Abstract

The invention provides a sheet material packaging system and a sheet material bearing plate thereof. The sheet material packaging system is formed by superposing a plurality of sheet material bearing plates. Each sheet material bearing plate comprises a bearing part, a superposing part and a buffering part. The bearing part comprises a bearing plate and a side wall surrounding the outboard of the bearing plate. The superposing part extends from the side wall of the bearing part towards the different direction of the bearing plate. The superposing part comprises a receiving groove and a protruding ridge which are disposed in an opposite way along the direction perpendicular to the bearing plate. The buffering part extends from the superposing part towards the different direction of the bearing plate. The buffering part in the direction parallel to the bearing plate has an overall elastic coefficient smaller than that of the superposing part along the same direction. Thus the vibration is reduced when the sheet material bearing plates are subject to lateral impact. The effects of protecting the carried sheet material are then achieved.

Description

Sheet packaging system and its sheet carrier tray

The present invention relates to a sheet packaging system and a sheet carrier tray therefor; in particular, the invention relates to a sheet packaging system and a sheet carrier tray for loading a display panel or other sheet-like article.

The packaging of fragile items has always been an important issue in the delivery of products. When the packaging is not properly prepared, it often causes damage to the articles during transportation, thereby increasing production costs. In particular, fragile articles having a special size and shape, such as liquid crystal glass or display panels, are liable to cause stress concentration due to their special size and shape, and increase the possibility of damage.

Taking the transportation of the display panel as an example, conventionally, when transporting the display panel, a plurality of display panels are usually stacked on the carrier tray, and the carrier tray is stacked and placed in the cardboard box. As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the conventional loading tray 30 includes a carrier 50, side walls 70, and an outer edge 90. The side wall 70 is wrapped around the outside of the carrier 50 to enclose an accommodating space on the carrier 50 for mounting the display panel. The outer edge 90 surrounds the outside of the side wall 70 and extends outward. As shown in FIG. 1B, the side wall 70 is recessed to form a groove body for being inserted into the side wall 70 of the lower tray 30 when stacked.

However, in this conventional design, when the carrier tray 30 is subjected to lateral outward forces during handling, the outer edge 90 or the side walls 70 are often destroyed. Especially in the corner portion, the outer edge 90 or the side wall 70 is easily deformed or broken by force, thereby affecting the stability of the overall structure and possibly causing damage to the carried display panel.

The main object of the present invention is to provide a plate packaging system and a plate carrier tray therewith, which have better shock absorption effects.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a sheet packaging system and a sheet carrier tray therefor, which can reduce the chance of damaging the tray and the sheet.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a sheet packaging system and a sheet carrier tray therewith, which have better stacking stability.

The plate carrier tray includes a receiving portion, a stacking portion, and a buffer portion. The receiving portion comprises a supporting plate and a side wall; wherein the side wall surrounds the periphery of the supporting plate and extends away from the surface of the supporting plate to enclose an accommodating space on the receiving plate for placing the plate. The overlapping portion extends outward from the side wall of the receiving portion and extends in the opposite direction to the receiving plate. Since the side wall is distributed around the support plate, the overlap is also disposed around the support plate. The stacking portion has a receiving groove and a ridge, and the two are disposed opposite each other in a direction perpendicular to the receiving plate.

The buffer portion extends outward from the overlap and extends in a direction opposite to the support plate. Since the overlapping portion is distributed around the receiving plate, the buffer portion is also disposed around the receiving plate. The overall elastic modulus of the buffer portion in the direction of the parallel receiving plate is smaller than the overall elastic modulus of the overlapping portion in the same direction, thereby reducing the vibration when the plate receiving tray is subjected to the lateral impact, thereby producing the effect of protecting the supported plate.

The sheet packaging system includes a plurality of the above-described sheet carrier trays 300 stacked on each other. The receiving trough of each of the plate-receiving trays accommodates the ridges of the lower plate-receiving tray, so that the structure after stacking has better stability.

The invention provides a plate packaging system and a plate carrier tray thereof, which are preferably applied to a box structure for packaging. In a preferred embodiment, the packaging system of the present invention is used to package susceptible sheet or sheet articles such as liquid crystal glass, display panels or general glass. The sheet carrier tray is preferably formed of plastic, and is preferably manufactured in an integrally formed manner, for example, by an in-mold injection process. However, in various embodiments, the sheet carrier tray can be made of other materials or methods.

510。In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the sheet carrier tray 300 includes a receiving portion 500, a stacking portion 700, and a buffer portion 900. The receiving portion 500 includes a receiving plate 510 and a side wall 530. The side wall 530 surrounds the periphery of the receiving plate 510 and encloses an accommodating space on the receiving plate 510 for placing the plate. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3A, the side wall 530 extends from the periphery of the receiving plate 510 toward the direction away from the surface of the receiving plate 510; in the preferred embodiment, the side wall 530 is substantially perpendicular to the receiving plate 510.

In this embodiment, the receiving plate 510 is preferably a rectangular flat plate, but the shape can be changed depending on the shape of the plate to be carried. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, in order to strengthen the rigidity and bearing strength of the supporting plate 510, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 511 may be disposed on the supporting plate 510 to increase the support without increasing the material thickness of the supporting plate 510. The bending strength of the plate 510. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3A, the reinforcing ribs 511 are formed in a strip shape and are parallel to each other in parallel; however, in different embodiments, the shape and distribution of the reinforcing ribs 511 can also be matched with the design of the strength. The requirements and the shape of the support plate 510 are adjusted, for example, by the distribution of concentric circles.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3A, the overlapping portion 700 extends outwardly from the side wall 530 of the receiving portion 500; as shown in FIG. 3A, the overlapping portion 700 extends in the opposite direction to the receiving plate 510; In other words, the overlapping portion 700 and the receiving plate 510 are respectively located on both sides of the side wall 530. Since the side walls 530 are distributed around the receiving plate 510, the overlapping portion 700 is also disposed around the receiving plate 510. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3A, the overlapping portion 700 has a receiving groove 710 and a ridge 730 which are disposed opposite each other in a direction perpendicular to the receiving plate 510. In this embodiment, the overlapping portion 700 is bent downward from the top end of the side wall 530 toward the outer side with respect to the receiving plate 510 and then bent downward to form the ridge 730; and the ridge 730 is on the vertical supporting plate 510. The back side in the direction is relatively concave to form a receiving groove 710. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3A, one side of the ridge 730 is formed by the side wall 530. Since the ridge 730 and the receiving groove 710 are integrally formed on one side, one side groove wall of the receiving groove 710 is also covered by the side wall 530. form. However, in various embodiments, the ridges 730 and the receiving grooves 710 may also be formed separately from the side walls 530.

In order to effectively maintain the volume of the accommodating space enclosed by the receiving portion 500, as shown in FIG. 3A, the protruding direction of the ridge 730 and the reinforcing rib 511 of the receiving plate 510 is preferably opposite. In this embodiment, the protruding direction of the reinforcing rib 511 protrudes downward from the root of the side wall 530; and the ridge 730 protrudes upward along the side wall 530. With this design, the volume of the accommodating space enclosed by the support plate 510 and the side wall 530 can be kept from being reduced by the arrangement of the reinforcing ribs 511. In other words, in the embodiment, the height of the accommodating space is the side wall 530. The root portion is calculated upwards. However, if the protruding direction of the reinforcing rib 511 protrudes upward from the root portion of the side wall 530 and is the same as the protruding direction of the ridge 730, the height of the accommodating space is reduced to the reinforcing rib 511. The top surface of the protrusion is calculated to mean that the height is calculated upward from the root of the side wall 530, thereby reducing the accommodation space.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3A, the buffer portion 900 extends outward from the overlapping portion 700. As shown in FIG. 3A, the buffer portion 900 extends in the opposite direction to the receiving plate 510; in other words, the buffer portion 900. The support plate 510 is located on both sides of the overlapping portion 700. Since the overlapping portion 700 is distributed around the receiving plate 510, the buffer portion 900 is also disposed around the receiving plate 510. The buffer portion 900 is compressible in the direction of the parallel receiving plate 510, thereby reducing the vibration when the plate carrier tray 300 is subjected to lateral impact, thereby producing the effect of protecting the loaded plate.

In the preferred embodiment, the overall modulus of elasticity of the cushioning portion 900 in the direction of the parallel receiving plate 510 is less than the overall modulus of elasticity of the overlapping portion 700 in the same direction. The overall modulus of elasticity referred to herein is preferably the equivalent elastic modulus of the system as a whole when the stacking portion 700 or the buffer portion 900 is regarded as a system. When the system is subjected to an external force, the ratio of the external force to the overall compression or elongation produced by the system is the equivalent elastic coefficient described above. With this design, the buffer portion 900 can absorb the vibration generated by the external force to protect the other structure of the plate-supporting tray 300 and the plate material carried thereon.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3A, the buffer portion 900 is preferably repeatedly bent from the outer side of the overlapping portion 700 to form a bellows structure 901. This bellows structure 901 encloses the receiving portion 500 in the center and can be stretched or compressed in the direction of the parallel receiving plate 510. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3A, the bellows structure 901 can be seen as a plurality of rib rings 910 connected to each other and arranged concentrically and outwardly around the receiving portion 500; and the bottom of the rib ring 910 is concavely formed into a ring. Shape groove 930. Since each of the rib rings 910 can be expanded and contracted in the direction of the parallel receiving plate 510, the folded box structure 901 formed by the combination also has the same direction of elasticity. As shown in FIG. 3B, when subjected to a force in the direction of the parallel support plate 510, the bellows structure 901 can be compressed to absorb an external force. In addition, in the cross-sections of FIG. 3A and FIG. 3B, the width of each rib ring 910 in the direction of the parallel receiving portion 510 is preferably smaller than the width of the ridge 730 in the overlapping portion 700, so that the buffer portion 900 is not greatly increased. Provides better shock cushioning and absorption capacity under volume conditions.

4 and 5 show a panel packaging system comprising a plurality of sheet carrier trays 300. As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, a plurality of plate-supporting trays 300 are stacked on each other and respectively carried with a sheet 100; wherein the sheet 100 may include a display panel or other articles having similar shapes. The receiving groove 710 of each plate receiving tray 300 accommodates the ridge 730 of the lower plate receiving tray 300, and the ridge 730 of the lower plate receiving tray 300 is preferably in contact with the groove wall of the receiving groove 710 of the upper plate receiving tray 300. By projecting the ridges 730 into the receiving grooves 710 of the upper sheet carrier tray 300 and creating a frictional force of contact, the stacked sheet carrier trays 300 are securely combined and form a sheet packaging system.

Further, in this embodiment, the rib ring 910 forming the bellows structure 901 extends into the annular groove 930 at the bottom of the upper bellows structure 901 and is received in the annular groove 930. In order to increase the stability of the overall structure, the rib ring 910 can contact the groove wall of the annular groove 930 of the lower plate carrier tray 300. With this design, the buffer portion 900 of each plate carrier tray 300 can be combined to form a buffer surface. 990 and perpendicular to the support plate 510. In other words, when a force is applied to a certain point on the buffer surface 990, the force can be distributed and transmitted to the buffer portion 900 of the adjacent plate carrier tray 300. However, in various embodiments, the rib ring 910 may also be received only in the annular groove 930 without being in contact with the groove wall or in the annular groove 930.

6 and 7 show another embodiment of the sheet carrier tray 300. As shown in FIG. 6, the buffer portion 900 includes an extension ring 950 and a buffer ring 970. The extension ring 950 extends outward from the overlap portion 700 and forms an annular shape around the outer circumference of the overlap portion 700. The buffer ring 970 extends outward from the outer periphery of the extension ring 950 and thus concentrically surrounds the outer side of the extension ring 950 to form an annular shape. The extension ring 950 mainly provides a spacing between the buffer ring 970 and the overlapping portion 700 to prevent the overlapping portion 700 and the receiving portion 500 surrounding the receiving portion 500 from being directly impacted; the spacing of the spacing is preferably not less than the buffering. The width of the ring 970. The buffer ring 970 has a structure that can be compressed or stretched, such as the aforementioned bellows structure, to provide a better impact absorption effect.

951。In the preferred embodiment illustrated in FIG. 6, the extension ring 950 is formed with a plurality of ribs 951 extending across the extension ring. The two ends of the rib 951 are respectively connected to the outer side of the overlapping portion 700 and the buffer ring 970 to provide better strength and bending resistance of the extending ring 950. In addition, a groove 953 is formed between the adjacent ribs 951, wherein the inner wall of the groove 953 is the outer side wall of the rib 951. As shown in Fig. 8, the rib 951 has a large width at a portion close to the connection stacking portion 700 or the buffer ring 970, and therefore the intermediate portion of the rib 951 has a relatively small width to form a neck-like structure. By virtue of the design of the neck structure, the rib 951 is effective to increase the strength of the extension ring 950 itself and the strength of connection with adjacent elements. However, in various embodiments, the rib 951 may not be disposed on the extension ring 950.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 9, the extension ring 950 is also provided with ribs. As shown in FIG. 9, the position where the adjustment groove 953 is formed is close to the overlapping portion 700 and the buffer ring 970, respectively, so that the rib connection is formed into the corrugated rib 955. The corrugated ribs 955 are distributed along the extension ring 950 and surround the outside of the overlap 700.

Fig. 10 shows a panel packaging system formed by laminating the sheet carrier trays 300 shown in Fig. 7. As shown in FIG. 10, the ridge 730 of the overlapping portion 700 of the lower plate carrier tray 300 extends into the receiving groove 710 of the upper plate carrier tray 300 and interferes with the inner wall of the receiving groove 710. However, the buffer portions 900 of the plate-supporting trays 300 are not engaged with each other or extend into each other, and are independent buffer units.
