La presente invención corresponde a un dispositivo de liberación prolongado y controlable de sustancias en líquidos, que comprende: un contenedor (3) con un agujero de dispensación (5), un elemento poroso (2) ubicado en el interior del contenedor (3), una zona de sustancia (10) ubicada en el interior del contenedor (3), una sustancia (1), ubicada en el interior de la zona de sustancia (10), una cámara de intercambio (4) ubicada en el volumen interior restante del contenedor.
