Claims (12)
- 权利要求1、 一种电生理消融装置, 其包括:导管套管;导电的电极套管, 其套设在导管套管内, 并可相对于该导管套管轴向移动 导向球套管, 其套设在电极套管内, 并可相对于该电极套管轴向移动; 中心杆, 其套设于导向球套管内, 并可相对于该导向球套管轴向移动; 导电的消融电极, 其一端连接在电极套管的前端, 另一端与导向球套管连 接, 该消融电极设置成: 当其两端被朝向相对远离的方向拉伸吋, 该消融 电极两端之间的部分能形成可容置在导管套管内的条状, 当其两端被朝向 相对接近的方向缩回吋, 该消融电极两端之间的部分形成能径向展开并可 贴靠在肺静脉口上的带网孔的圆盘;导向球, 其一端连接于导向球套管的前端, 另一端连接于中心杆上, 该导 向球设置成: 在其两端被朝向相对远离的方向拉伸吋, 该导向球两端之间 的部分形成可容置在导管套管内的条状, 在其两端被朝向相对接近的方向 缩回吋, 该导向球两端之间的部分径向展开成带网孔的球形, 且该带网孔 的导向球的中心位于所述圆盘消融电极的中心轴线上。
- 2、 如权利要求 1所述的电生理消融装置, 其特征在于, 所述的消融电 极径向展开为带网孔的碗状圆盘, 其中碗口朝向电极套管前端。
- 3、 如权利要求 2所述的电生理消融装置, 其特征在于, 所述展开为带 网孔的碗状圆盘的消融电极的碗口大小可调节。
- 4、 如权利要求 1所述的电生理消融装置, 其特征在于, 所述的消融电 极由记忆合金金属丝编织而成, 并带有导电涂层。
- 5、 如权利要求 1所述的电生理消融装置, 其特征在于, 所述的导向球 由记忆合金金属丝编织而成。
- 6、 如权利要求 1所述的电生理消融装置, 其特征在于, 在所述中心杆 的前端连接有导管头。
- 7、 如权利要求 6所述的电生理消融装置, 其特征在于, 所述的导向球 连接于导管头上, 从而形成与中心杆的连接。
- 8、 如权利要求 1所述的电生理消融装置, 其特征在于, 在导管套管的 前端设有导向环, 一导向钢丝穿在导管套管内, 并且其前端连接于导 向环。
- 9、 如权利要求 1所述的电生理消融装置, 其特征在于, 所述的导向球 在 X射线下不透明。
- 10、 如权利要求 1所述的电生理消融装置, 其特征在于, 所述导向球 上具有抗凝血涂层。
- 11、 如权利要求 1所述的电生理消融装置, 其特征在于, 在所述导管 套管的后端设有控制手柄, 该控制手柄上设有分别控制中心杆、 导向 球套管、 电极套管的位置的操作钮。
- 12、 如权利要求 1所述的电生理消融装置, 其特征在于, 所述的导向 球径向展开后的球形直径与肺静脉直径大致相等。
