Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
涂覆多组分材料例如快速固化泡沫的喷射枪广为人知,并且典型地在机械清除和空气清除变型中都是可以的。先前已知的在机械清除枪中清除两种组分材料的手段是通过机械清除杆,使其滑动通过混合孔。这种设置具有这样的问题:清除杆由于所喷射的材料的累积而粘结在孔内部。
在空气清除枪中,先前的清除两种组分材料的手段是通过高压空气清除(鼓风通过混合腔)。这种设计导致在混合腔内部通道和喷射顶端上的累积,引起喷射图案的劣化,从而要求操作者清洁混合腔以恢复功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于防止混合的两种组分聚氨酯在喷射涂覆器的内部通道内凝固,以允许使用者在喷射图案发生变形或喷枪需要维护之前喷射更长时间。
机械清除枪通过内部泵送机构分配溶剂。清除杆包括小直径杆和大直径杆。当清除杆穿过混合腔被拉回时,小杆部分替代大杆,从而产生真空以吸入溶剂。当杆向前移动,以关闭枪时,溶剂在压力下从内部泵沿着清除杆的表面排入到混合腔中,并从混合腔与所混合的两种组分材料一起被从枪中清除。溶剂是自身包含在涂覆器中的或者是永久地铅封于(plumbed eternally)枪。
空气清除枪在不触发(detrigger)下通过内部的计量泵自动地分配溶剂。分配的溶剂与清除空气混合并通过混合腔孔从枪排出。可选地,空气清除枪在不触发下通过内部的泵送机构自动地分配溶剂。分配的溶剂与清除空气混合并通过混合腔孔从枪排出。在另一实施方式中,空气清除枪在不触发下通过文丘里效应自动地分配溶剂。溶剂被注入到空气流中,并从涂覆器通过混合腔孔排出。溶剂是自身包含在涂覆器中的或者是永久地铅封于枪。

具体实施方式
图1的机械式清除枪10通过内部的泵送机构分配溶剂。清除杆12包括小直径杆14和大直径杆16。当将清除杆12向后拉动穿过混合腔18时,较小的杆14部分替代较大的杆16,从而产生真空,从溶剂入口20吸入溶剂。当杆12向前移动以关闭枪10时,溶剂在压力下从内部泵沿着清除杆12的表面被排到混合腔18中,并从混合腔18与所混合的两种组分材料一起被从枪10中清除。溶剂是自身包含在涂覆器中的或者是永久地铅封于枪。
在图2和3的优选实施方式中,溶剂活塞22在第一(非喷射-图2)和第二(喷射-图3)位置之间往返移动。在第一位置中,施加到溶剂活塞22的后部22a的高压空气关闭在溶剂活塞22周围的溶剂孔24,并防止溶剂通过进入到混合腔26中。在第二位置中,高压空气施加到溶剂活塞22的前部22b,引起活塞轻微地缩回,从而打开溶剂孔24,关闭溶剂入口28,并允许一部分溶剂与清除空气32混合,从溶剂出口30进入到混合腔26中。
在图4的可替代实施方式中,空气清除枪在不触发下通过内部的计量泵40自动地分配溶剂。分配的溶剂与清除空气42混合并通过混合腔孔44被排出枪。
在图5的又一可替代实施方式中,空气清除枪在不触发下通过内部的泵送机构50自动地分配溶剂。分配的溶剂与清除空气52混合并通过混合腔孔54被排出枪。
在图6的再一可替代实施方式中,空气清除枪在不触发时通过文丘里效应60自动地分配溶剂。溶剂注入到空气流62中,并从涂覆器通过混合腔孔64被排出。溶剂是自身包含在涂覆器中的或者是永久地铅封于枪。
可以理解的是,在不脱离所附的权利要求书限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以对溶剂清除机构作出不同的改变和变形。

Claims (1)

1.一种利用清除空气进行清除的多组分喷射枪,其具有混合腔和清除空气通道,所述喷射枪的改进包括:
溶剂源;
溶剂入口和溶剂出口;和
具有前部和后部的溶剂活塞,所述溶剂活塞能够在第一非喷射位置和第二喷射位置之间移动,使得在所述第一非喷射位置中,高压空气被施加到所述后部,以关闭在所述溶剂活塞周围的溶剂孔,从而防止溶剂通过进入到所述混合腔中,而在所述第二喷射位置中,在不触发所述喷射枪时,高压空气被施加到所述前部,引起所述溶剂活塞缩回,从而打开所述溶剂孔,关闭所述溶剂入口,并允许一部分溶剂在所述清除空气通道中与清除空气混合,进而从所述溶剂出口通过所述清除空气通道进入到所述混合腔中。
