本实用新型涉及一种冷却装置,特别涉及一种冷却塑料挤出机的冷却装置。本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单的塑料挤出机自动冷却装置,包括料斗、料筒和模具,所述料斗通过料筒与模具连接,在所述料筒的外侧包覆有加热铁箍,在所述料筒的外侧还套有冷却套,所述冷却套的两侧分别开有进风口和出风口,所述进风口与离心风机连接;在所述料筒上装有温度传感器,所述温度传感器通过可编程控制器与离心风机连接,在料筒外套装连接有离心风机的冷却套,简化结构,可编程控制器通过料筒上温度传感器的信号控制离心风机的开启关闭,实现其冷却自动控制。

本实用新型涉及一种冷却装置,特别涉及一种冷却塑料挤出机的冷却装置。
背景技术
传统的挤出机使用导热油对其进行冷却,其缺点是:油路易堵塞,高温下导热油变质,冷却效果差,且耗油。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单的塑料挤出机自动冷却装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种塑料挤出机冷却装置,包括料斗、料筒和模具,所述料斗通过料筒与模具连接,在所述料筒的外侧包覆有加热铁箍,其创新点在于:在所述料筒的外侧还套有冷却套,所述冷却套的两侧分别开有进风口和出风口,所述进风口与离心风机连接;在所述料筒上装有温度传感器,所述温度传感器通过可编程控制器与离心风机连接。
本实用新型的优点在于:在料筒外套装连接有离心风机的冷却套,简化结构,可编程控制器通过料筒上温度传感器的信号控制离心风机的开启关闭,实现其冷却自动控制。

具体实施方式
如图所示,包括料斗1、料筒2、模具3、加热铁箍4、冷却套5、离心风机8,所述料斗1通过料筒2与模具3连接,在所述料筒2的外侧局部包覆有加热铁箍4,所述料筒2外还套有冷却套5,在所述冷却套5的两侧分别开有进风口6和出风口7,所述进风口6与离心风机8连接;在所述料筒2上装有温度传感器9,所述温度传感器9通过可编程控制器10与离心风机8连接。
工作时,加热铁箍4对料筒2进行加热,料筒2的温度逐步升高,当其温度升至设定温度时,温度传感器9传输信号给可编程控制器10,所述可编程控制器10控制离心风机8启动,通过进风口6对料筒2外壁冷却,当料筒2的温度降低到正常温度时,再通过可编程控制器10控制关闭离心风机8。

1.一种塑料挤出机冷却装置,包括料斗、料筒和模具,所述料斗通过料筒与模具连接,在所述料筒的外侧局部包覆有加热铁箍,其特征在于:在所述料筒的外侧还套有冷却套,所述冷却套的两侧分别开有进风口和出风口,所述进风口与离心风机连接;在所述料筒上装有温度传感器,所述温度传感器通过可编程控制器与离心风机连接。
