Abstract

一种栈板,包括:本体(2)、设于本体(2)底部的数个凹槽(22)、设于本体(2)底部并由凹槽(22)相对两侧向下延伸设置的两个护板(24)以及安装于护板(24)上并可容置于对应凹槽(22)内的数个墩脚(4)。通过设置可转动的墩脚,当需要使用栈板时转出墩脚并通过连接轴将墩脚固定,用以支撑,当不需要使用栈板时将连接轴抽离后转动墩脚,将墩脚容置于凹槽内,使栈板整体占用存储及运输空间小,可有效提高存储及运输量,进而降低运输成本。

Description

栈板 技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料领域, 尤其涉及一种用于货物周转的栈板。 背景技术
栈板用途广泛, 一般用于承载货物以便于货物的存储及异地搬运, 在 搬离货物后栈板可重复利用。 按材质的不同, 可分为木栈板、 塑料栈板、 金属栈板等。 在液晶显示器生产领域, 液晶显示器的生产包括一个组装过 程, 即将液晶面板、 主控电路、 外壳等部分进行组装, 其各部件是先生产 好封存起来, 待后续组装成整个液晶显示器。 其中, 液晶面板生产完成后 封存在包装箱中, 然后成箱地运送往相应的组装工站。 液晶显示器的成品 及半成品的储运过程就需要经常使用到栈板。 然而, 现有的栈板一般是一 体式制成, 在运输及堆放时存在空间浪费。 如图 1和 2所示, 为现有的一 体式栈板的结构示意图及空间堆叠图, 栈板 100的墩脚 102与本体 104为 一体式结构, 墩脚 102之间存在空隙 106, 使多个栈板 100堆叠起来时占 用空间大, 造成运输量及仓库存储量低, 进而增加了运输成本。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种栈板, 通过设置可转动的墩脚, 使占用存 储及运输空间小, 可有效提高存储及运输量, 降低运输成本。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种栈板, 包括: 本体、 设于本体底部 的数个凹槽、 设于本体底部并由凹槽相对两侧向下延伸设置的两个护板、 及安装于护板上并能容置于对应 HJ槽内的数个墩脚。
所述本体呈平板状。
所述墩脚的相对两侧面上设有凸起部, 所述护板对应凸起部设有第一 通孔, 所述凸起部容置并卡合于第一通孔内, 进而将墩脚能转动安装于护 板上。
所述墩脚的相对两侧面上还设有贯穿该两侧面的第二通孔, 所述护板 对应该第二通孔设有第三通孔, 一连接轴穿过所述第三通孔、 第二通孔, 进而将墩脚固定于护板上。
所述墩脚为立方体形。
所述凹槽的深度大于或等于所述墩脚的侧面的对角线的长度。 所述本体底部设有六个凹槽, 该六个凹槽分别设于本体的两侧。
所述墩脚为六个, 分别安装于该六个凹槽内, 位于同一侧的三个墩脚 能由同一连接轴进行固定。
所述本体与护板一体成型制成。
所述墩脚及其上的凸起部一体成型制成。
本发明还提供一种栈板, 包括: 本体、 设于本体底部的数个 HJ槽、 设 于本体底部并由凹槽相对两侧向下延伸设置的两个护板、 及安装于护板上 并能容置于对应凹槽内的数个墩脚;
其中, 所述本体呈平板状;
其中, 所述墩脚的相对两侧面上设有凸起部, 所述护板对应凸起部设 有第一通孔, 所述凸起部容置并卡合于第一通孔内, 进而将墩脚能转动安 装于护板上;
其中, 所述墩脚的相对两侧面上还设有贯穿该两侧面的第二通孔, 所 述护板对应该第二通孔设有第三通孔, 一连接轴穿过所述第三通孔、 第二 通孔, 进而将墩脚固定于护板上;
其中, 所述墩脚为立方体形;
其中, 所述凹槽的深度大于或等于所述墩脚的侧面的对角线的长度; 其中, 所述本体底部设有六个凹槽, 该六个凹槽分别设于本体的两 侧;
其中, 所述墩脚为六个, 分别安装于该六个凹槽内, 位于同一侧的三 个墩脚能由同一连接轴进行固定;
其中, 所述本体与护板一体成型制成;
其中, 所述墩脚及其上的凸起部一体成型制成。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明栈板, 通过设置可转动的墩脚, 当需要使 用栈板时转出墩脚并通过连接轴将墩脚固定, 用以支撑, 当不需要使用栈 板时将连接轴抽离后转动墩脚, 将墩脚容置于 HJ槽内, 使栈板整体占用存 储及运输空间小, 可有效提高存储及运输量, 进而降低运输成本。

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果, 以下结合本发明 的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图 3至图 8, 本发明提供一种栈板, 包括: 本体 2、 设于本体 2 底部的数个凹槽 22、 设于本体 2底部并由凹槽 22相对两侧向下延伸设置 的两个护板 24、 及安装于护板 24上并可容置于对应凹槽 22内的数个墩脚 4, 使用时, 将墩脚 4由凹槽 22 内旋出, 以支撑本体 2 , 不使用时, 将墩 脚 4旋转 270。 , 进而旋入凹槽 22内, 以减少空间占用率。
在本实施例中, 所述本体 2呈平板状。 所述 脚 4为立方体形, 其相 对两侧面 42上设有凸起部 422 , 所述护板 24对应凸起部 422设有第一通 孔 242, 所述凸起部 422容置并卡合于第一通孔 242内, 进而将墩脚 4可 转动安装于护板 24上。 使用时, 将墩脚 4由凹槽 22内旋出, 以支撑本体 2, 仓储时, 将墩脚 4旋转 270。 , 进而旋入凹槽 22 内, 以减少空间占用 率。
所述墩脚 4 的相对两侧面 42 上还设有贯穿该两侧面 42 的第二通孔
424, 所述护板 24对应该第二通孔 424设有第三通孔 244, —连接轴 6穿 过所述第三通孔 244、 第二通孔 424, 进而将墩脚 4固定于护板 24上。 当 栈板使用时, 将墩脚 4 由凹槽 22 内旋出, 连接轴 6 穿过所述第三通孔 244、 第二通孔 424, 进而将墩脚 4固定, 以增强牢固性。
所述凹槽 22 的深度大于或等于所述墩脚 4 的侧面 42 的对角线的长 度, 优选的, 所述凹槽 22的深度大于所述墩脚 4的侧面 42的对角线的长 度, 以方便墩脚 4旋入凹槽 22内。
在本实施例中, 所述本体 2底部设有六个凹槽 22 , 该六个凹槽 22分 别设于本体 2 的两侧。 所述 ^ft脚 4 为六个, 分别安装于该六个凹槽 22 内, 位于同一侧的三个墩脚 4可由同一连接轴 6进行固定, 以提高操作效 率, 降低生产成本。
所述本体 2、 护板 24由塑料或木材等材料一体成型制成, 所述墩脚 4 及其上的凸起部 422由塑料或木材等材料一体成型制成, 所述连接轴 6由 塑料、 木材等材料制成, 具有一定强度与韧性, 进而提升栈板的品质。
综上所述, 本发明栈板通过设置可转动的墩脚, 当需要使用栈板时转 出墩脚并通过连接轴将墩脚固定, 用以支撑, 当不需要使用栈板时将连接 轴抽离后转动墩脚, 将墩脚容置于 HJ槽内, 使栈板整体占用存储及运输空 间小, 可有效提高存储及运输量, 进而降低运输成本。
以上所述, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 可以根据本发明的技术 方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形, 而所有这些改变和变形 都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种栈板, 包括: 本体、 设于本体底部的数个 HJ槽、 设于本体底 部并由凹槽相对两侧向下延伸设置的两个护板、 及安装于护板上并能容置 于对应凹槽内的数个 ^!脚。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的栈板, 其中, 所述本体呈平板状。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述墩脚的相对两侧面上设有 凸起部, 所述护板对应凸起部设有第一通孔, 所述凸起部容置并卡合于第 一通孔内, 进而将墩脚能转动安装于护板上。
4、 如权利要求 3 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述墩脚的相对两侧面上还设 有贯穿该两侧面的第二通孔, 所述护板对应该第二通孔设有第三通孔, 一 连接轴穿过所述第三通孔、 第二通孔, 进而将墩脚固定于护板上。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的栈板, 其中, 所述墩脚为立方体形。
6、 如权利要求 5 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述凹槽的深度大于或等于所 述墩脚的侧面的对角线的长度。
7、 如权利要求 4 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述本体底部设有六个凹槽, 该六个凹槽分别设于本体的两侧。
8、 如权利要求 7 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述墩脚为六个, 分别安装于 该六个凹槽内, 位于同一侧的三个墩脚能由同一连接轴进行固定。
9、 如权利要求 1 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述本体与护板一体成型制 成。
10、 如权利要求 3 所述的栈板, 其中, 所述墩脚及其上的凸起部一体 成型制成。
11、 一种栈板, 包括: 本体、 设于本体底部的数个凹槽、 设于本体底 部并由凹槽相对两侧向下延伸设置的两个护板、 及安装于护板上并能容置 于对应 HJ槽内的数个 ^|脚;
其中, 所述本体呈平板状;
其中, 所述墩脚的相对两侧面上设有凸起部, 所述护板对应凸起部设 有第一通孔, 所述凸起部容置并卡合于第一通孔内, 进而将墩脚能转动安 装于护板上;
