Abstract
本发明针对现有技术中存在的托盘在运输过程中空间浪费严重,造成运输成本过高的问题,提供了一种可折叠及可循环利用的托盘,所述托盘面板上设置若干与所述支撑脚纵向形状相应的支脚槽,所述支撑脚活动连接在所述托盘面板上,托盘运输时,该支撑脚嵌入所述支脚槽中。本发明托盘在回收时具有零空间运输损失的特点,可以节省2/3的空间,进而节省了运输成本;托盘的面板或支撑脚受损,可以通过更换部分部件而继续使用。同时,配有RFID电子标签的托盘与产品包装箱上的RFID电子标签及可移动全球通用RFID读写器绑定形成一个可移动,可重复使用的RFID全球通用系统和可视化,可实时定位的RFID数据系统。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于RFID物流系统的托盘,尤其涉及一种可循环利用的托盘。
背景技术
托盘是物流产业为了便于货物装卸、运输、保管和配送等而使用的,由可以承载若干数量物品的托盘面板和支撑脚构成的装卸用垫板。它是一种基本的物流搬运器,当托盘与运送的产品捆扎成一体时,可保护商品,减少运输与装卸过程中的产品损耗,提高装卸效率,合理运用仓储空间的作用,为物流与供应链运作中的包装标准化,机械化及自动化提供了极大的保障,托盘已成为现代物流及供应链运作中不可或缺的一种工具。
托盘按使用材料来划分,有木托盘、塑料托盘、金属托盘、锯木托盘、纸托盘、复合材料托盘等。
上述不同材料的托盘普遍存在如下缺陷:
1、托盘面板和支撑脚一体成型(见参考书“物流学”,中国物资出版社,支撑脚固定在托盘面板,编著:王转,张庆华,鲍新中;P61-P67),这主要考虑到承载物重量(500-2000公斤)对托盘本身的强度要求,托盘要留有可以让叉车运作的空间(一般在5到6.5英寸的高度),因而托盘占用空间较大,此特点造成在托盘在回收过程中约有2/3的空间是浪费的,使得回收过程中的运输成本和仓储成本较高;另一方面,物流及供应链运作中,任何产品都要经过产品包装,码垛,储存,装箱,陆运,海运或空运,卸货,储存,拆垛,重新码垛,装箱,分货等诸多环节,造成托盘的损毁。而一次成型的注塑托盘,金属托盘及木制托盘一旦损毁,托盘就无法修复,回收再利用,从而造成物流及供应链运作的成本提高。因而,托盘回收再利用成为物流及供应链运作中一个备受关注的问题。
2、现有托盘都没有配备具有捆绑功能的捆绑带,当码垛完成后,货物需要与托盘相互绑定,通常采用在包装箱之间涂胶的方法使包装箱相互粘合,或在货物码垛后,采用网罩将货物与托盘相互紧固,或使用加热收缩塑料薄膜,拉伸塑料薄膜及其他方式来固定托盘上的货物。这些捆绑固定方式不但提高了物流及供应链运作的费用,而且不可避免地带来了环境污染的问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的托盘在运输过程中空间浪费严重,造成运输成本过高的问题,提供了一种可折叠及可循环利用的托盘。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种托盘,所述托盘面板上设置若干与所述支撑脚纵向形状相应的支脚槽,所述支撑脚活动连接在所述托盘面板上,托盘运输时,该支撑脚嵌入所述支脚槽中。
进一步地,本发明还具有如下技术特征:所述托盘面板由2-10块板块拼接成,所述面板之间活动连接。
进一步地,本发明还具有如下技术特征:所述托盘面板相对的两边对应设置2-4组捆绑带。
进一步地,本发明还具有如下技术特征:所述托盘面板周边设有放置每一个捆绑带的放置槽,该放置槽内有用于固定所述捆绑带的固定栓及用于回收捆绑带的扭簧。
进一步地,本发明还具有如下技术特征:所述每一组捆绑带中,其中一个捆绑带上设置有挂钩,另一个捆绑带设置有与所述挂钩配合的孔。
进一步地,本发明还具有如下技术特征:所述捆绑带活动端端部设置有铁片,所述放置槽槽口处设置有磁铁块。
进一步地,本发明还具有如下技术特征:所述放置槽包括一开在托盘上的凹形槽及连接该凹形槽通向托盘面板侧壁的导向槽,所述捆绑带活动端伸出所述导向槽。
进一步地,本发明还具有如下技术特征:所述支撑脚呈凸形,包括一突出部、两支撑面及一连接支撑脚顶面及侧面的弧面,其突出部上设有连接孔,所述支撑脚通过穿过该连接孔的连杆连接在所述支脚槽中,所述支撑脚打开后,其两支撑面与所述托盘面板的底部相接触。
进一步地,本发明还具有如下技术特征:所述支脚包括N个凸起部及N+1个支撑面,每个凸起部包括一连接其顶面及支撑脚侧面的弧面,其中N取1-10之间的自然数。
进一步地,本发明还具有如下技术特征:所述支脚槽内壁上设有凹槽或凸起,相应地所述支撑脚上设置有凸起或凹槽,所述支撑脚收起后,所述凹槽与所述凸起相互卡合。

与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明托盘在回收时具有零空间运输损失的特点,可以节省2/3的空间,进而节省了运输成本;托盘的面板或支撑脚受损,可以通过更换部分部件而继续使用。同时,配有RFID电子标签的托盘与产品包装箱上的RFID电子标签及可移动全球通用RFID读写器绑定形成一个可移动,可重复使用的RFID全球通用系统和可视化,可实时定位的RFID数据系统。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施一、请参照图1-1、图1-2及图1-3,其均为本发明托盘爆炸结构图。如上述附图所示,本发明托盘包括托盘面板5及支撑脚,在托盘面板5上设置有8个与所述支撑脚纵向形状相应的支脚槽32,所述支撑脚2活动连接在所述托盘面板5上,托盘运输时,该支撑脚2嵌入所述支脚槽32中,这样托盘在回收运输时将达到零空间损失,即支撑脚不再占用空间,从而降低运输费用和物流及供应链运作的整体费用。
再参照图4-1至图4-3以及图5-1至图5-3,其中图4-1至图4-3给出支撑脚2的结构示意图,图5-1至图5-3则给出了支脚槽32的结构示意图。
支撑脚2可以如图4-1所示,呈凸形,包括一突出部、两支撑面10及一连接支撑脚顶面及侧面的弧面11,弧面11的设置便于支撑脚2支脚槽中翻转,突出部上设有连接孔203,所述支撑脚通过穿过该连接孔的连杆连3接在所述支脚槽32中,连接杆3的端部被螺栓7固定在托盘面板的侧壁上,另外侧壁上设有包容螺栓7的容置槽9中,这样可以完全将螺栓7内置于托盘面板5中,不会造成外露。当支撑脚打开时,其两支撑面10与所述托盘面板5的底部相接触,这样托盘整体比较牢固,基本上不会倾倒。
与上述结构支撑脚2配合的支脚槽32参见如图1,支脚槽形状及大小与支撑脚纵向形状相应,即在托盘面板5上开若干“凸”形槽孔,本实施例在托盘面上开两行支脚槽32,两行对称设置,每一行支脚槽相互交错排列,即支撑脚L1的支脚槽与支撑脚R1的支脚槽对称设置,支撑脚L1的支脚槽凸部向左,支撑脚R1的支脚槽凸部向右,支撑脚L1的支脚槽与支撑脚L2的支脚槽交错设置,支撑脚L1的支脚槽凸部向左,支撑脚L2的支脚槽凸部向右,这样可保证托盘在使用过程中不会因运输工具的摆动而导致托盘的左右移动,增强了稳固性。另外,支撑脚底部通过一斜切面过渡到与所述弧面相对的侧面上,斜切面保证支脚展开或回收。
另外支撑脚2及支脚槽32的个数具体可根据托盘面积大小设定,其支脚槽32在托盘面板5上的排列方式还可分多行,或者分两行但采用不对称设置等等,此不一一例举。
为了使运输过程中支撑脚2不至于从支脚槽32中掉落,在支撑脚2的底部设有长条形凹槽201,相应地,在支脚槽32的侧壁上设有长条形凸起,支撑脚2收起后,凹槽201与凸起卡合在一起,起到固定的作用。
与上述不同的是,支撑脚2还可以如图4-2所示,将上述呈凸形的支撑脚的肩部支撑面延长,相应地,与之配合的支脚槽32形状参见图5-1,同样,打开支撑脚2后,支撑脚2的支撑面正好抵在托盘面板5的下表面上起到支撑的作用,这样在面板上设置两个对称设置的支脚槽32即可,便于打开及收折支脚槽32。
再与上述不同的是,支撑脚2还可以如图4-3所示,包括两个凸部及三个支撑面,其中中间支撑面长于两侧的支撑面,相应地,与之配合的支脚槽32形状参见图5-2,同样,在面板上设置两个对称设置的支脚槽32即可。当然,如果此支撑脚2的尺寸较小,支脚槽还可设置成如图5-3所示,每个支脚槽32与所述支撑脚2的形状大小相应,一行设两个支脚槽32,同样,两行之间的支脚槽32相互对称,每一行之间支脚槽32交错设置。
实施例二,与实施例一不同之处在于,本实施例在托盘面板周边设置2组捆绑带,参考图1-3,每一组捆绑带中,其中一个为带孔捆绑带23,其上设有若干捆绑带孔24,另一个为带挂钩的捆绑带26,其上带有挂钩25。托盘面板周边设有放置每一个捆绑带的放置槽,该放置槽内有用于固定所述捆绑带的固定栓及用于回收捆绑带的扭簧。图3示出了放置槽纵向剖视图,该放置槽包括一开在托盘上的凹形槽及连接该凹形槽通向托盘面板侧壁的导向槽,所述捆绑带活动端伸出所述导向槽,捆绑带活动端端部设置有铁片,所述放置槽槽口处设置有磁铁块。磁铁块可嵌入托盘面板侧壁中只露出一个面,捆绑带收回时,其上的铁片被设置在槽口附近的磁铁块吸住,隐藏在托盘面板内,不占用空间,使捆绑带束缚在托盘上而不会散落,避免捆绑带的损坏和托盘回收及再利用过程中的不便,从而增强了托盘的适应性,并且捆绑带自带有挂钩及孔,运送货物时,托盘与与托盘承载的物品可以方便牢固地捆扎在一体,方便了物资周转并降低了物资流动的费用。
实施例三,与上述各实施例不同之处在于,本实施例另外在托盘上设有无源卡、有源卡及半无源卡中的至少一个卡。参考图2-1至图2-3,图2-1为有源卡、无源卡及半无源卡在托盘面板顶面上的安装爆炸图;图2-2为有源卡及半无源卡在托盘面板侧壁上的安装爆炸图;图2-3为有源卡或无源卡与电池之间连接结构图。
如图2-1所示,有源卡、无源卡及半无源卡均设置在托盘面板顶面上,即顶面上开有有源卡放置槽43,有源卡的电池放置槽46,半无源卡防置槽412,半无源卡的电池放置槽49,无源卡放置槽417,无源卡8放置于无源卡防置槽417后,再将无源卡放置块416置于其上,然后用螺钉固定即可;放置有源卡时,先将有源卡置于有源卡放置槽43中,接着放入有源卡的密封圈44,然后通过螺丝41将有源卡的固定盖42固定在有源卡放置槽43中即可,半无源卡及电池的放置类似有源卡,此不赘述。当然,有源卡及半无源卡也可设置在托盘面板的侧壁上,参照图2-2,其放置结构类似设置在托盘面板顶面上。
本实施例中有源卡与其电池之间通过导线连接,参照图2-3,即在有源卡放置槽43与有源卡的电池放置槽46之间开有连通孔用以盛放导线,半无源卡与其电池之间亦是如此。
在托盘面板上设置多个卡,可起到备份作用,同时电子标签与电池分离的安装方式,使有源卡或半无源卡的体积变小,厚度变薄,也可以在更换电池时保证不会触及到电子标签。现有的有源卡及半无源卡的设计都是卡与电池连为一体,从而导致电子标签的体积增大和厚度增加,都不便于这些电子标签卡的实际应用;另一方面,电池的更换,会影响到卡的密封及造成卡的损毁。本发明中的这种电子标签卡与电池的分离从整体上解决了现有设计中的问题,同时还为电子标签卡的价格降低提供了一种可能,即可以使用电池寿命在一年的低价电池,目前电子标签选用的电池一般为使用寿命为3到4年的锂电池。
配有RFID电子标签的可折叠可重复使用的托盘与产品包装箱的RFID电子标签和全球通用RFID读卡器或RFID信息携带器绑定,组成可移动,可视化,可实时定位的全球通用RFID系统和RFID数据系统。托盘是RFID系统的组成成分,也是RFID系统的载体。托盘的RFID电子标签的信息与托盘承载的产品RFID电子标签信息绑定,可以将一个集装箱的产品划分为以托盘为单位的信息组合,托盘与RFID通用读写器序号及产品包装箱的RFID电子标签绑定的RFID系统和RFID数据系统为物流及供应链的管理提供方便,准确,便捷,低耗等优点,也为托盘的回收及重复使用提供了可能。
最后,所述托盘的捆绑带可以同全球通用RFID读卡器或RFID信息携带器所带有短带相互绑定或以其它形式相互锁定,使全球通用RFID读写器或RFID信息携带器在物资运输中与托盘固定在一起。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非是对本发明作其它形式的限制,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容加以变更或改型为等同变化的等效实施例。但是凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与改型,仍属于本发明技术方案的保护范围。
Claims (15)
1、一种托盘,包括托盘面板及支撑脚,其特征在于:所述托盘面板上设置若干与所述支撑脚纵向形状相应的支脚槽,所述支撑脚活动连接在所述托盘面板上,托盘运输时,该支撑脚嵌入所述支脚槽中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于:所述托盘面板由2-10块板块拼接成,所述面板之间活动连接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于:所述托盘面板相对的两边对应设置2-4组捆绑带。
4、根据权利要求3所述的托盘,其特征在于:所述托盘面板周边设有放置每一个捆绑带的放置槽,该放置槽内有用于固定所述捆绑带的固定栓及用于回收捆绑带的扭簧。
5、根据权利要求3或4所述的托盘,其特征在于:所述每一组捆绑带中,其中一个捆绑带上设置有挂钩,另一个捆绑带设置有与所述挂钩配合的孔。
6、根据权利要求5所述的托盘,其特征在于:所述捆绑带活动端端部设置有铁片,所述放置槽槽口处设置有磁铁块。
7、根据权利要求4所述的托盘,其特征在于:所述放置槽包括一开在托盘上的凹形槽及连接该凹形槽通向托盘面板侧壁的导向槽,所述捆绑带活动端伸出所述导向槽。
8、根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于:所述支撑脚呈凸形,包括一突出部、两支撑面及一连接支撑脚顶面及侧面的弧面,其突出部上设有连接孔,所述支撑脚通过穿过该连接孔的连杆连接在所述支脚槽中,所述支撑脚打开后,其两支撑面与所述托盘面板的底部相接触。
9、根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于:所述支脚包括N个凸起部及N+1个支撑面,每个凸起部包括一连接其顶面及支撑脚侧面的弧面,其中N取1-10之间的自然数。
10、根据权利要求8或9所述的托盘,其特征在于:所述支脚槽内壁上设有凹槽或凸起,相应地所述支撑脚上设置有凸起或凹槽,所述支撑脚收起后,所述凹槽与所述凸起相互卡合。
11、根据权利要求10所述的托盘,其特征在于:所述支脚槽分2-3行对称设置,每一行支脚槽相互交错排列。
12、根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于:所述托盘面板上设有无源卡、有源卡及半无源卡中的至少一个卡。
13、根据权利要求12所述的托盘,其特征在于:所述托盘面板上设有有源卡和/或半无源卡,相应地所述托盘面板上设置有源卡槽和/或半无源卡槽以及电池槽。
14、根据权利要求13所述的托盘,其特征在于:所述有源卡、半无源卡及电池槽上均设有密封盖及密封圈。
15、根据权利要求8或9所述的托盘,其特征在于:所述支撑脚底部通过一斜切面过渡到与所述弧面相对的侧面上。
