- 按照权利要求1所述的长度与宽度可扩展的集装箱内置移动组合托盘,其特征在于: 所述矩形底盘(1)前后两侧分别加装有第一延长部(3)与第二延长部(2)。
- 按照权利要求1所述的长度与宽度可扩展的集装箱内置移动组合托盘,其特征在于:所述延长部为翻转折叠式结构,延长部的一侧端面上通过翻转轴(6)与矩形底盘(1)相枢接,在延长部上设置有插销(7),在矩形底盘(1)上位于翻转轴(6)两侧等距离设置有固定孔,分别在折叠状态与打开状态时,与插销(7)相配合固定。
- 按照权利要求1所述的长度与宽度可扩展的集装箱内置移动组合托盘,其特征在于:在延长部设置有可翻转的折叠滚轮(31)。
- 按照权利要求1所述的长度与宽度可扩展的集装箱内置移动组合托盘,其特征在于:所述延长部为独立式或者隐藏式结构。
- 按照权利要求1所述的长度与宽度可扩展的集装箱内置移动组合托盘,其特征在于:所述导向轮组件(5)中部的固定座(57)焊接固定在托盘侧面槽钢(11)内,导向轮的外圈(51)间隙配合在内轴(58)外周,内轴(58)固定在顶板(52)与底板(53)之间的一端;旋转轴(56)固定在顶板(52)与底板(53)之间的另一端,并间隙配合在固定座(57)上的旋转轴孔(59)内;在固定座(57)上设置有定位销(50),在顶板(52)上设置有第一销孔(54)与第二销孔(55),分别在旋出和置入的时候与定位销(50)配合;装配后导向轮、顶板(52)、底板(53)与旋转轴(56)组成一个整体的旋转组件,旋转轴(56)可以在旋转轴孔(59)中旋转并上下移动。
