本实用新型涉及一种注塑机
背景技术
目前，注塑机的广泛应用给我国的塑料制品行业注入了动力，因其生产效率高、质量好的优点给使塑料制品的质量不断提高。现有的注塑机的料管大都采用电热片或者电热丝加热，电热片或者电热丝逐一或者逐层套在料管外部，通过料管的传热来加热管内的塑料颗粒。这一结构的缺点是热效率低，料管的加热从外到里，外表热量的散失非常大，即使采取保温措施，对热量散失也是比较严重，浪费电能而且效率低，同时温度调控速度慢，因料管厚度的原因，在调控温度时，从调节电热片或电热丝上的电流到实际传导到管内温度有较长的滞后时间，所以，需要较长的等待预热时间，这对生产效率及其企业效益是非常不利的。
针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种结构简单、节约电能、热效率高、温控速度快的注塑机。
本实用新型的具体方案如下：
一种注塑机，包括底座、设置在底座上的进料部分、注塑部分以及合模部分，所述进料部分包括料斗和进料桶，所述进料桶外设有加热线圈，加热线圈与中频感应加热器连接，所述注塑部分包括热流道和模具，所述热流道上端连接进料桶，所述热流道下端连接所述模具。
所述加热线圈围绕进料筒缠绕多股。
所述中频感应加热器上还设有温度显示器。
所述所述热流道采用特种金属制成。
本实用新型提供的注塑机结构简单、节约电能、热效率高、温控速度快。

如图1所示，一种注塑机，包括底座1、设置在底座上的进料部分4、注塑部分3以及合模部分2，所述进料部分4包括料斗5和进料桶6，所述进料桶6外设有加热线圈7，加热线圈7与中频感应加热器8连接，所述注塑部分3包括热流道10和模具9，所述热流道10上端连接进料桶6，所述热流道10下端连接所述模具9。
所述加热线圈7围绕进料筒6缠绕多股。
所述中频感应加热器8上还设有温度显示器。
所述所述热流道10采用特种金属制成。

1.一种注塑机，其特征在于，包括底座、设置在底座上的进料部分、注塑部分以及合模部分，所述进料部分包括料斗和进料桶，所述进料桶外设有加热线圈，加热线圈与中频感应加热器连接，所述注塑部分包括热流道和模具，所述热流道上端连接进料桶，所述热流道下端连接所述模具。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑机，其特征在于，所述加热线圈围绕进料筒缠绕多股。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑机，其特征在于，所述中频感应加热器上还设有温度显示器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑机，其特征在于，所述热流道采用特种金属制成。
