Abstract

本发明的车辆用充空气轮胎由胎面、胎壁以及胎圈部构成,其特征在于,以中心线为基准,胎面由第一曲率部、无曲率部、以及第二曲率部构成,由上述第一曲率部与无曲率部形成的边界部位于胎面宽度的1/2的40~55%处,由无曲率部与第二曲率部形成的边界部位于胎面宽度的1/2的80~90%处。行驶时,通过使轮胎胎肩侧的轮胎沟槽运动量最小化,能够防止轮胎沟槽的裂纹现象,并提高耐久性。

技术领域
本发明涉及车辆用充空气轮胎,特别是,涉及轮胎中胎面结构的改善,所述轮胎具有40~50的非常低的扁平率。
背景技术
具有40~50的非常低的扁平率的卡车/巴士(bus)用轮胎中,存在着偏磨现象以及轮胎沟槽上产生裂纹的慢性问题。
为了解决该问题,已经公开了通过多段形成胎面部的曲率,以使轮胎的接地形状均匀的技术(韩国专利第0633375号)。该技术的重点在于,将轮胎胎面区分为若干个部分,并通过在每个部分形成不同的曲率,以使轮胎胎面的接地形状均匀,从而使施加于胎面各部分的压力均匀。
然而,上述技术对偏磨及裂纹现象最为严重的胎肩(shoulder)部的效果差。即,在上述技术中,由于行驶时胎肩部的轮胎沟槽运动量不会大幅减少,因此,胎肩部的偏磨及裂纹现象相对严重。
发明内容
于是,本发明的目的在于,通过减少行驶时偏磨及裂纹现象最严重的胎肩部的轮胎沟槽运动量,由此提高胎肩部的耐久性。
本发明的车辆用充空气轮胎,通过以胎面中心线为基准由第一曲率部、无曲率部、第二曲率部构成,从而增加胎肩部的接地面积,使行驶时的轮胎沟槽运动量最小化,由此提高胎肩部的耐久性。
发明的效果
本发明通过使行驶时的轮胎沟槽运动量最小化,消除轮胎沟槽的裂纹以及偏磨现象,从而具有提高耐久性的效果。

具体实施方式
下面,根据附图详细说明本发明。
附图中,图1为本发明的车辆用充空气轮胎主要部位的简要剖视图。在由胎面1、胎壁(Side Wall)2以及胎圈部3构成的车辆用充空气轮胎中,胎面1由第一曲率部TR1、无曲率部11以及第二曲率部TR2构成,其中,所述第一曲率部TR1在从中心线CL向胎壁部2的方向上具有约1300~1700的曲率半径,所述第二曲率部TR2则具有约400~1000的曲率半径。在此,由上述第一曲率部TR1与无曲率部11形成的边界部A位于轮胎沟槽的运动量最小处,优选位于从胎面1的中心线CL向胎壁部2的方向为40~50%的部位。另外,由无曲率部11与第二曲率部TR2形成的边界部B也位于轮胎沟槽的运动量最小处,优选位于从胎面1的中心线CL向胎壁部2的方向为80~90%的部位。
上述结构通过不具有曲率的无曲率部11,增加相当于第二曲率部TR2的胎肩部C区域的接地面积。通过增加接地面积,如图2所示地,胎肩部C区域的轮胎花纹块和轮胎沟槽在行驶中稳定地接触地面,分散接地压力而使花纹块和轮胎沟槽的运动量最小化,从而减少转弯时侧滑现象的产生,因此,有利于减少偏磨。
即,由于行驶中胎肩部C区域的轮胎沟槽的宽度变化减少而使轮胎沟槽的运动量最小化,因此,能够预防偏磨及裂纹等问题,能够得到提高耐久性的效果。
附图中,图2为表示本发明轮胎的FE模拟(通过计算机有限元对轮胎图案及尺寸进行的解释模拟)试验结果的表。由于本发明轮胎的胎肩部C区域的接地面积比以往具有3重曲率的胎面大,因此,胎肩部C区域的轮胎沟槽的宽度变化减少了23%,从而使轮胎沟槽运动量达到了最小化,由此提高了耐久性(ISS提高了39%、SED提高了12%)。

1.一种车辆用充空气轮胎,其由胎面、胎壁以及胎圈部构成,其特征在于,以中心线(CL)为基准,胎面由第一曲率部(TR1)、无曲率部(11)、以及第二曲率部(TR2)构成,
由上述第一曲率部(TR1)与无曲率部(11)形成的边界部(A)位于胎面宽度的1/2的40~55%处,
由无曲率部(11)与第二曲率部(TR2)形成的边界部(B)位于胎面宽度的1/2的80~90%处。
