Abstract
本发明公开了一种护肝醒酒茶及其制备方法。所述护肝醒酒茶,是由赤小豆花、野葛花、野菊花、西洋参、野麦冬、佛手和茶叶等量配制而成。其制备方法是:分别称取等量的赤小豆花、野葛花、野菊花、西洋参、野麦冬、佛手和茶叶,置于50~60℃条件下烘干,粉碎,混合均匀后灭菌,分装,即得。与现有技术相比,本发明护肝醒酒茶不仅解酒速度快,还具有保肝肾,健肝胃、解酒毒、清头目、生津液、消疲劳等功效;服用本发明护肝醒酒茶后15~30分钟即可恢复清醒。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健茶,具体涉及一种护肝醒酒茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国是一个酒文化的国度,人们在商务活动或喜庆日子里都免不了要喝酒,因此醉酒是见的事。醉酒既易失态,又影响工作,还伤害身体。尤其是酗酒后驾车更易发生交通意外等事故。目前,市场上已有许多解酒的药和茶,由于解酒药大多为西药,因负作用较大而不易被人们接受;而解酒茶则是以葛花为主要原料,配以其它醒脑、活血等中草药配制而成,但现有的解酒茶的起效较慢。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种解酒速度快的护肝醒酒茶及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种护肝醒酒茶,它由赤小豆花、野葛花、野菊花、西洋参、野麦冬、佛手和茶叶等量配制而成。
所述茶叶为市场上可买到的茶叶,优选红茶、绿茶、乌龙茶或黑茶;更优选绿茶或乌龙茶;最佳的是乌龙茶。
当选用绿茶时,以毛尖和碧螺春为好;当选用乌龙茶时,以铁观音为好。
本发明所述的护肝醒酒茶的制备方法为:分别称取等量的赤小豆花、野葛花、野菊花、西洋参、野麦冬、佛手和茶叶,置于50~60℃条件下烘干,粉碎,混合均匀后灭菌,分装,即得。
所述粉碎的粒度以20~40目为宜。
分装时以5克/袋为好。
本发明护肝醒酒茶的服用方法为:取1袋护肝醒酒茶,用250~300毫升75~85℃热水泡5~10分钟,即可饮用。醉酒较严重者可取2袋茶浸泡后饮用。
本发明护肝醒酒茶配方中:
赤小豆花:豆科植物赤小豆或赤豆的花,据《本草纲目》中记载具有清热,止渴,醒酒,解毒的功效,可治伤酒头痛。在《药性论》中记载其有消酒毒,明目的功效。
野葛花:在《神农本草经》、《本草纲目》等都被称为:“解酒醒脾”,不仅具有解酒功能,同时具有清热解毒、养肝、护胃、补肾之作用。它能有效的抑制肠胃对酒精的吸收,促进血液中酒精的分解和排泄,达到解酒、护肝、养胃、补肾之功效,且无任何副作用,也因此被誉为“酒之克星”。
野菊花:微寒,辛、苦;归肺、肝经。现代研究证明,野菊花是中草药中的“广谱抗生素”;中医认为,野菊花性凉,具有疏散风热、消肿解毒、抗感染、抗病毒的功效。
西洋参:中医认为西洋参性寒,味甘微苦,入肺、脾经,具有补气养阴、泻火除烦、养胃生津之功能。西洋参是药食同源植物,既是名贵上品中药,又是高级滋补佳品,还具有抗癌、抗疲劳、抗缺氧、抗辐射、抗衰老等多种功能。
野麦冬:性甘,微苦,微寒;养阴生津,润肺清心。
佛手:据《滇南本草》记载,有补肝暖胃,止呕吐,消胃寒痰,治胃气疼痛,止面寒疼,和中行气之功效。用于消化不良,舌苔厚腻,胸闷气胀,呕吐咳嗽以及神经性胃痛等。
与现有技术相比,本发明护肝醒酒茶不仅解酒速度快,还具有保肝肾,健肝胃、解酒毒、清头目、生津液、消疲劳等功效;服用本发明护肝醒酒茶后15~30分钟即可恢复清醒。
具体实施方式
下面以实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1
分别称取赤小豆花、野葛花、野菊花、西洋参、野麦冬、佛手和普洱茶各2克,置于50℃条件下烘1小时,粉碎至30目,混合均匀后灭菌,分装成5克/袋,即得。
上述制得的护肝醒酒茶与酒精混溶后,具有快速降低酒精度的作用,以下表1是申请人用酒精度为52度的桂林三花酒做的体外试验数据(所述护肝醒酒茶是取1袋上述产品用250ml水浸泡6分钟后所得):

分别称取赤小豆花、野葛花、野菊花、西洋参、野麦冬、佛手和铁观音各100克,置于60℃条件下烘1小时,粉碎至40目,混合均匀后灭菌,分装成5克/袋,即得。
上述制得的护肝醒酒茶与酒精混溶后,具有快速降低酒精度的作用,以下表2是申请人用酒精度为52度的桂林三花酒做的体外试验数据(所述护肝醒酒茶是取1袋上述产品用250ml水浸泡8分钟后所得):

上述制得的护肝醒酒茶与酒精混溶后,具有快速降低酒精度的作用,以下表3是申请人用酒精度为52度的桂林三花酒做的体外试验数据(所述护肝醒酒茶是取1袋上述产品用250ml水浸泡10分钟后所得):

1.一种护肝醒酒茶,其特征在于:它由赤小豆花、野葛花、野菊花、西洋参、野麦冬、佛手和茶叶等量配制而成,其制备方法为:分别称取等量的赤小豆花、野葛花、野菊花、西洋参、野麦冬、佛手和茶叶,置于50~60℃条件下烘干,粉碎,混合均匀后灭菌,分装,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护肝醒酒茶,其特征在于:茶叶为红茶、绿茶、乌龙茶或黑茶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的护肝醒酒茶,其特征在于:茶叶为绿茶或乌龙茶。
4.根据权利要求3所述的护肝醒酒茶,其特征在于:茶叶为乌龙茶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的护肝醒酒茶,其特征在于:茶叶为铁观音。
6.一种护肝醒酒茶的制备方法,其特征在于:分别称取等量的赤小豆花、野葛花、野菊花、西洋参、野麦冬、佛手和茶叶,置于50~60℃条件下烘干,粉碎,混合均匀后灭菌,分装,即得。
7.根据权利要求6所述的护肝醒酒茶的制备方法,其特征在于:粉碎的粒度为20~40目。
