Abstract
A pallet for engaging with multiple packaging boxes is provided. Each bottom box surface of each packaging box has a recess. The pallet comprises a top pallet surface for engaging with the packaging boxes, a bottom pallet surface; and an outer side wall disposed between the top pallet surface and the bottom pallet surface. Wherein, the top pallet surface includes a pallet recess portion having an upward opening formed by caving toward the bottom pallet surface, and a pallet protrusion installing surface formed surrounding the pallet recess portion. The pallet protrusion installing surface has at least one pallet protrusion for engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the packaging box. A packaging case is also provided. The present invention can increase the stability of the packaging case stacked by the packaging boxes, and decrease the damage of the liquid crystal panel in the transportation process.
Description
- This application is claiming a priority arisen from a patent application, entitled with “A pallet and packaging case”, submitted to China Patent Office on May 28, 2014, designated with an Application Number: 201410229042.2. The whole and complete disclosure of such patent application is hereby incorporated by reference. This application also related to National Stage Application No.: ______ (Attorney Docket No. CP14035), submitted on the same date, entitled, “A pallet and packaging case” assigned to the same assignee.
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to display technical field, especially to a pallet and a packaging case.
- 2. Description of Related Art
- With the appearance and development of various types of liquid crystal products, the liquid crystal display has penetrated into every industry and every corner of the social life. In a liquid crystal display (LCD), the key component is a liquid crystal panel. In the fabrication for the LCD, because of the division of work, a large number of the liquid crystal panels are transported to other places for the next step of a module process.
- In the prior art, as shown in
FIG. 1 toFIG. 3 , before transporting a large number of the liquid crystal panels, multipleliquid crystal panels 11′ are installed into apackaging box 1′ in batches. Besides, after abuffer pad 12′ is disposed below each of theliquid crystal panels 11′, the multipleliquid crystal panels 11′ are placed into thepackaging box 1′ (as shown by an arrow “a” inFIG. 1 ), and are placed above apallet 2′. After acase cover 3′ covers thelatest packaging box 1′ of the multiple stackedpackaging box 1′, using awrapping belt 4′ to fix thepackaging boxes 1′ so as to form apackaging case 5′. The disadvantages by above way are: 1. the structure of thepallet 2′ used for loading thepackaging boxes 1′ is a plane, and the plane is only used for stacking thepackaging boxes 1′ having theliquid crystal panels 11′ inside; therefore, the plane does not have a function for packaging the products. 2. after thepackaging boxes 1′ are stacked, the stability depends on thewrapping belt 4′, the friction between a bottom surface of thelowest packaging box 1′ and the surface of thepallet 2′; when thepackaging case 5′ are vibrated and shaken in a truck during the transportation process, and when shaking force is larger, thelowest packaging box 1′ will slide relatively to thepallet 2′ such that thepackaging case 5′ will be tilted; theadjacent packaging cases 5′ may bump with each other or hit the inner wall of the truck such that a portion of thepackaging case 5′ suffer a larger force; as a result, theliquid crystal panels 11′ inside thepackaging box 1′ is damaged. - The technical problems solved by the present invention is that providing a pallet and a packaging case having a carrying and packaging function so as to increase the stability of the packaging case stacked by the packaging boxes, decrease the damage of the liquid crystal panel in the transportation process.
- To solve the aforementioned technical problem, the first technical scenario of the present invention is to provide a pallet for engaging with multiple stacked packaging boxes, and each bottom box surface of each packaging box provided with a recess. The pallet comprises a top pallet surface for engaging with the packaging boxes; a bottom pallet surface; and an outer side wall disposed between the top pallet surface and the bottom pallet surface; wherein, the top pallet surface includes a pallet recess portion having an upward opening formed by caving toward the bottom pallet surface, and a pallet protrusion installing surface formed surrounding the pallet recess portion; the pallet protrusion installing surface provides with at least one pallet protrusion used for engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the packaging box.
- Further, the pallet protrusion is formed by extending upwardly with a certain length along an inner wall edge of the pallet recess portion, and the pallet protrusion is capable of engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the packaging box.
- Further, the outer side wall is provided with at least one cavity formed through the outer side walls.
- Further, the cavity has an opening toward the bottom pallet surface, and two terminals of the opening of the cavity are respectively communicated with the outer side wall of the pallet.
- Further, the pallet is made of a plastic material, a wood material or a metal material.
- To solve the aforementioned technical problem, the second technical scenario of the present invention is to provide a pallet for engaging with multiple stacked packaging boxes, and each bottom box surface of each packaging box provided with a recess. The pallet comprises a top pallet surface for engaging with the packaging boxes; a bottom pallet surface; and an outer side wall disposed between the top pallet surface and the bottom pallet surface; wherein, the top pallet surface includes a pallet recess portion having an upward opening formed by caving toward the bottom pallet surface, and a pallet protrusion installing surface formed surrounding the pallet recess portion; the pallet protrusion installing surface provides with at least one pallet protrusion used for engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the packaging box; and wherein, the pallet protrusion is formed by extending upwardly with a certain length along an inner wall edge of the pallet recess portion, and the pallet protrusion is capable of engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the packaging box.
- To solve the aforementioned technical problem, the third technical scenario of the present invention is to provide a packaging case comprising: a pallet; a case cover; and multiple packaging boxes disposed between the pallet and the case cover; wherein, the pallet includes: a top pallet surface for engaging with the packaging boxes; a bottom pallet surface; and an outer side wall disposed between the top pallet surface and the bottom pallet surface; wherein, the top pallet surface includes a pallet recess portion having an upward opening formed by caving toward the bottom pallet surface, and a pallet protrusion installing surface formed surrounding the pallet recess portion; the pallet protrusion installing surface provides with at least one pallet protrusion used for engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the packaging box; and wherein, each of the packaging boxes includes a bottom box surface and a top box surface; the bottom box surface is provided with a recess; the top box surface comprises a box recess portion with an upward opening and formed by caving toward the bottom box surface, and a box protrusion installing surface formed surrounding the box recess portion; a box protrusion is disposed on the box protrusion installing surface for engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the adjacent packaging box.
- Further, the pallet protrusion is formed by extending upwardly with a certain length along an inner wall edge of the pallet recess portion, and the pallet protrusion is capable of engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the packaging box.
- Further, the outer side wall is provided with at least one cavity formed through the outer side walls.
- Further, the cavity has an opening toward the bottom pallet surface, and two terminals of the opening of the cavity are respectively communicated with the outer side wall of the pallet.
- Further, the box protrusion is formed by extending upwardly from the inner wall edge of the box recess portion, and the box protrusion is capable of engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the adjacent packaging box.
- Further, the pallet protrusion of the pallet has the same structure as the box protrusion of packaging box.
- Further, the pallet is made of a plastic material, a wood material or a metal material.
- Further, each of the packaging boxes is made of a plastic material, a wood material or a metal material.
- Further, the case cover is made of a plastic material, a wood material or a metal material.
- In the embodiments of the present invention, because the pallet recess portion of the pallet can install a production material (such as the liquid crystal panel), the bottom surface of the pallet recess portion can use as the bottom box surface of the packaging box so as to save the material for the packaging box, reduce the packaging cost. Besides, because the pallet protrusion installing surface of the pallet is disposed with the pallet protrusion, and the pallet protrusion is capable of engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the packaging box, the movement of the packaging boxes is limited so as to increase the stability of the packaging case stacked by the packaging boxes, decrease the damage of the production material (such as the liquid crystal panel) in the transportation process.

- Preferred embodiments are described below with reference to the drawings.
- With reference to
FIG. 4 toFIG. 9 , embodiments of a pallet of the present invention are shown. - As shown in
FIG. 4 ,FIG. 4 is a perspective diagram of the pallet according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The pallet provided by the first embodiment of the present invention is used for fixingmultiple packaging boxes 2. Abottom box surface 21 of eachpackaging box 2 is provided with arecess 211. Thepallet 1 comprises atop pallet surface 11 for engaging with thepackaging box 2, abottom pallet surface 12, and anouter side wall 13 disposed between thetop pallet surface 11 and thebottom pallet surface 12. Thepallet 1 is usually made of a plastic material, a wood material or a metal material. A cross section of the packaging box forms a square shape, a rectangular shape, or a polygonal shape. - Wherein, the
top pallet surface 11 includes apallet recess portion 111 having an upward opening formed by caving toward thebottom pallet surface 12, and a palletprotrusion installing surface 112 formed surrounding thepallet recess portion 111. The palletprotrusion installing surface 112 provides with at least onepallet protrusion 113 used for engaging with therecess 211 of thebottom box surface 21 of thepackaging box 2. Wherein, after the multipleliquid crystal panels 6 disposed withbuffer pads 7 below are installed into the pallet recess portion 111 (as shown by an arrow “b” inFIG. 6 ), thepallet protrusion 113 is engaged with therecess 211 of thebottom box surface 21 of the packaging box 2 (as shown by an arrow “c” inFIG. 9 ). As a result, thepallet 1 has a carrying function, and can limit thepackaging boxes 2 to move on thetop pallet surface 11. - In order to better limit the movement of the
packaging boxes 2 on thetop pallet surface 11, thepallet protrusion 113 is formed by extending upwardly with a certain length along aninner wall edge 114 of thepallet recess portion 111, and thepallet protrusion 113 is engaged with therecess 211 of thebottom box surface 21 of thepackaging box 2. The cross-sectional contour ofpallet protrusion 113 formed by extending upwardly along aninner wall edge 114 of thepallet recess portion 111 is consistent with the cross-sectional contour ofpackaging box 2. Besides, some slide preventing structures such as a folding structure can be disposed on a portion of the palletprotrusion installing surface 112 which is contacted with thebottom box surface 21 of thepackaging box 2 so as to increase the friction force between thebottom box surface 21 of thepackaging box 2 and the palletprotrusion installing surface 112. As a result, the stability of the packaging case stacked by thepackaging boxes 2 is increased. - After the
aforementioned packaging boxes 2 are stacked and covered with acase cover 3, theouter side walls 13 is provided with acavity 131 formed through theouter side walls 13 such that apackaging belt 4 can pass through thecavity 131 and surround thepackaging case 5 so as to firmly fix thecase cover 3, themultiple packaging boxes 2, and the pallet 1 (as shown inFIG. 7 ). For convenience, thecavity 131 has an opening toward thebottom pallet surface 12, and two terminals of the opening of the cavity are respectively communicated with theouter side wall 13 of thepallet 1. - Corresponding to the pallet provided by the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in
FIG. 7 toFIG. 11 , the second embodiment of the present invention provides with a packaging case. The packaging case comprises thepallet 1 described in the first embodiment of the present invention, thecase cover 3, and themultiple packaging boxes 2 disposed between thepallet 1 and thecase cover 3. Wherein, thepallet 1 has the same configuration and connection relationship as the pallet described in the first embodiment of the present invention. - Each of the
packaging boxes 2 includes abottom box surface 21 and atop box surface 22. Thebottom box surface 21 is provided with arecess 211. Thetop box surface 22 comprises abox recess portion 221 with an upward opening and formed by caving toward thebottom box surface 21, and a boxprotrusion installing surface 222 formed surrounding thebox recess portion 221. Abox protrusion 223 is disposed on the boxprotrusion installing surface 222 for engaging with therecess 211 of thebottom box surface 21 of theadjacent packaging box 2. Between twoadjacent packaging boxes 2, after therecess 211 of thebottom box surface 21 of onepackaging box 2 engages with thebox protrusion 223 of thetop box surface 22 of theother packaging box 2, the movement of the twoadjacent packaging boxes 2 is limited so as to increase the stability of themultiple packaging boxes 2 after being stacked. - In order to better limit the movement between the adjacent two
packaging boxes 2, thebox protrusion 223 is formed by extending upwardly from theinner wall edge 224 of thebox recess portion 221, and thebox protrusion 223 is capable of engaging with therecess 211 of thebottom box surface 21 of the adjacent packaging box 2 (as shown inFIG. 10 ). - Furthermore, the
pallet protrusion 113 of thepallet 1 has the same structure as thebox protrusion 223 ofpackaging box 2 so as to avoid changing the structure of therecess 211 of thebottom box surface 21 of thepackaging box 2 in order to save the cost. - Furthermore, the
packaging box 2 is made of a plastic material, a wood material or a metal material. - Furthermore, the
case cover 3 is made of a plastic material, a wood material or a metal material. - The pallet and the packaging case provided by the embodiments of the present invention have the following advantages:
- In the embodiments of the present invention, because the pallet recess portion of the pallet can install a production material (such as the liquid crystal panel), the bottom surface of the pallet recess portion can use as the bottom box surface of the packaging box so as to save the material for the packaging box, reduce the packaging cost. Besides, because the pallet protrusion installing surface of the pallet is disposed with the pallet protrusion, and the pallet protrusion is capable of engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the packaging box, the movement of the packaging boxes is limited so as to increase the stability of the packaging case stacked by the packaging boxes, decrease the damage of the production material (such as the liquid crystal panel) in the transportation process.
- An ordinary person skilled in the art can realize that all or partial steps in the processes of the aforementioned embodiments can be implemented by using processes to command corresponding hardware. The processes can be stored in a readable storage medium of a computer. The storage medium as described may be ROM/RAM, floppy, disk and so on.
- Aforementioned descriptions only involve preferable embodiments of the present invention and therefore do not limit the protection scope of the present invention. Every equivalent variation utilizing claims of the present invention is included within the scope of patent protection of the present invention.
Claims (18)
1. A pallet for engaging with multiple stacked packaging boxes, and each bottom box surface of each packaging box provided with a recess, the pallet comprising:
a top pallet surface for engaging with the packaging boxes;
a bottom pallet surface; and
an outer side wall disposed between the top pallet surface and the bottom pallet surface;
wherein, the top pallet surface includes a pallet recess portion having an upward opening formed by caving toward the bottom pallet surface, and a pallet protrusion installing surface formed surrounding the pallet recess portion; the pallet protrusion installing surface provides with at least one pallet protrusion used for engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the packaging box.
2. The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein, the pallet protrusion is formed by extending upwardly with a certain length along an inner wall edge of the pallet recess portion, and the pallet protrusion capable of engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the packaging box.
3. The pallet according to claim 2 , wherein, the outer side wall is provided with at least one cavity formed through the outer side walls.
4. The pallet according to claim 3 , wherein, the cavity has an opening toward the bottom pallet surface, and two terminals of the opening of the cavity are respectively communicated with the outer side wall of the pallet.
5. The pallet according to claim 4 , wherein, the pallet is made of a plastic material, a wood material or a metal material.
6. A pallet for engaging with multiple stacked packaging boxes, and each bottom box surface of each packaging box provided with a recess, the pallet comprising:
a top pallet surface for engaging with the packaging boxes;
a bottom pallet surface; and
an outer side wall disposed between the top pallet surface and the bottom pallet surface;
wherein, the top pallet surface includes a pallet recess portion having an upward opening formed by caving toward the bottom pallet surface, and a pallet protrusion installing surface formed surrounding the pallet recess portion; the pallet protrusion installing surface provides with at least one pallet protrusion used for engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the packaging box; and
wherein, the pallet protrusion is formed by extending upwardly with a certain length along an inner wall edge of the pallet recess portion, and the pallet protrusion is capable of engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the packaging box.
7. The pallet according to claim 6 , wherein, the outer side wall is provided with at least one cavity formed through the outer side walls.
8. The pallet according to claim 7 , wherein, the cavity has an opening toward the bottom pallet surface, and two terminals of the opening of the cavity are respectively communicated with the outer side wall of the pallet.
9. The pallet according to claim 8 , wherein, the pallet is made of a plastic material, a wood material or a metal material.
10. A packaging case comprising:
a pallet;
a case cover; and
multiple packaging boxes disposed between the pallet and the case cover;
wherein, the pallet includes:
a top pallet surface for engaging with the packaging boxes;
a bottom pallet surface; and
an outer side wall disposed between the top pallet surface and the bottom pallet surface;
wherein, the top pallet surface includes a pallet recess portion having an upward opening formed by caving toward the bottom pallet surface, and a pallet protrusion installing surface formed surrounding the pallet recess portion; the pallet protrusion installing surface provides with at least one pallet protrusion used for engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the packaging box; and
wherein, each of the packaging boxes includes a bottom box surface and a top box surface; the bottom box surface is provided with a recess; the top box surface comprises a box recess portion with an upward opening and formed by caving toward the bottom box surface, and a box protrusion installing surface formed surrounding the box recess portion; a box protrusion is disposed on the box protrusion installing surface for engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the adjacent packaging box.
11. The packaging case according to claim 10 , wherein, the pallet protrusion is formed by extending upwardly with a certain length along an inner wall edge of the pallet recess portion, and the pallet protrusion is capable of engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the packaging box.
12. The packaging case according to claim 11 , wherein, the outer side wall is provided with at least one cavity formed through the outer side walls.
13. The packaging case according to claim 12 , wherein, the cavity has an opening toward the bottom pallet surface, and two terminals of the opening of the cavity are respectively communicated with the outer side wall of the pallet.
14. The packaging case according to claim 13 , wherein, the box protrusion is formed by extending upwardly from the inner wall edge of the box recess portion, and the box protrusion is capable of engaging with the recess of the bottom box surface of the adjacent packaging box.
15. The packaging case according to claim 14 , wherein, the pallet protrusion of the pallet has the same structure as the box protrusion of packaging box.
16. The packaging case according to claim 15 , wherein, the pallet is made of a plastic material, a wood material or a metal material.
17. The packaging case according to claim 15 , wherein, each of the packaging boxes is made of a plastic material, a wood material or a metal material.
18. The packaging case according to claim 15 , wherein, the case cover is made of a plastic material, a wood material or a metal material.
