Abstract

Description
现有技术
本发明是以一种独立权利要求所述类型的刮水片为依据。DE2336271A1已公开了一种刮水片,它具有一个由弹性塑料构成的雨刷弓。这个雨刷弓根据风挡玻璃的曲率预成形。刮水片固定在雨刷弓的一个槽中,或者是由具有雨刷弓的件制成。这种刮水片的刮水质量并非总是合乎人意。
发明内容
具有主权利要求特征的刮水片有规定的几何形状的优点。以这种几何形状在使用时雨刷唇置于玻璃上。就具有所谓的翻转接片的刮水片而言通过拉紧折叠的刮水片楔—在该楔的下侧面成形有雨刷唇—达到这种几何形状。证明对于均匀的刮水过程是重要的。由此特别是避免振动噪和尖叫噪音,并且达到一种干净的刮水图。另一方面具有翻转接片的结构在刮水运动的返回运动中的逆转特性证明也是不利的。由于所谓的无铰链的刮水片的弹簧条的侧向很大刚度的结构,所以在翻转接片区域中刮水楔的逆转很快,因此产生有干扰性的折叠噪音。
若雨刷唇的楔角在60度和150度之间,并且支承面具有小于100微米的半径,则可以放弃翻转接片。通过这一措施保证可足够好地模拟由具有翻转接片的刮水片而已知的牵引位置,并且由于半径小而不会中断雨刷唇和玻璃的接触。通过刮水臂、支承部件、刮水条和雨刷唇所引入的力在支承面上产生一种压力,这个压力的任务是密封玻璃和刮水片之间的连接,并且因此产生一种无条纹的刮水图。通过对半径的限制结合规定的楔角的这种组合为干净的刮水图提供了必要的条件。
当楔角在75度和135度之间时,也可在极端条件下保持良好质量的刮水图,因为这样可更好地对应拖动状态。采用90°的楔角可得到最佳的结果,因为玻璃表面和雨刷唇之间的平均夹角相应于45度。在实际中这个表明是最好的数值。
当半径小于75微米时支承面变小。通过这一措施当通过括水臂相同地引入的力时支承面和玻璃表面之间的压力增高,因此也提高了密封性,这提高了刮水图的质量。若选择半径小于50微米,则通过刮水臂引入的力可减小,并且减轻了整个系统的载荷。
在采用传统的刮水片材料时,所述规定的几何数值会产生最佳的刮水质量。若刮水条材料不超过每平方毫米10牛顿的弹性模量还可进一步改进刮水质量。通过这一措施,支承面的变形保持在合理的界限内。若人们努力保持小于或者等于每平方毫米5牛顿的弹性模量,则结合要求的几何数值则可产生一种对于刮水过程和支承面的密封性最佳的雨刷唇尖在玻璃上的变形。
若至少雨刷唇涂有一个涂层,并且它的厚度不超过100微米,则可选择大得多的半径。这样半径可以直到10毫米。这可特别简单地例如用挤压方法制造,并且不必切割。
根据本发明的具有被涂覆的雨刷唇的刮水片(其涂层厚度不大于5微米)可以具有一个10毫米的半径。当涂层厚度小于25微米时半径可为5毫米,当涂层厚度不大于75微米时半径也可为1毫米。在这些界限内,刮水质量以及刮水过程被证明在每种状态中都是令人满意的。
通过根据本发明的没有翻转接片的具有规定的几何形状的刮水片的特别的设计通过下述措施可制造所述楔角,即包围该楔角的两个面中的一个面,例如通过挤压、注塑或者压制已制成。将另一表面切割,这样就出现了一个规定的角度和一个规定的半径。

具体实施方式
刮水片10具有一个带形长的弹簧弹性的支承部件12,其形状为两个有间距地彼此平行延伸的弹簧导轨30。这些弹簧导轨用它们的彼此面对的内边条32插入到一个刮水条14的一个顶条20的纵向槽34中。它们的外边条36有一截从纵向槽34侧向伸出。朝汽车玻璃22方向,一个雨刷唇26连接一个刮水条头20。这个雨刷唇在刮水运动过程中沿双箭头18方向在汽车玻璃22上被导引。为此,刮水臂16通过一个连接装置驱动刮水片10。这个连接装置的刮水片一侧的部件15可和刮水臂16铰链地和可拆开地连接,而它在刮水片10的中间区域固定在它的支承部件12上。同时刮水臂16朝汽车玻璃22方向用压紧压力24给刮水片10加载。刮水臂16和汽车玻璃22用点划线表示。
汽车玻璃22的最大曲率比用它的两个端部贴在汽车玻璃22上,但还未加载的刮水片10的曲率要小。在压紧力24的作用下刮水片10用它的雨刷唇26在它的整个长度上贴靠着汽车玻璃22。在这种情况中在由金属制成的弹簧弹性的支承部件12中形成了一种张力。这个张力的作用是使刮水条14或者雨刷唇26在它们的整个长度上按照规定地贴靠在汽车玻璃22上,并且使压紧力24均匀分布。
图2示出了刮水条14的截面图。从该图可看到刮水条头20一方面在它的在图2中所示的上端部中在纵向槽34中容纳看弹簧条30,另一方面在它的下端部转变为一个楔形的突起24。然后将这个突起设计为雨刷唇26。在这种情况中这个楔形突起24由一个第一侧壁38和一个第二侧壁40的限制。这两个侧壁彼此围成一个楔角42。这两个侧壁38、40汇入一个支承面44。
图3示出了雨刷唇尖(带有它的支承面44)的一个放大图。这个支承面由半径46的限制。
在实施例中选择90度的楔角42、选择半径46为50微米的支承面44。这些数据证明是最佳的参数,因为此外汽车玻璃22和相应的侧壁38、40之间的刮水角度48为45度,因此对于刮水过程来说这是最佳的数值。
若楔角42在75度和135度之间时证明也是合适的,其中,装配有这种刮水条14的刮水片10可用于的汽车玻璃22的选择性就比较小了。一个还过得去的刮水图的界线在60度和150度之间的楔角之中。
当刮水片未被加载时,也就是说当雨刷唇尖不置于在汽车玻璃23上时,支承面44以一个半径46结束,这个半径的最佳值小于或者等于50微米。生产这样小的半径46需要精确的方法,因此对于要求不是很高的情况,例如终极速度较小的汽车来说可以选择扩大的,但不超过75微米的半径46。应避免更大的100微米的半径,因为通过这种更大的半径也产生更大的有效支承面50。事实表明,在这些情况中负责刮水器胶条和玻璃之间的密封的单位面积压力更小,并且从有效的支承面50到侧壁38、40的过渡更为平坦地上升,这加大了漂浮或者漂滑。
因此对于这样的几何情况必须提高力52,使用这个力刮水臂16将刮水片10压向汽车玻璃22。在有效的支承面50上的单位面积压力应大于1MPa,优选地大于1.2MPa。
此外表明,刮水质量与刮水器胶条材料的弹性模量Y有关,并且至少小于每平方毫米应10牛顿,优选地小于或者等于每平方毫米5牛顿。其中,弹性模量的大小不一定与半径无关。对于最佳的刮水结果弹性模量和半径应位于图5中所示的曲线图的阴影象限中。
还示出了该情况,刮水条14至少在突起24或者在支承面44的区域中具有一个涂层54。然后半径46可以具有直到10毫米的极端值。在图6至图11中示出了一些优选的刮水条的形式。按照半径54的情况,涂层厚度56可以具有不同的数值。通过广泛的研究表明,当半径46为10毫米时涂层厚度56不应大于5微米,当半径46为5毫米时涂层厚度56不得大于25微米,当半径46为1毫米时涂层厚度不得大于75微米。
在图9至图11中示出没有用于弹簧条30的纵向槽34的刮水条。在这些刮水条14中弹簧条由具有更高弹性模量Y的一个区域所代替。这个区域可被挤压(anextrudieren),或者可通过一个从雨刷唇的区域中的一个小弹性模量逐渐过渡到在刮水条头的区域中的一个高的弹性模量而产生。
在用于制造根据本发明的刮水片10的根据本发明的方法中,在一个第一步骤中对刮水条14进行挤压,注塑或者压制,其中,在挤压过程、注塑或者压制期间已经制成了第一侧壁38,而第二侧壁40至少在和支承面44相邻的区域设置一个体积体58(图12)。然后将这个体积体切除掉。这个切除沿箭头60方向进行。为此刮水条14从一个静止的,或者旋转的刀具旁,或者从一个激光束旁或者水射束旁经过。使用水射束时沿方向60,使用激光束时与方向60相反方向。
从图12可以看到两个刮水条14是一起制造出来的,它们是通过体积体58彼此连接的。
Claims (8)
1.刮水片(10),它具有由弹性材料制成的刮水条(14),所述刮水条具有刮水条头(20)和可置于待刮水的玻璃(22)上的雨刷唇(26),所述雨刷唇(26)设计成刮水条头(20)的楔形突起(24),并且具有在60度和150度之间的楔角(42),这个楔角延伸到具有小于100微米的半径(46)的支承面(44)上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的刮水片(10),其特征在于,楔角(42)在75度和135度之间,优选地为90度。
