Abstract
本发明涉及优选用于车辆上的挥发性物质的蒸发器装置,其由实际装置的运动启动,由此确保装置在使用者进入车辆时开始蒸发物质。该装置包括外壳(1)以及至少一个运动传感器(8),使得物质的扩散装置(7)可通过所述传感器操作。

技术领域
本发明通常涉及用于封闭空间的挥发性物质的蒸发器装置。
在更多特定的情况下,本发明涉及挥发性物质的蒸发器装置,优选地用于车辆,其通过实际装置的运动来启动,目的是确保装置只有在车辆被使用时或车辆被占用时才蒸发挥发性物质。
背景技术
存在很多种类型的挥发性物质的蒸发器装置,所述挥发性物质通常是空气清新剂和/或杀虫剂,其利用虹吸芯(wick)、喷嘴、可浸透的膜片、凝胶体或浸渍的纸作为所述物质的蒸发媒介。
这些设备需要使得使用者能够启动它们的装置,并且在一些应用中,需要用于自动启动或者停止的装置,为此,它们在白天和夜间使用光传感器来选择装置的不同用途,或者,例如当使用者在场的时候启动蒸发器。
在特定的应用中,例如在用来扩散车辆中的挥发性物质的应用中,已知的装配有传感器的装置不能提供令人满意的好处,因为它们不仅检测车辆内的运动存在或者发光情况,还对车辆外的运动或光情况(例如一个人徒步从车辆附近通过)敏感。
因此,已知的具有自动操作的装置不适合用于车辆内,因为仅仅是人靠近车辆便可以启动物质的蒸发,产生不必要的物质浪费,并在车辆内产生令人不快的芳香气味的饱和状态。
发明内容
本发明的一方面涉及挥发性物质的蒸发器装置,其包括外壳和用来使由所述外壳支撑的活性物质扩散的装置。该装置的特征在于,它包括所述外壳的至少一个运动传感器,由此所述扩散装置可通过所述传感器操作,使得通过增加风扇速度,提高加热器的温度,脉冲频率的变化或者一些扩散的辅助装置的启动的变化,扩散装置进入操作或者增强其效果。
运动传感器与外壳集成为一体,并且检测设备或者装置的运动,而不检测移动靠近该设备或装置的物体的运动,由此确保挥发性物质的扩散仅在使用者处于车辆中时才发生,因此节约了挥发性物质的不必要的消耗并且避免了车辆内部的饱和。

具体实施方式
在优选实施例中,扩散装置包括风扇和在装备有可渗透的膜片的容器(cartridge)内的挥发性物质。一些可编程的电子装置考虑到运动传感器的检测控制扩散元件(在此情况下为风扇)的启动。
因此,当使用者进入他的车内并且使其运动的时候,运动传感器将检测车辆的运动,然后连接至传感器的电子装置将对风扇采取行动,使其工作或者增加其速度。
电子装置可被编程为使风扇在时间段内保持运转,或者在预设时间周期或使用者选择的周期中允许其运转。
风扇由电池启动,为此,这个装置还具有指示装置,其在电池电量耗尽时启动,例如LED二极管,例如在这种可能的情况下发光或闪烁。
当车辆移动时,运动传感器检测这种情况,与传感器关联的电子装置响应于所述检测而被启动,并且产生电信号以作用于扩散装置来允许、启动或者增强挥发性物质的蒸发。
运动或振动传感器可以包括例如加速度计。
电子装置可编程为使扩散装置在特定时间内保持启动状态,其后,如果运动传感器停止检测车辆运动,其与扩散元件中断连接。
挥发性物质可以保持在任何已知类型的容器中,所述容器例如具有可渗透的膜片的容器,或其中部分地浸有虹吸芯的瓶子。扩散装置还可以是任何已知类型,例如加热器元件、风扇、具有电磁阀的喷嘴、压电喷雾发生器,等等。外壳可以具备防止与膜片或虹吸芯接触的装置。
外壳具有使其固定于车辆的任何内表面(例如门、遮阳伞或者座椅的内部)的装置。
在图1中示出了本发明的优选实施例,其中,装置的外壳(1)容纳了挥发性物质的容器(2),该容器装备有膜片(未示出),以允许挥发性物质蒸发。在储存和运输产品的过程中,薄膜(3)遮盖所述膜片,以避免物质的不希望的蒸发。
电子装置安装在印刷电路板(4)上,其由一些电池(5)供电,所述电池例如纽扣电池或传统电池。开关(6)允许使用者连接或断开装置。
在这个优选实施例中,扩散装置包括风扇(7),所述风扇被布置为用来向所述膜片上吹气,并且启动或开始挥发性物质的蒸发,其由电子装置管理,该电子装置又由运动传感器(8)启动。发光二极管或LED(15)指示该装置的操作状态。
特别地,在图3中,可看到开口(16)布置在外壳(1)的一端上,以使风扇(7)驱动带有蒸发产物的气流向外流出。
风扇(7)由直流电机(17)操作,在外壳(1)的内部安装风扇(7)时,其位于两个偏转导流板(baffle)(18,18’)之间,导流板具有弓形形状,并且布置为使得它们引导风扇驱动的气流朝向容器(2)的底部流动。
在图5中示出了装置的电气示意图,其中电子装置由微控制器(10)实现,所述微控制器(10)接收来自运动传感器(8)和电池低电量指示器(12)的信号作为输入。作为输出,该微控制器(10)具有风扇电机(11),装置工作状态的发光指示器(13),以及电池低电量指示器(14)。
电池(5)向微控制器以及电池低电量检测器(12)供电。
在图6的实施例中,装置的电源由插入小轿车中通常具有的电气出口的电连接器(19)实现,因此这个装置可以用于这类车辆上。根据前面实施例描述的电子装置,存在加热器元件(20)代替风扇。
挥发性物质的容器(2)可以是已知的任何类型的容器,例如具有可渗透的膜片的容器。
本发明的实际的实施例的各种可能在所附从属权利要求中进行描述。
Claims (9)
1.一种挥发性物质的蒸发器装置,包括外壳和由该外壳支撑的用于扩散挥发性物质的扩散装置,其特征在于,所述蒸发器装置包括至少一个运动传感器,该运动传感器被布置为检测所述外壳的运动,并且所述扩散装置可通过所述传感器操作。
2.如权利要求1所述的蒸发器装置,其特征在于,扩散装置被布置为启动所述物质的蒸发,并且所述扩散装置可以从以下选择:i)风扇,ii)加热电阻,iii)所述膜片或虹吸芯的隐藏装置,其在膜片或虹吸芯上关闭或打开,iv)具有电磁阀的喷嘴,v)喷雾发生器,vi)前述各项的任何组合。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的蒸发器装置,其特征在于,运动传感器从以下选择:加速度计,振动传感器,全方向振动传感器,运动传感器,倾斜传感器,角度传感器,或者位置传感器。
4.如前述权利要求任一项所述的蒸发器装置,其特征在于,其包括具有虹吸芯或可渗透的膜片的挥发性物质容器,以蒸发所述物质。
5.如前述权利要求任一项所述的蒸发器装置,其特征在于,其具有与所述运动传感器以及与扩散元件相关联的电子装置,使得能够基于运动传感器的检测而作用于扩散元件。
6.如权利要求5所述的蒸发器装置,其特征在于,电子装置被编程为在预设时间段内启动扩散装置。
7.如权利要求5所述的蒸发器装置,其特征在于,运动传感器引起扩散元件的启动。
8.如权利要求5所述的蒸发器装置,其特征在于,运动传感器引起扩散元件的效果的增强。
9.如前述权利要求任一项所述的蒸发器装置,其特征在于,外壳具有使其固定于车辆内表面上的装置。
