技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于可运动的家具部件的驱动装置,包括用于使家具部件运动的调节元件以及用于驱动调节元件的马达,其中调节元件和家具部件可暂时彼此无关地运动。
背景技术
已经已知一些同类的驱动装置,其中通过位置测量装置可确定调节元件或可运动的家具部件的位置或由其导出的运动参数。
例如WO 2006/017 864 A1在第5至6页上(在WO 2006/017 864A1中描述的发明的第四种变型形式)已知用于可运动的家具部件的驱动装置,包括位置测量装置,通过它可确定调节元件(推出杠杆)的位置。此外所述文献在第7页上描述这样的可能性,即位置测量装置本身不与调节元件而与家具部件耦联。这在其附图18和20中显示的实施形式中或者通过弹簧加载的推杆或者通过能与可运动的家具部件在一定的路径上耦联的带动件实现。
现有技术具有如下问题,即不能有选择地或同时确定不仅家具部件而且调节元件的位置或由此导出的运动参数,而且不能与调节元件是否与家具部件正好接触无关。
发明内容
本发明的目的是消除上述问题。
该目的通过具有权利要求1的特征的驱动装置解决。
其他有利的实施形式在从属权利要求中确定。
对于为什么调节元件和家具部件可暂时彼此无关地运动,可给出不同的原因。例如可设定,用于使家具部件运动的调节元件可与家具部件松动地接触。这种情况在调节元件构成为推出杠杆或推杆的情况下存在。因为推出杠杆或推杆仅在其摆动路径或移出路径上贴靠在家具部件上。
但也可能,调节元件本身与家具部件固定地连接,但是在传动系中在驱动调节元件的马达与家具部件之间设置耦联装置,通过该耦联装置可松开传动系。例如可值得期望的是,可手动地通过操作者使可运动的家具部件运动,而在此操作者不被马达妨碍。这在马达故障时或操作者例如期望比由马达驱动的家具部件较高的速度时是有利的。

在所有这些可能性中在按本发明的驱动装置中可能的是,即使调节元件和家具部件刚好彼此无关地运动,也确定调节元件和/或家具部件的位置或由此位置导出的运动参数(例如速度或加速度)。
通过可持久地确定家具部件的位置或由此导出的运动参数,例如可能的是,持久地维持驱动装置的触摸锁功能性(Touch-Latch-)。这意味着,操作者可通过将力施加到家具部件上并且通过从而造成的家具部件的位置改变或速度改变而导致马达的启动。这首先在马达仅在家具部件的一部分运动路径上起作用的情况下是值得期望的,以便重新触发马达。
调节元件的位置或导出的运动参数的确定一方面同样可以用于实现触摸锁功能性。在这种情况下例如在改变调节元件的位置或速度时启动马达。
另一方面也可设定,马达应通过调节元件应当经历用于家具部件的预定的路径曲线、速度曲线或加速度曲线。为了按规定的方式允许位置或速度或加速度的相关性,当然必须设置相应的位置测量装置以及必要时的时钟和计算单元。
通过位置测量装置也可执行碰撞监控。在此测量可运动的家具部件的状态(位置或路径)并且该状态通过控制装置或调整装置关于速度变化或加速度变化进行监控。可运动的家具部件的速度或加速度的确定例如可以通过构成位置关于时间的一阶或二阶导数而实现。如果速度改变或加速度改变不同于事先给出的额定值,那么可实现马达的中断。例如对于碰撞是处于构成为翻板的可运动的家具下方的、阻止翻板关闭过程的操作者或者由家具本体伸出的、妨碍抽屉或翻板关闭的物体。
在本发明的一种特别优选的实施形式中设定,位置测量装置具有至少一个电位计。但尤其优选地设置两个电位计,其中调节元件或家具部件分别配设一个电位计。通过电位计可以实现绝对的位置确定。但对于本发明单纯增量式的位置确定也可以是足够的。
尤其优选地设定,马达构成为电动机。
如果期望控制或调节驱动装置,那么当然必须设置控制或调整装置,它可被输送位置测量装置的信号。
不言而喻的是,位置测量装置物理上也能以两个空间上彼此分开的构件的形式构成。有选择地可以设置一个唯一的构件,该构件配设两个彼此分开地操作的测量传感器(用于调节元件和家具部件)。

在图1中在此可见在图2中未详细描述的机械的调节单元2的遮盖面24。遮盖面24具有两个用于悬挂电驱动装置3的基板39的突起241。在此通过舌板391实现悬挂。在实现悬挂之后电驱动装置3和机械的调节单元2可通过螺钉彼此螺纹连接,其中在该实施形式中遮盖面24具有用于螺钉的相应的接纳部242。另外在图2中可见传动机构33、电动机31以及使这两个构件彼此连接的(在本实施例中机械柔性地构成的)耦联装置34。此外印制电路板38固定在基板39上,该印制电路板具有控制或调整单元的控制回路。
在此接口6以电驱动装置3的中心轴6′的形式和以在接纳开口6″之后设置在调节单元2上的用于轴6′的接纳部(未描述)的形式构成。

关于电驱动装置3与图1相比较在图2中可见与传动机构33的末级共同作用的电位计37(为此见图3的分解图)。通过电位计37可确定调节臂21的位置并且从而确定在图2中未描述的翻板4的位置,因为传动机构33的末级与调节臂21无滑动地通过在图2中未描述的接口6共同作用。
在各附图中未分开地描述另一电位计,它通过适合的电路直接构成在印制电路板38上。通过该另一电位计,可以确定以电动机31的输出端的形式的调节元件的位置。
在图3中可见电位计37相对于传动机构32的实际布置。在此齿环371与传动机构32的末级抗旋转地连接并且与齿轮372这样共同作用,使得实现传动机构33的末级的运动到齿轮372上的2∶1的传动比。因此可以较好地利用电位计37的测量范围,齿轮372与该电位计共同作用。
在图3中另外可见,销312插到电动机31的输出端311上,该销插入耦联装置34(在此为机械柔性的软管式联接器)中。在耦联装置34的另一侧上在壳体313中设置与传动机构33的第一级共同作用的蜗轮。
另外电驱动装置3具有过载离合器331以及超越离合器35。在此过载离合器331防止通过过量的作用到调节臂21上的负载不期望地毁坏传动机构33的齿轮。超越离合器332允许在驱动翻板4时操作者的干预,而不被马达31阻碍。
