本发明涉及冶铜技术领域,具体涉及一种铜萃取剂。
背景技术
湿法冶铜主要指浸出萃取电积法冶铜,该方法包括浸出、萃取、电积三个工艺步骤,其中萃取是该方法的关键步骤,而萃取工艺步骤中最关键的是铜萃取剂的选择。目前冶铜行业使用的铜萃取剂,普遍存在价格昂贵的问题,每吨达16~20万元,而且大部分的铜萃取剂萃取性能较差,不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种铜萃取剂。

其中,所述溶剂为煤油。
在本发明提供的铜萃取剂中,羟醛肟的萃取能力强,反萃能力弱,羟苯乙酮肟和羟苯丙酮肟的反萃能力强,萃取能力弱,这三种组分配合使用,可以达到扬长避短,协同增效的目的。本发明的铜萃取剂萃取性能良好,相分离性好,适应性和稳定性高,能适应生产中工艺参数的波动,而且本发明的铜萃取剂价格低,适合在工业生产中推广使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种铜萃取剂,含有重量百分含量为25%的5-正辛基-水杨醛肟,12.5%的2-羟基-5-正十二烷基-苯乙酮肟,12.5%的2-羟基-5-正十二烷基-苯丙酮肟,其余为煤油。
实施例2
一种铜萃取剂,含有重量百分含量为20%的5-正十二烷基-水杨醛肟,20%的2-羟基-5-正十六烷基-苯乙酮肟,10%的2-羟基-5-正辛基-苯丙酮肟,其余为煤油。
实施例3
一种铜萃取剂,含有重量百分含量为20%的5-正十六烷基水杨醛肟,10%的2-羟基-5-正辛基-苯乙酮肟,20%的2-羟基-5-正十六烷基-苯丙酮肟,其余为260#煤油型溶剂油。
对实施例1~实施例3制得的铜萃取剂进行了萃取性能测试,具体测试数据见表1。从表1数据可以看出,本发明的铜萃取剂萃取性能良好,相分离性好,适应性和稳定性高,能适应生产中工艺参数的波动,而且本发明的铜萃取剂价格低,适合在工业生产中推广使用,应用前景广阔。

1.一种铜萃取剂,含有重量百分含量为25%的5-正辛基-水杨醛肟,12.5%的2-羟基-5-正十二烷基-苯乙酮肟,12.5%的2-羟基-5-正十二烷基-苯丙酮肟,其余为煤油。
2.一种铜萃取剂,含有重量百分含量为20%的5-正十二烷基-水杨醛肟,20%的2-羟基-5-正十六烷基-苯乙酮肟,10%的2-羟基-5-正辛基-苯丙酮肟,其余为煤油。
3.一种铜萃取剂,含有重量百分含量为20%的5-正十六烷基-水杨醛肟,10%的2-羟基-5-正辛基-苯乙酮肟,20%的2-羟基-5-正十六烷基-苯丙酮肟,其余为260#煤油型溶剂油。
