本发明公开了一种蓝光光盘压模装置,包括安装座、下模板及上模板,所述安装座具有呈水平的安装面,所述下模板安装于所述安装面上,所述下模板具有平整的下压合面,所述上模板具有与所述下压合面相对的且平整的上压合面,所述下压合面的中心处凸伸出定位柱,所述上压合面正对所述定位柱处向内凹陷形成定位孔,其中,还包括具有弹性的呈圆形的垫片,所述垫片中心处开设有安装孔,所述定位柱穿过所述垫片的安装孔使所述垫片承载于所述下压合面上,所述垫片的外圈具有凸伸出正对所述上压合面的凸圈。本发明蓝光光盘压模装置在压模过程中,能够自动调整上下模具达到微米级平行度。

Description

蓝光光盘压模装置
技术领域
本发明涉及蓝光光盘领域,更具体地涉及一种对蓝光光盘进行压模成型的蓝光光盘压模装置。
背景技术
蓝光光盘(Blu-ray Disc)是最新一代的光盘格式,在人类对于多媒体的品质要求日趋严格的情况下,用以储存高画质的影音以及高容量的资料储存。蓝光光盘的出现能够轻松的满足占据巨大空间的高解释影片,一个单层的蓝光光碟的容量为25GB或是27GB,足够烧录一个长达4小时的高解析影片,双层蓝光光盘可达到46GB或54GB,足够烧录一个长达8小时的高解析影片。而四层及八层的蓝光光盘更是达到了容量为100GB或200GB,则能够支持更加长时间的高解释影片。蓝光光盘由于其相对于CD、DVD、HD DVD、BD等格式的光盘具有无法比拟的优势,广泛的吸引了消费者的的眼球,并且逐渐的占领了市场。
如果蓝光光盘若要占领更加大的市场份额,还需降低蓝光光盘的价格才能进一步得到普通消费者的青睐。然而,只有进一步降低生产成本,才能在价格上有压缩的空间。在光盘加工过程中,减少生产中的繁琐工序、提高生产效率能有效的降低生产成本。蓝光光盘的加工时,在压模工序里,上模向下运动做压合动作,上下模具间的平行度调整一直是技术中的难点,如图1所示,现在有技术光盘压模装置100′中,下模板2′安装于水平安装座3′上,盘片5′平行度的调整方法是:以上模板1′为基准,通过调节螺丝21′以摆动下模板2′,使下模板2′与上模板1′相平行。然而,实际生产过程中,由于加工和装配上会存在误差及盘片5′本身会收缩变形。现会出现如图2所示的上模板1′两端出现不平行的情况,从而导致上模板1′与下模板2′出现倾斜状况而不能完全平行接触。因此,有技术的光盘压模工艺无法满足双层蓝光光盘制作时,压模工艺所需的微米级平行度要求。如此,加工过程中,上模板1′与下模板2′的平行度对准是一道繁琐、耗时长、出现次品率高的工序,不利于降低生产成本。
因此,急需一种能够在压模工艺中,能够自动调整上下模具达到微米级平行度的蓝光光盘压模装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在压模过程中,能够自动调整上下模具达到微米级平行度的蓝光光盘压模装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种蓝光光盘压模装置,包括安装座、下模板及上模板,所述安装座具有呈水平的安装面,所述下模板安装于所述安装面上,所述下模板具有平整的下压合面,所述上模板具有与所述下压合面相对的且平整的上压合面,所述下压合面的中心处凸伸出定位柱,所述上压合面正对所述定位柱处向内凹陷形成定位孔,其中,还包括具有弹性的呈圆形的垫片,所述垫片中心处开设有安装孔,所述定位柱穿过所述垫片的安装孔使所述垫片承载于所述下压合面上,所述垫片的外圈具有凸伸出正对所述上压合面的凸圈。
较佳地,所述垫片的侧面呈斜面结构,所述垫片的上表面面积小于下表面面积,所述凸圈凸伸于所述垫片。
与现有技术相比,由于在本发明蓝光光盘压模装置具有弹性的呈圆形的垫片,所述垫片中心处开设有安装孔,所述定位柱穿过所述垫片的安装孔使所述垫片承载于所述下压合面上,所述垫片的外圈凸伸出正对所述上压合面的凸圈。当盘片置入本发明蓝光光盘压模装置时,盘片是置入所述垫片的上表面上,所述上模板往所述下模板做压合动作时,由于任何装置均存在的加工上和装配上的误差,导致所述上模板与所述下模板不平行,出现倾斜现象,而不能平行接触,即是:当所述上模板继续往所述下模板压合,所述上压合面不能同时的完全的接触所述垫片的上表面,而是所述上压合面一端首先接触所述垫片的上表面,此时,所述上模板与所述下模板不平行,由于本发明蓝光光盘压模装置中,所述垫片本身具有弹性形变的特点,因此所述上压合面首先接触所述垫片上表面的一端则发生弹性形变,使得所述上模板与所述下模板重新平行,因此所述上压合面能够与盘片完全接触,所述垫片能够达到蓝光光盘在压模工艺时,满足所需的上模板与下模板所需的微米级的平行度要求。而且盘片在压模的过程中会收缩变形,具体情况是:盘片的边缘处相对盘片的中央处会变薄,对应的所述垫片的外圈具有凸伸出正对所述上压合面的凸圈,因此能够弥补盘片在压模过程中的收缩变形。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图描述本发明的实施例,附图中类似的元件标号代表类似的元件。如上所述,如图3-5所示,本发明提供的蓝光光盘压模装置100,包括安装座3、下模板2及上模板1,所述安装座3具有呈水平的安装面(图上未示),所述下模板2安装于所述安装面上,所述下模板2具有平整的下压合面20,所述上模板1具有与所述下压合面20相对的且平整的上压合面10,所述下压合面20的中心处凸伸出定位柱22,所述上压合面10正对所述定位柱22处向内凹陷形成定位孔11,其中,还包括具有弹性的呈圆形的垫片4,所述垫片中心处开设有安装孔42,所述定位柱22穿过所述垫片4的安装孔42使所述垫片4承载于所述下压合面20上,所述垫片4的外圈具有凸伸出正对所述上压合面10的凸圈410。具体地,如图4-5所示,所述垫片4的侧面43呈斜面结构,所述垫片4的上表面41面积小于下表面40面积,所述凸圈410凸伸于所述垫片4。
结合图1-10,本发明蓝光光盘压模装置100具有弹性的呈圆形的垫片4,所述垫片4中心处开设有安装孔42,所述定位柱22穿过所述垫片4的安装孔42使所述垫片4承载于所述下压合面20上,所述垫片4的外圈具有凸伸出正对所述上压合面10的凸圈410。如图4及图8所示,在压模过程中的第一步,盘片5置入本发明蓝光光盘压模装置100,盘片5是置入所述垫片4的所述上表面41,此时,所述上模板1与所述下模板2的平行度符合蓝光光盘制作时压模工艺所需的微米级的平行度要求;如图4及图9所示,在压模过程中的第二步,所述上模板1往所述下模板2做压合动作时,由于任何装置均存在的加工上和装配上的误差,导致所述上模板1与所述下模板2出现如图9所示的倾斜现象,所述上压合面10与所述下模板2的平行度要求不能符合蓝光光盘制作时压模工艺所需的微米级的平行度要求,由于是所述上模板1的所述上压合面10刚刚接触到盘片5,因此所述垫片4尚未发生弹性形变;如图4及图10所示,在压模过程中的第三步,此时,所述上模板1进一步往所述下模板2压合,由于所述垫片4本身具有弹性形变的特点,因此可以通过所述垫片4的弹性形变,使得所述上模板1与盘片5可以完全接触,实现所需的上模板1与下模板2所需的微米级的平行度要求。盘片5在压模的过程中会出现收缩变形的情况,具体是:如图6及图7所示,盘片5出现盘片5a的情形,盘片5a边缘处相对盘片5a的中央处变薄。因此,对应的所述垫片4的上表面41设置有高出所述上表面41的凸起外圈41,以此弥补盘片5a本身的边缘处相对盘片5a的中央处会变薄的情况。
以上结合最佳实施例对本发明进行了描述,但本发明并不局限于以上揭示的实施例,而应当涵盖各种根据本发明的本质进行的修改、等效组合。

Claims (2)

1.一种蓝光光盘压模装置,包括安装座、下模板及上模板,所述安装座具有呈水平的安装面,所述下模板安装于所述安装面上,所述下模板具有平整的下压合面,所述上模板具有与所述下压合面相对的且平整的上压合面,所述下压合面的中心处凸伸出定位柱,所述上压合面正对所述定位柱处向内凹陷形成定位孔,其特征在于:还包括具有弹性的呈圆形的垫片,所述垫片中心处开设有安装孔,所述定位柱穿过所述垫片的安装孔使所述垫片承载于所述下压合面上,所述垫片的外圈具有凸伸出正对所述上压合面的凸圈。
2.如权利要求1所述的蓝光光盘压模装置,其特征在于:所述垫片的侧面呈斜面结构,所述垫片的上表面面积小于下表面面积,所述凸圈凸伸于所述垫片。
