Abstract
本发明涉及制备装置的技术领域,特别是涉及一种聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,其提高工作效率;包括底板、搅拌箱、电机、制冷机、连通管、储放箱、夹套、输出管、喷嘴和放置台,搅拌箱、储放箱和放置台均放置在底板上,搅拌箱的内部设置有搅拌腔,搅拌箱的侧壁上设置有进料管,电机的底部输出端设置有传动轴,传动轴上设置有搅拌叶,储放箱的内部设置有储放腔,夹套安装在储放箱的外壁上,并且夹套与储放箱之间形成冷液腔,夹套的侧壁上设置有进液管和出液管,并在冷液腔内设置有制冷液,输出管的输入端与储放箱的储放腔连通,喷嘴安装在输出管的输出端,并且喷嘴位于放置台的上方。

技术领域
本发明涉及制备装置的技术领域,特别是涉及一种聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置。
背景技术
众所周知,聚酰亚胺薄膜是聚酰亚胺最早的商品之一,用于电机的槽绝缘及电缆绕包材料,并在上述领域中得到广泛的使用,而聚酰亚胺薄膜制备前期是通过醋酸酐和DMF通过一定的配比混合,然后与聚酰胺酸溶液以100:30-100:40的质量比混合,在0℃以下的环境中搅拌均匀,用涂布器将制备的材料涂布在离型膜上涂膜,先后放入120℃和300℃烘箱中,脱水固化后得到聚酰亚胺薄膜;现有的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置则是有多个分步机械完成,其工作效率非常低。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种提高工作效率的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置。
本发明的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,包括底板、搅拌箱、电机、制冷机、连通管、储放箱、夹套、输出管、喷嘴和放置台,所述搅拌箱、储放箱和放置台均放置在底板上,搅拌箱的内部设置有搅拌腔,搅拌箱的侧壁上设置有进料管,电机安装在搅拌箱的上方,电机的底部输出端设置有传动轴,并在传动轴上设置有搅拌叶,所述搅拌叶位于搅拌腔内,所述连通管的输入端与搅拌箱的搅拌腔连通,连通管的输出端与储放箱连通,所述储放箱的内部设置有储放腔,所述夹套安装在储放箱的外壁上,并且所述夹套与储放箱之间形成冷液腔,夹套的侧壁上设置有进液管和出液管,并在冷液腔内设置有制冷液,所述输出管的输入端与储放箱的储放腔连通,喷嘴安装在输出管的输出端,并且喷嘴位于放置台的上方。
本发明的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,所述搅拌箱的右侧壁上设置有观察孔,并在观察孔处设置有透明挡板,所述观察孔与搅拌腔相通。
本发明的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,还包括把手、转轴、带动轴、刷毛、左密封圈和右密封圈,所述把手和右密封圈均位于搅拌箱的外部,所述带动轴、刷毛和左密封圈均位于搅拌腔内,并且左密封圈和右密封圈分别安装在透明挡板的左侧和右侧壁上,所述转轴的右端与把手连接,转轴的左端依次穿过右密封圈、透明挡板和左密封圈并伸入至搅拌腔内与带动轴连接,所述刷毛安装在所述带动轴上,并且所述刷毛贴紧所述透明挡板。
本发明的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,还包括支撑板,所述支撑板安装在搅拌箱的左侧壁上,所述制冷机安装在支撑板上。
本发明的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,还包括左限位板、左弹簧、左夹板、右限位板、右弹簧和右夹板,所述左限位板和右限位板底端均匀底板顶端连接,左弹簧左端与左限位板连接,左弹簧右端与左夹板连接,右弹簧右端与右限位板连接,右弹簧左端与右夹板连接,所述储放箱卡装在左夹板和右夹板之间。
本发明的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,还包括支撑柱,所述支撑柱底端与底板顶端连接,支撑柱顶端与输出管底端接触。
本发明的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,所述放置台包括四组连接板、四组螺纹管、四组螺纹杆和放置板,所述四组连接板底端均与底板顶端连接,四组连接板顶端均设置有放置槽,并在四组放置槽内均设置有滚珠轴承,所述四组螺纹管底端分别插入至四组滚珠轴承内,四组螺纹杆底端分别插入并螺装至四组螺纹管顶端内部,四组螺纹杆顶端分别与放置板底端左前侧、右前侧、左后侧和右后侧连接,并且放置板位于喷嘴的下方。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为:通过上述设置,可以集中通过搅拌箱进行液体储放并通过电机带动搅拌叶进行搅拌,搅拌后将液体放入至储放箱内,通过夹套的作用进行低温储放,并通过输出管输出至喷嘴喷出至放置台上的薄膜上,完成制备,提高工作效率和使用可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,本发明的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,包括底板1、搅拌箱2、电机3、制冷机4、连通管5、储放箱6、夹套7、输出管8、喷嘴9和放置台,搅拌箱、储放箱和放置台均放置在底板上,搅拌箱的内部设置有搅拌腔,搅拌箱的侧壁上设置有进料管10,电机安装在搅拌箱的上方,电机的底部输出端设置有传动轴11,并在传动轴上设置有搅拌叶12,搅拌叶位于搅拌腔内,连通管的输入端与搅拌箱的搅拌腔连通,连通管的输出端与储放箱连通,储放箱的内部设置有储放腔,夹套安装在储放箱的外壁上,并且夹套与储放箱之间形成冷液腔,夹套的侧壁上设置有进液管和出液管13,并在冷液腔内设置有制冷液14,输出管的输入端与储放箱的储放腔连通,喷嘴安装在输出管的输出端,并且喷嘴位于放置台的上方;通过上述设置,可以集中通过搅拌箱进行液体储放并通过电机带动搅拌叶进行搅拌,搅拌后将液体放入至储放箱内,通过夹套的作用进行低温储放,并通过输出管输出至喷嘴喷出至放置台上的薄膜上,完成制备,提高工作效率和使用可靠性。
本发明的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,搅拌箱的右侧壁上设置有观察孔,并在观察孔处设置有透明挡板15,观察孔与搅拌腔相通;方便对搅拌腔内部状况进行观察。
本发明的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,还包括把手16、转轴17、带动轴18、刷毛19、左密封圈和右密封圈20,把手和右密封圈均位于搅拌箱的外部,带动轴、刷毛和左密封圈均位于搅拌腔内,并且左密封圈和右密封圈分别安装在透明挡板的左侧和右侧壁上,转轴的右端与把手连接,转轴的左端依次穿过右密封圈、透明挡板和左密封圈并伸入至搅拌腔内与带动轴连接,刷毛安装在带动轴上,并且刷毛贴紧透明挡板;通过上述设置,可以在透明挡板脏污时通过把手带动刷毛对其进行清理。
本发明的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,还包括支撑板21,支撑板安装在搅拌箱的左侧壁上,制冷机安装在支撑板上。
本发明的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,还包括左限位板22、左弹簧23、左夹板24、右限位板、右弹簧和右夹板,左限位板和右限位板底端均匀底板顶端连接,左弹簧左端与左限位板连接,左弹簧右端与左夹板连接,右弹簧右端与右限位板连接,右弹簧左端与右夹板连接,储放箱卡装在左夹板和右夹板之间;方便储放箱的拿取和放置。
本发明的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,还包括支撑柱25,支撑柱底端与底板顶端连接,支撑柱顶端与输出管底端接触。
本发明的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,放置台包括四组连接板26、四组螺纹管27、四组螺纹杆28和放置板29,四组连接板底端均与底板顶端连接,四组连接板顶端均设置有放置槽,并在四组放置槽内均设置有滚珠轴承30,四组螺纹管底端分别插入至四组滚珠轴承内,四组螺纹杆底端分别插入并螺装至四组螺纹管顶端内部,四组螺纹杆顶端分别与放置板底端左前侧、右前侧、左后侧和右后侧连接,并且放置板位于喷嘴的下方;可以在同步手动旋转四组螺纹管时进行放置台高度调节,适应不同要求的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备。

Claims (7)
1.一种聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,其特征在于,包括底板、搅拌箱、电机、制冷机、连通管、储放箱、夹套、输出管、喷嘴和放置台,所述搅拌箱、储放箱和放置台均放置在底板上,搅拌箱的内部设置有搅拌腔,搅拌箱的侧壁上设置有进料管,电机安装在搅拌箱的上方,电机的底部输出端设置有传动轴,并在传动轴上设置有搅拌叶,所述搅拌叶位于搅拌腔内,所述连通管的输入端与搅拌箱的搅拌腔连通,连通管的输出端与储放箱连通,所述储放箱的内部设置有储放腔,所述夹套安装在储放箱的外壁上,并且所述夹套与储放箱之间形成冷液腔,夹套的侧壁上设置有进液管和出液管,并在冷液腔内设置有制冷液,所述输出管的输入端与储放箱的储放腔连通,喷嘴安装在输出管的输出端,并且喷嘴位于放置台的上方。
2.如权利要求1所述的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌箱的右侧壁上设置有观察孔,并在观察孔处设置有透明挡板,所述观察孔与搅拌腔相通。
3.如权利要求2所述的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,其特征在于,还包括把手、转轴、带动轴、刷毛、左密封圈和右密封圈,所述把手和右密封圈均位于搅拌箱的外部,所述带动轴、刷毛和左密封圈均位于搅拌腔内,并且左密封圈和右密封圈分别安装在透明挡板的左侧和右侧壁上,所述转轴的右端与把手连接,转轴的左端依次穿过右密封圈、透明挡板和左密封圈并伸入至搅拌腔内与带动轴连接,所述刷毛安装在所述带动轴上,并且所述刷毛贴紧所述透明挡板。
4.如权利要求3所述的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,其特征在于,还包括支撑板,所述支撑板安装在搅拌箱的左侧壁上,所述制冷机安装在支撑板上。
5.如权利要求4所述的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,其特征在于,还包括左限位板、左弹簧、左夹板、右限位板、右弹簧和右夹板,所述左限位板和右限位板底端均匀底板顶端连接,左弹簧左端与左限位板连接,左弹簧右端与左夹板连接,右弹簧右端与右限位板连接,右弹簧左端与右夹板连接,所述储放箱卡装在左夹板和右夹板之间。
6.如权利要求5所述的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,其特征在于,还包括支撑柱,所述支撑柱底端与底板顶端连接,支撑柱顶端与输出管底端接触。
7.如权利要求6所述的聚酰亚胺薄膜制备用装置,其特征在于,所述放置台包括四组连接板、四组螺纹管、四组螺纹杆和放置板,所述四组连接板底端均与底板顶端连接,四组连接板顶端均设置有放置槽,并在四组放置槽内均设置有滚珠轴承,所述四组螺纹管底端分别插入至四组滚珠轴承内,四组螺纹杆底端分别插入并螺装至四组螺纹管顶端内部,四组螺纹杆顶端分别与放置板底端左前侧、右前侧、左后侧和右后侧连接,并且放置板位于喷嘴的下方。
