Abstract

在有机废弃物处理中,为了控制前期的投入以及运营成本,本发明提供一种设备,从动植物的残渣物中制造廉价的、优质的烘干发酵饲料以及烘干发酵肥料。在发酵罐内存放和堆积动植物残渣物,将发酵加热了的动植物残渣物与空气同时投放和分散于发酵罐的空间内,通过在该发酵罐内反复循环上述工作,可以有效地进行蒸发,并且在发酵过程中提供所要求的氧气,保持良好的发酵环境,制造优质的烘干发酵饲料和烘干发酵肥料。

Description

利用动植物性残渣物制造烘干发酵饲料、烘干发酵肥料等的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具备将有机废弃物饲料化以及肥料化功能的利用动植物残渣物制造烘干发酵饲料、烘干发酵肥料等的装置。 
背景技术
过去,有很多关于有机废弃物的处理系统的方案,但是由于前期投入以及运营成本大,使得有机废弃物的再利用不能够完全发挥作用。 
另外,有关发酵、烘干的方法及其装置的提案也非常多,大体可以分为3类。第1类为在平放状态下通过转换作业进行自然发酵,第2类为利用加热以及搅拌装置进行发酵和烘干,第3类为根据减压烘干装置进行发酵和烘干的方法。 
过去的方法中通过自然发酵实现饲料化以及肥料化需要花费很长时间以及很大的工作场所,而且还需要经过多次氧气供给以及温度管理等工作,因此在时间和作业成本上不具有效率。 
在加热以及搅拌的装置方面,由于加热费用大以及通过搅拌使得处理物与空气接触的机会和接触面积很少,因此不易向外蒸发,造成能源方面的浪费。 
在减压烘干的装置方面,同样存在加热费用大以及前期投入大的问题,并且对于适应发酵状态的装置内温度管理也比较困难。 
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明具有如下特征:在已经被切碎的动植物残渣物中加入用来调节发酵环境的辅助材料,或者在不需要像酒糟、啤酒酒糟以及豆腐糟那些辅助材料的动植物残渣物中添加普通的发酵菌后,将其投 入到发酵罐内,经过存放、堆积后,在位于发酵罐的最下面的螺旋输送机搅拌的同时,少量或者定量地通过循环用输送管进行输送,由吹风机吹入空气或者吹入利用了锅炉的余热为40-50度左右的暖风的同时,由位于循环用输送管上部的循环用投入口将该残渣物投放到发酵层空间内的空气中来增加其与空气的接触面积,或者通过在装置内重复循环上述工作来增加其与空气的接触机会,有效地进行蒸发作用。 
利用吹风机传送空气或者暖风的同时,经过反复地将动植物残渣物投放到空气中,能够在发酵过程中供给必要的氧气、保持良好的发酵环境以及制造出优质的烘干发酵饲料和烘干发酵肥料。 
采用本发明的制造发酵饲料以及发酵肥料的装置的有益效果在于,由于该装置构造简单且只需要占用很小的放置面积,因而能够较低地控制前期的投入,并且因为有效地实施了蒸发,因此同加热烘干或者减压烘干方法相比能够较低地控制运营成本。另外,由于具备通过供给氧气来保持良好的发酵环境的特征,因此发酵过程中没有斑点,而且因为能够在60度以下使其烘干,因此与高温下的加热烘干或者减压烘干相比能够制造出发酵菌的死亡率低、营养价值稳定、消化率高的优质的烘干发酵饲料和烘干发酵肥料,而且由于要将水分烘干至10%,因此与通常情况含有50%左右水分的发酵肥料相比,实现了低成本的运输以及防止有机废弃物再利用的变质,对流通成本的改善做出贡献。此外,由于不直接对矿物燃料等进行加温加热,因此只有水蒸气冒出,不涉及排水以及排出废液,从而对地球的环境保护同样做出了贡献。

具体实施方式
通过对有机废弃物的发酵能量的利用,将发酵罐、螺旋输送机、吹风机、输送管、成品收容罐巧妙地进行组合,实现高效的、经济的烘干目的。 
下面结合附图来说明本发明的的优选实施方式。如图1所示,根据本发明的利用动植物性残渣物制造烘干发酵饲料以及烘干发酵肥料的装置包括,发酵罐1、螺旋输送机2、循环用输送管3、吹风机4、排气用输送管5、成品收容罐6。其中,发酵罐1的上部设置有动植物残渣物投入口1a、循环用投入口1b、螺旋输送机2以及循环用输送管3,循环用输送管3连接于发酵罐下部的螺旋输送机2,在该发酵罐的顶部通过排气用输送管5与成品收容罐6连接。此外,上述的形状、材质、规模、配置等由于设计上的问题,即便在其它的形状、规模、配置上面有所改动,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围,例如像吹风机,都可以由风扇、草料吹风机、除雪机等能够产生出风的装置来替换,另外循环用的输送管,也可以采用管道、橡胶管、烟筒等能够成为循环用通路的东西来代替。 
在已经粉碎了的动植物残渣物中加入辅助材料,然后添加发酵菌后,从动植物残渣物投入扣1a投放到发酵罐1中,经过存放、堆积后,被下部的螺旋输送机2输送进循环用输送管3,然后利用吹风机4向循环用输送管3中吹入空气,同时,经循环用投入口1b倒入发酵罐1内的空间,再次存放、堆积,使其在装置内反复循环。 
在循环过程中,经过发酵、烘干后的动植物性残渣物烘干发酵饲料以及烘干发酵肥料变为成品在由排气用输送管5进行排气的同时被输送、分离、收容至成品收容罐6中,其中,排气是从最顶部的排气口6a排出的。 
本发明利用了动植物残渣物的发酵能量,通过将发热的残渣物投放到发酵槽内的空气中,增加其与空气接触的机会和面积,有效地进行蒸发,具有不需要一切外部热源的特征。 
[0016] 经过食品加工的副产品由于水分多,不容易保存,因此有必要对它进行烘干。但是,由于过去利用化石燃料的烘干方法不经济,因此本发明能够作为不同的廉价方法进行使用。 

Claims (1)

1.一种利用动植物残渣物制造烘干发酵饲料、烘干发酵肥料的装置,包括:发酵罐(1)、螺旋输送机(2)、循环用输送管(3)、吹风机(4)、排气用输送管(5)、成品收容罐(6),其中,发酵罐(1)的上部设置有动植物残渣物投入口(1a)、循环用投入口(1b);在已经粉碎了的动植物残渣物中加入辅助材料,然后添加发酵菌后,从动植物残渣投入口(1a)投放到发酵罐(1)中;发酵罐(1)用于存放、堆积、发酵所述动植物残渣物;连接于发酵罐下部的螺旋输送机(2)对该残渣物进行搅拌的同时,定量地输送出残渣物给循环用输送管(3);吹风机(4)向循环用输送管(3)中吹入空气或者暖风的同时,将所述定量地输送出残渣物经循环用投入口(1b)倒入发酵罐(1)内的空间,让该残渣物在装置内反复循环;在发酵罐(1)的顶部的排气用输送管(5)与成品收容罐(6)连接,在进行排气的同时将成品输送、分离、收容至成品收容罐(6)中;其中,位于成品收容罐顶部设置有排气口(6a)和位于成品收容罐最下部设置有成品排出口(6b)。
