Abstract
本发明公开了一种蒸压加气混凝土砌块,它使用铜矿尾砂为主要原料,将铜矿尾砂用球磨机磨细制成浆体然后与水泥、磨细的生石灰、脱硫石膏经过配料搅拌后制成特定浓度的料浆,然后加入一定量的预先制好的特定浓度的铝浆,在搅拌均匀后首先对浇注入模后的料浆用气孔整理机进行气孔整理,然后进行静养发气,之后由翻转行车进行脱模操作,脱模后的模框依次经过重新组模、清理涂油、浇注;脱模后的坯体由小车送至切割机按要求进行纵、横六面切割,切割好的坯体由行车吊运至蒸压釜前的蒸养小车上进行编组,然后送入蒸压釜进行高温蒸压养护,蒸压养护结束后进行出釜搬运,搬运后小车返回釜前进行编组,侧板返回切割段进行组模,成品送入成品仓库进行存放。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种以铜矿采、选矿后所废弃的尾砂代替石英砂为主要原料进行生产蒸压加气混凝土砌块的生产技术。
背景技术
目前,在全国的铜矿采、选矿过程中,产生了数量庞大的铜矿尾砂。对这些尾砂的处理当前大多采取的是建立尾砂库进行堆放,这样不仅在占用大量土地的同时,需耗用大量人力、物力对尾砂进行转移,同时还因为存在尾砂库堤坝溃坝的危险而给环境和安全带来了极大的隐患。而同时石英砂作为一种资源,也需对其进行节约和保护。、
发明内容
为了消除铜矿尾砂的这些隐患,同时也为社会节约土地和为铜矿类企业节约尾砂处理资金,本发明提供一种蒸压加气混凝土砌块,它完全以铜矿尾砂代替石英砂生产蒸压加气混凝土砌块,在生产中能完全实现生产废弃物的回收再利用,真正做到工业三废的零排放。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种蒸压加气混凝土砌块,用于砌筑承重墙或填充墙的新型轻质建材,它使用铜矿尾砂为主要原料,将铜矿尾砂用球磨机磨细制成浆体然后与水泥、经过高压磨粉机磨细的生石灰、脱硫石膏经过配料搅拌后制成特定浓度的料浆,然后加入一定量的预先制好的特定浓度的铝浆,在搅拌均匀后首先对浇注入模后的料浆用气孔整理机进行气孔整理,然后送入环境温度在50℃~60℃的静养室进行静养发气,经过3~4个小时,在坯体发泡和强度达到切割要求后由翻转行车进行脱模操作,脱模后的模框依次经过重新组模、清理涂油、浇注;脱模后的坯体由小车送至切割机按要求进行纵、横六面切割,切割好的坯体由行车吊运至蒸压釜前的蒸养小车上进行编组,然后送入蒸压釜,由配气室配送高压饱和水蒸气在1.20Mpa~1.24Mpa,195±3℃的条件下进行8~10小时的高温蒸压养护,蒸压养护结束后进行出釜搬运,搬运后小车返回釜前进行编组,侧板返回切割段进行组模,成品送入成品仓库进行存放。
本发明的有益效果是:可以在实际生产中大量节约石英砂的同时,消耗掉铜矿生产中产生的废弃尾砂,从而节约大量用于处理尾砂的土地和人力、物力,同时生产的蒸压加气混凝土砌块也是一种具有多种优异性能的新型墙体建材。而且整个生产设备同石英砂蒸压加气混凝土砌块生产设备基本相同。

具体实施方式:
在图1中,(1)为原材料处理工序:(A)为料浆制备,分别将进厂铜矿尾砂、约2.5%的脱硫石膏、约5%的加气废料与约5%的生产废浆一起加水在制浆池中制成浆体,通过泵泵入球磨机中加水进行球磨,然后将磨出的180目筛余15~20%细度的料浆在调浆池中加水调节比重达到1.58~1.60后泵入储浆罐。(B)为生石灰处理,首先将进厂的中速块石灰用破碎机进行破碎,破好的粒状生石灰用提升机送入粒石灰仓,然后经过高压磨粉机磨成180目筛余12~18%的细石灰粉,送入均化仓进行均化处理,最后送入石灰仓储存。(C)水泥为42.5#普通硅酸盐水泥,进厂后直接打入水泥仓。(D)进厂的加气专用铝粉和外加剂以10∶1的比例在铝浆罐中兑水制成10%的铝粉浆。(2)为配料、计量、浇注工序:首先对(1)工序的四样原料进行生产分析,依各自的分析结果进行配料,然后按配料结果分别进行称量计量,最后分别按料浆、水泥、石灰的顺序将计量好的原材料加入到浇注搅拌机中进行搅拌混匀,同时根据工艺条件适量通入水和水蒸气,当料浆搅匀且温度达到要求后,加入称量好的铝浆,并开始计时,40秒后进行浇注。(3)为静养、切割、蒸养段:首先对浇注入模后的料浆用气孔整理机进行气孔整理,然后送入环境温度在50℃~60℃的静养室进行静养发气,经过3~4个小时,在坯体发泡和强度达到切割要求后由翻转行车进行脱模操作,脱模后的模框依次经过重新组模、清理涂油、浇注;脱模后的坯体由小车送至切割机按要求进行纵、横六面切割,切割好的坯体由行车吊运至蒸压釜前的蒸养小车上进行编组,然后送入蒸压釜,由配气室配送高压饱和水蒸气在1.20Mpa~1.24Mpa,195±3℃的条件下进行8~10小时的高温蒸压养护,蒸压养护结束后进行出釜搬运,搬运后小车返回釜前进行编组,侧板返回切割段进行组模,成品送入成品仓库进行存放。
Claims (4)
1.一种蒸压加气混凝土砌块,用于砌筑承重墙或填充墙的新型轻质建材,其特征是:使用铜矿尾砂为主要原料,将铜矿尾砂用球磨机磨细制成浆体然后与水泥、经过高压磨粉机磨细的生石灰、脱硫石膏经过配料搅拌后制成特定浓度的料浆,然后加入一定量的预先制好的特定浓度的铝浆,在搅拌均匀后首先对浇注入模后的料浆用气孔整理机进行气孔整理,然后送入环境温度在50℃~60℃的静养室进行静养发气,经过3~4个小时,在坯体发泡和强度达到切割要求后由翻转行车进行脱模操作,脱模后的模框依次经过重新组模、清理涂油、浇注;脱模后的坯体由小车送至切割机按要求进行纵、横六面切割,切割好的坯体由行车吊运至蒸压釜前的蒸养小车上进行编组,然后送入蒸压釜,由配气室配送高压饱和水蒸气在1.20Mpa~1.24Mpa,195±3℃的条件下进行8~10小时的高温蒸压养护,蒸压养护结束后进行出釜搬运,搬运后小车返回釜前进行编组,侧板返回切割段进行组模,成品送入成品仓库进行存放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蒸压加气混凝土砌块,其特征是:对于生产中产生的废品、废料、废浆进行收集加工,然后加入到原料处理中利用掉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蒸压加气混凝土砌块,其特征是:在对铜矿尾砂用球磨机磨制过程中,将加工后的废品、废料、废浆掺入铜矿尾砂中磨制,消除废弃物排放。
4.根据权利要求1所述的蒸压加气混凝土砌块,其特征是:在对铜矿尾砂用球磨机磨制过程中,以生产中蒸压釜冷凝水为主要加入用水,以消除废水排放。
