Abstract

技术领域
该装置应用于水处理领域,其中使用阀系统来控制前述的处理并回收在所述处理过程中的产品。
背景技术
已知具有这种双重功能的不同的阀系统,该阀系统通常用于利用作为处理产品的树脂和作为回收物质的盐水,除去石灰或软化水,在反向流中执行一操作。
由于在打开和关闭通路的阀体内存在具有活塞的多通路阀,这些阀系统通常非常复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于控制液体分配的装置,其具有高效操作的非常简单、紧凑的结构,并且制备成在反向流或顺流中适当回收处理中使用的产品(树脂)。
该装置包括带有多个隔间的基体,该基体具有多个入口和出口,通过一盖子封闭,该装置的特征在于,具有在所述基体内部的阀,该阀由两个重叠的具有两组开口的陶瓷盘组成,中心的一组开口用于控制正在处理的水的流入和流出,外围的另一组开口用于控制回收在处理中使用的产品(树脂)。下侧盘连接至被划分的基体,上侧盘连接至旋转密闭钟形件的开口,该旋转密闭钟形件带有中心开口和几个与所述盘的外围开口相应的外围槽。所述基体形成一横向外围腔,以容纳用于控制回收水处理产品(树脂)的机构。
用于控制回收处理产品(树脂)的装置由两个筒体和一文丘里管组成,所述筒体具有带有径向输出口的纵向管道,预见到一个筒体与水流一起作用用于回收处理产品(树脂),另一个筒体用于在反向流中执行回收。
所述基体包括待处理水的入口和已被处理水的出口,在出口中设有涡轮、带有涡轮支撑轴的环以及旋转检测器。
在前述的横向外围腔中,一个过滤器设置在所述筒体的开口中,另一过滤器设置在所述横向外围腔的相反端,在该处定位一通路,该通路连通至用于回收处理产品(树脂)的物质(盐水)槽。

具体实施方式
参照附图,用于控制液体分配的装置由带有多个隔间的圆柱形基体1构成,该基体具有多个入口和出口,并通过其中具有O形环3的盖子2封闭。
在所述基体1的内部,由两个面对面直线重叠放置的陶瓷盘4和5构成阀,陶瓷盘4和5被抛光以形成防水接触,它们具有一组中心开口6以控制被处理的水的流入和流出,并且具有另一组较小的外围开口7,用于控制回收在处理中使用的树脂。
下侧盘4通过密封件9连接到被划分的基座8上,上侧盘5通过密封件11连接至旋转密闭钟形件10的下侧开口。
前述钟形件具有:带槽轴12,其用于通过相关齿轮接受驱动装置的动作;中心开口13,其与所述盘4和5的中心开口6相应;若干外围槽14(图6),其与所述盘的外围开口7对应。
基体1包括形成横向外围腔15,在此容纳控制回收水处理树脂的装置。该机构由两个带有外围O形环接头18的筒体16、17组成,筒体具有带有径向出口20(图9和11)的纵向管道19、以及利用O形环接头23容纳在孔22中的文丘里管21。在这些筒体中,筒体16在反向流中执行回收树脂,筒体17在顺流中执行所述回收。
在筒体16和17中,箭头表示:(a)入口,(b)下侧格栅喷口,(c)上侧格栅喷口,(d)排水,以及(e)盐水吸入。
通过图10补充图9,图12补充图11,这些图显示了液体的循环图,箭头表示:(A)水入口,(B)下侧格栅喷口,(C)上侧格栅喷口,(D)排水,(E)盐水,(F)工作状态以及(G)出水口。标记21和24表示每一个过滤器。
在基体1上设置待处理的水的入口25和已处理水的出口26,出口26中设有涡轮27、带有所述涡轮的支撑轴的环28、以及旋转检测器29。
在横向外围腔15中,过滤器30位于筒体16和17的开口中,另一个过滤器24位于所述横向外围腔的相反端,在该处设有通路31(图8),通路31连通至用于回收处理树脂的盐水槽。
在所述基体1的下侧部分设有一径向排水口32。
所述通路31和排水口32具有通过可调整安装在它们开口处的各自的角形喷口33和34的接头。
在所述基体1的下侧部分设有用于调节水的通道的径向调节装置35。
使用用于连接盖子36和37以及喷口33和34的夹子38,夹子38可以轻松地装上和拆下。
在所述基体1的下侧开口中设有过滤栅格喷口39。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于控制液体分配的装置,包括带有多个隔间的基体,该基体具有多个入口和出口,通过一盖子封闭,该装置的特征在于,具有在所述基体内部的阀,该阀由两个重叠的具有两组开口的陶瓷盘组成,中心的一组开口用于控制正在处理的液体的流入和流出,外围的另一组开口用于控制在处理中使用的产品的回收,下侧盘连接至被划分的基体,上侧盘连接至旋转密闭钟形件的开口,该旋转密闭钟形件带有中心开口和几个与所述盘的外围开口相应的外围槽,所述基体形成一横向外围腔,以容纳用于控制回收液体处理产品的机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于控制液体分配的装置,其特征在于,用于控制回收液体处理产品的机构由两个筒体和一文丘里管组成,所述筒体具有带有径向输出口的纵向管道,一个筒体与液体流一起作用用于回收处理产品,另一个筒体用于在反向流中执行所述回收。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于控制液体分配的装置,其特征在于,所述基体包括待处理液体的入口和已被处理液体的出口,在该出口中设有涡轮、带有涡轮支撑轴的环以及旋转检测器。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于控制液体分配的装置,其特征在于,在所述横向外围腔中,一个过滤器设置在所述筒体的开口中,另一过滤器设置在所述横向外围腔的相反端,在该处定位一通路,该通路连通至用于回收处理产品的物质的槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于控制液体分配的装置,其特征在于,在所述基体的下侧部分设有径向排水口。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的用于控制液体分配的装置,其特征在于,设置连通至用于回收处理产品的物质的槽的通路,以及由可调整喷口的接头组成的排水口。
7.根据权利要求1或3所述的用于控制液体分配的装置,其特征在于,在所述基体的下侧部分设有用于水的通道的调节装置。
