Abstract

热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜成型装置包括:单螺杆挤出机[1]、螺杆挤出机扁机头[2]、薄膜厚度测量仪[3]、平直传送不锈钢带[4]、薄膜切边机[7]、卷辊[8]、同步钢带转辊[5]和同步钢带转辊[6]、加料斗[9]和计量泵[10]。聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)由加料斗[9]进入单螺杆挤出机[1],熔融挤出通过过滤器和计量泵[10]送入扁机头[2],以薄膜形式流延到平直传送不锈钢带[4],经测厚、冷却、切边,最后卷辊[8]收卷。加工PEI薄膜厚度20~125μm,拉伸强度98MPa,拉伸模量2.5GPa,介电强度254kV/mm,体积电阻率5×1015Ω·cm。

Description

热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜成型装置
一.技术领域
本发明涉及热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜成型装置,更确切地说涉及热塑性聚酰亚胺挤出成型薄膜装置。
二.背景技术
本发明的热塑性聚酰亚胺是指聚醚酰亚胺、聚酰胺酰亚胺、聚二苯醚四甲酰亚胺、聚联苯四甲酰亚胺、聚砜酰亚胺、聚酯酰亚胺和Aurum PD450聚酰亚胺。
目前,工业生产聚酰亚胺薄膜方法多半采用溶剂流延方法,不管热固性聚酰亚胺薄膜还是热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜均采用此方法生产。只不过是热固性聚酰亚胺采用聚酰胺酸溶液流延至钢带,经由烘烤脱溶剂、加热亚胺化、冷却、收卷。热塑性聚酰亚胺是把化学亚胺化的聚酰亚胺,溶解在有机溶剂中以流延方法制备薄膜。流延法制备聚酰亚胺薄膜特点在于可制超薄聚酰亚胺薄膜,薄膜厚度为12.5~125μm。
在热塑性聚酰亚胺中以聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)为例加予说明。聚醚酰亚胺可以挤出生产型材、漆丝、薄片和薄膜。薄型薄膜可用溶剂流延技术生产。现有技术JP03-058825,14、03、1991,披露25%PEI的1,1,2-三氯乙烯溶液经流延后,于150~180℃进行单双轴拉伸,拉伸倍率为1.5。拉伸时的溶剂残留量为2~20%。这样做能得到理想的聚酰亚胺薄膜。
现有技术JP08-020060,23.01.1996披露把含水率小于100ppm的PEI,以360~380℃熔融挤出温度以薄膜的形式挤出到具有压花纹的流延辊上,PEI在挤出到流延辊之前经过过滤粒度为20~50μm的过滤器过滤,用具有橡胶辊的压料辊挤出的薄膜与流延辊上的薄膜压接,从而制得外来杂质和凝胶极少的,没有发泡气孔和条纹,薄膜厚度均匀的聚酰亚胺薄膜。薄膜表面有0.1~0.5μm粗糙度的压花。该现有技术强调流延辊温度140~220℃,否则制品会卷缩或发泡。
挤出薄膜流延法,这是生产厚膜的一般成型工艺。其生产薄型薄膜有一定困难。现有技术生产的薄膜是有表观、表面粗糙度的描述,但它的电性能,热性能和物理机械性能没有说明。现有技术确有必要加予改进。
三.发明内容
本发明者们长期从事溶剂流延法生产聚酰亚胺薄膜的研究开发与生产。根据经验的积累,他们提出一套投资少,改善工作环境和实用的热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜成型装置,即薄膜状挤出在流延不锈钢带上冷却、经厚度和幅度控制装置,最后用收卷辊收卷。完整的具体方案如下:
热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜成型装置包括:单螺杆挤出机、螺杆挤出机扁机头、薄膜厚度测量仪、平直传送不锈钢带、薄膜切边机、卷辊、两个同步钢带转辊、加料斗和齿轮计量泵。必要时在不锈钢带上方安装一个冷却装置。在挤出机扁机头和计量泵间设置一过滤器。
这里的单螺杆挤出机的螺杆设计参数为:压缩比1.5~4.0∶1,长径比L/D=16~24∶1,螺杆转速50~400rpm,喷嘴至扁机头温度320~410℃,螺杆前段温度320~400℃,螺杆中段温度250~390℃,螺杆尾部温度190~250℃。
螺杆挤出机的扁机头是与齿轮计量泵连接。扁机头膜缝可以调节大小,可调控薄膜厚度的均匀度。一般控制在10~2000μm,而且扁机头可以撤卸。
平直传送不锈钢带围绕两个同步钢带转辊运行,担负传送挤出的热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜,其上面设置有薄膜厚度测量仪,薄膜厚度测量仪指示的薄膜厚度未达预指标,可通过调节扁机头缝隙或调整挤出机转速。不锈钢带上方必要时还可安装冷却装置;平直传送不锈钢呈环形运行,一般长20~30m,宽1.3m。
卷辊前设置有薄膜切边机,它保证卷辊卷的薄膜幅度一致,卷辊前的薄膜温度小于60℃。若温度大于60℃,会发生薄膜间分离困难。
加料斗是用于热塑性聚酰亚胺树脂进入螺杆挤出机,树脂加入加料斗前必须于140~150℃干燥3小时,让树脂水分含量小于98ppm。
计量泵是齿轮泵或螺杆泵,其前端与挤出机的机头连接,后端与扁机头连接,它能均匀地把熔体以一定的压力供应给扁机头,保证挤出流延薄膜的厚度,促使物料向一个方向流动,减少单螺杆挤出机的反冲背力。
按照本发明实施制造的热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜成型装置,除制备热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜外,还可用其制备耐高温热塑性工程塑料薄膜,如聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚砜(PSU)、聚醚砜(PES)、聚苯醚(PPO)和聚萘二酸乙二酯(PEN)等的薄膜。热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜装置的聚醚酰亚胺薄膜,厚度10~125μm。幅宽600~1000mm。介电强度254KV/mm(125μm厚),介电损耗角正切0.0023(1KHz),氧透过率0.01×10-13cm3.cm/cm2.s.Pa(25℃),水透过率1×10-13cm3·cm/cm2.s.Pa(38℃),拉伸模量纵向2.5GPa,横向2.5GPa,拉伸强度纵向98MPa,横向90MPa,体积电阻率5×1015Ω·cm。

热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜成型装置运行过程如下:
含水量<98ppm的热塑性聚酰亚胺树脂加入加料斗[9]中,同时启动单螺杆挤出机[1],控制挤出机三段温度为:前段320~400℃,中段250~390℃,尾部190~250℃。热塑性聚酰亚胺(TPI)熔体经机头进入精过滤器,再进入计量泵[10],计量输送到扁机头[2],按预定厚度调控扁机头[2]的缝隙,熔体以薄膜的形式经扁机头缝隙送入流延平直不锈钢带[4]上,经薄膜厚度测量仪[3],冷却,薄膜切边机[7]切边至卷辊[8],收卷,此时薄膜温度小于60℃,制得的薄膜成品收卷后进入库存。
五.具体实施方式
为了更好地说明本发明,结合图1进行说明之,但不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
先启动单螺杆挤出机[1]的螺杆,经过烘干的聚醚酰亚胺(对数比浓粘度0.5dl/g)含水量<98ppm盛入图1的加料斗[9]中,控制螺杆温度为前段320~400℃,中段250~390℃,尾部150~290℃,转速70rpm。聚醚酰亚胺熔体经喷嘴进入精过滤器过滤进入齿轮计量泵[10],计量送入扁机头[2]以薄膜状态送到平直传送不锈钢带[4]上,不锈钢带[4]围绕同步钢带转辊[5]和同步钢带转辊[6]运行,带动薄膜向前运行。若薄膜厚度测量仪[3]指示厚度不合格,必须调整螺杆转速和扁机头缝隙,若薄膜厚度合格则薄膜正常运行至切边机[7]切边,薄膜表面温度<60℃,则卷辊[8]正式收卷。若薄膜表面温度高,可通过钢带上方冷却器冷却。收卷好的薄膜即可入库。结果薄膜厚度为25μm,幅宽600mm,介电强度254KV/mm,介电损耗角正切0.0023,拉伸模量2.5GPa,拉伸强度98MPa,体积电阻率5×1015Ω·cm。

Claims (7)

1.热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜成型装置,其特征在于该装置包括:单螺杆挤出机[1]、螺杆挤出机扁机头[2]、薄膜厚度测量仪[3]、平直传送不锈钢带[4]、薄膜切边机[7]、卷辊[8]、同步钢带转辊[5]、同步钢带转辊[6]、加料斗[9]、计量泵[10]。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜成型装置,其特征在于所述的单螺杆挤出机[1]的螺杆设计参数为:压缩比1.5~4.0∶1,长径比L/D=16~24∶1,螺杆转速50~400rpm,热塑性聚酰亚胺在螺杆中的熔体形态为:喷嘴至扁机头温度320~410℃,螺杆前段320~400℃,螺杆中段250~390℃,螺杆尾部190~250℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜成型装置,其特征在于所述螺杆挤出机的扁机头[2]头宽600~1000mm,扁机头膜缝10~2000μm,膜缝大小可根据需要进行调节。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜成型装置,其特征在于所述的平直传送不锈钢带[4]它围绕同步钢带转辊[5]和同步钢带转辊[6]运行,担负传送挤出的热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜,其上面设置有薄膜厚度测量仪[3],必要时还可安装冷却器;平直传送不锈钢带[4]呈环形运行,一般长20~30m,宽1.3m。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜成型装置,其特征在于所述的卷辊[8]前设置有薄膜切边机[7],保证卷辊卷的薄膜幅度一致,控制卷辊前的薄膜温度小于60℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜成型装置,其特征在于所述的聚酰亚胺树脂加入加料斗[9]前必须于140~150℃干燥3小时,控制热塑性聚酰亚胺水分含量小于98ppm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热塑性聚酰亚胺薄膜成型装置,其特征在于所述的计量泵[10]是齿轮泵或螺杆泵,其前端与挤出机头连接,后端与扁机头[2]连接,它保证熔体以一定的压力均匀地供给扁机头[2],有效地控制挤出流延薄膜的厚度。
