和/或尺寸而适当设定。例如,可以采用圆形状或矩形状的检测器用孔并且采用具有十字状的孔(切缝)的垫圈。
另外,在上面的实施方式中,表示了采用从车体10外部一并遮蔽设置于车体10的凹部12与具有燃料填充口22以及检测器用孔用24的燃料填充部用构件21的盖构件13作为遮蔽构件的例子,但遮蔽构件的结构并不限定于此。例如,也可以采用能够覆盖燃料填充口22与检测器用孔用24双方的特殊形状的盖子作为遮蔽构件。
本发明如上面的实施方式所示,能够应用于燃料电池车辆。另外,本发明也能够应用于燃料电池车辆以外的气体燃料车辆(氢气汽车、天然气汽车等)。

Claims (3)

1.一种气体燃料车辆,包括:燃料填充口,其接收来自车体外部的燃料供给装置的气体燃料的供给;连通孔,其连通车体内部与车体外部;遮蔽构件,其从车体外部遮蔽所述燃料填充口以及所述连通孔;和气体燃料储藏部,其储藏经由所述燃料填充口从所述燃料供给装置供给的气体燃料,
其特征在于,
所述连通孔用于从车体外部插入用于检测向所述气体燃料储藏部供给气体燃料时的气体泄露的气体泄漏检测器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气体燃料车辆,其中:
在所述连通孔设有:在没有向所述连通孔插入气体泄漏检测器时抑制气体燃料从车体内部向车体外部通过而在向所述连通孔插入气体泄漏检测器时通过挠曲而允许气体泄漏检测器插入的柔性的有孔的膜构件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气体燃料车辆,其中:
所述气体燃料为氢气;
所述连通孔配置在所述燃料填充口的上方。
