2.技术背景
目前,无论是前置发动机还是后置发动机的进气格栅只是设计的外观各不相同,以区别各自晶牌的设计风格和满足基本的发动机进气冷却需要。
3.发明内容
本发明提供一种由发动机温度控制进气角度的电动格栅,即汽车智能温控进气格栅。
当发动机低温时,进气格栅处于关闭状态。可以大大降低汽车的风阻系数,同时可以缩短发动机的升温时间。这样就可以起到降低油耗、减少发动机低温磨损、提高汽车动力性能的作用。
当发动机升温后,进气格栅通过发动机温度感应信号调整进气角度,精确的满足发动机进气冷却需要。
4.具体实施方式
汽车智能温控进气格栅由汽车水温传感器或温控开关、控制单元和电动格栅三部分组成。
汽车水温传感器或温控开关获取发动机的温度信号;
控制单元根据温度信号控制电动格栅的进气角度。
汽车智能温控进气格栅有单级、多级和无级三种控制精度。
单级汽车智能温控进气格栅有关闭和开启两种状态;多级汽车智能温控进气格栅有关闭到开启几个不同角度的多个状态;无级汽车智能温控进气格栅有关闭到开启无数个角度的无数个状态。

1.汽车智能温控进气格栅,包括汽车水温传感器或温控开关、控制单元和电动格栅三部分组成。
2.根据权利1所述的汽车智能温控进气格栅,其特征在于汽车水温传感器或温控开关获取发动机的温度信号;控制单元根据温度信号控制电动格栅的进气角度。
3.根据权利1或2所述的汽车智能温控进气格栅,其特征在于汽车智能温控进气格栅有单级、多级和无级三种控制精度。
