技术领域
本发明涉及一种齿轮端部倒角机,尤其是一种用于为大型齿轮端部进行倒角的机械。
背景技术
目前,由于齿轮减速机的传动功率越来越大,其内部的传动齿轮几何尺寸也越来越大。现有的倒角加工设备一般只能加工几何尺寸较小的齿轮,对于几何尺寸较大的齿轮只能通过工为其端部倒角,而传统的人工为大齿轮端部倒角时,存在劳动强度大,工作时间长,工作环境粉尘,如何为大几何尺寸的齿轮端部进行机械倒角,成为人们关注的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对目前对几何尺寸较大的齿轮倒角时存在的劳动强度大,工作时间长,工作环境粉尘等实际问题,提供一种大型齿轮端部倒角机。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种大型齿轮端部倒角机,其特征在于:包括连接架和摆动机构,其中,摆动机构包括摆动动力源、连接座、摆动臂和砂轮机连接座;摆动动力源安装在连接座上,连接座安装在连接架上,摆动动力源的输出轴通过穿过连接座的连接轴与摆动臂的一端固定连接,摆动臂的另一端固定连接砂轮机连接座。
在本发明中:所述连接架包括立柱、滑块、上顶座、下底座和丝杆;所述上顶座和下底座分别固定连接在立柱的两端;丝杆的两端分别通过轴承与上顶座和下底座相连;滑块滑动穿置在立柱上;丝杆贯穿滑块,与滑块之间螺纹连接;在丝杆的上端固定连接一立柱手柄;所述连接座连接在滑块上。
作为本发明的改进,连接架还包括一横柱,横柱与立柱相互垂直,横柱穿置在立柱中的滑块上,滑块上设有锁紧缝,并配有锁紧螺钉,横柱通过锁紧缝和锁紧螺钉与滑块固定连接;横柱的一端与连接座固定连接,另一端固定连接一横柱手柄。
在本发明的技术方案中:所述摆动动力源为摆动汽缸或力矩电机。
本发明的优点在于:由于摆动机构借助摆动汽缸或力矩电机控制驱动砂轮机运动轨迹,在为大齿轮进行倒角加工时,不仅减轻了劳动强度,而且提高了加工质量;由于采用的连接架包括立柱、横杆,而立柱通过丝杆调节滑块的高度,通过横杆旋转来调节砂轮的进刀角度,调节后由锁紧缝和锁紧螺钉使横杆与滑块定位,整个调整过程都很方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施方式中的大型齿轮端部倒角机包括连接架1和摆动机构2,所述摆动机构2连接在连接架1上。上述摆动机构2包括摆动汽缸2-1、连接座2-2、摆动臂2-3和砂轮机连接座2-4。上述摆动汽缸2-1安装在连接座2-2上,摆动汽缸2-1的输出轴穿过连接座2-2与摆动臂2-3的一端固定连接,摆动臂2-3的另一端固定连接砂轮机连接座2-4。
连接架1包括横柱1-1、立柱1-2、滑块1-3、上顶座1-4、下底座1-5和丝杆1-6。上顶座1-4和下底座1-5分别固定连接在立柱1-2的两端。丝杆1-6的两端分别通过轴承与上顶座1-4和下底座1-5相连。滑块1-3滑动穿置在立柱1-2上。丝杆1-6贯穿滑块1-3,并与滑块1-3中的内螺纹连接。另外,在丝杆1-6的上端固定连接一立柱手柄1-7。
连接架1还包括一横柱1-1,横柱1-1与立柱1-2相互垂直,滑块1-3同时滑动穿置在横柱1-1上。横柱1-1的一端与连接座2-2固定连接,另一端固定连接一横柱手柄1-8。上述滑块上设置一锁紧缝1-3-1,横柱1-1通过锁紧缝1-3-1和锁紧螺钉1-9与滑块1-3固定连接。
如图2所示,所述摆动汽缸2-1的输出轴与摆动臂2-3的另一端固定连接。优选地方案是,摆动汽缸2-1的输出轴通过穿过连接座2-2的一连接轴2-5与摆动臂2-3相互连接。
使用中,立柱1-2中滑块1-3的高度通过丝杆1-6调节,由它决定砂轮机的高度;横杆1-1通过横柱手柄1-8旋转一定角度后,由锁紧螺钉1-9收紧锁紧缝1-3-1,使横杆1-1与滑块1-3定位,由它来调节砂轮机的进刀角度。
具体实施时,所述的摆动汽缸2-1也可以由力矩电机代替。

1.一种大型齿轮端部倒角机,其特征在于:包括连接架和摆动机构,其中:摆动机构包括摆动动力源、连接座、摆动臂和砂轮机连接座;摆动动力源安装在连接座上,连接座安装在连接架上,摆动动力源的输出轴通过穿过连接座的连接轴与摆动臂的一端固定连接,摆动臂的另一端固定连接砂轮机连接座;所述连接架包括立柱、横柱、滑块、上顶座、下底座和丝杆;所述上顶座和下底座分别固定连接在立柱的两端;丝杆的两端分别通过轴承与上顶座和下底座相连;滑块滑动穿置在立柱上;丝杆贯穿滑块,并与滑块中的内螺纹连接;在丝杆的上端固定连接一立柱手柄;所述连接座连接在滑块上;横柱与立柱相互垂直,横柱穿置在立柱中的滑块上,滑块上设有锁紧缝,并配有锁紧螺钉,横柱通过锁紧缝和锁紧螺钉与滑块固定连接;横柱的一端与连接座固定连接,另一端固定连接一横柱手柄。
