Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于泵的缓冲罐(buffer vessel),该缓冲罐装配在用于蒸汽的压力容器中,所述蒸汽在压力作用下为液体,所述缓冲罐包括:底部,具有用于蒸汽的入口,所述蒸汽在压力作用下为液体;周壁,邻接所述底部,用于限定缓冲器;用于泵的安装件;和用于连接到压力容器的连接装置。
背景技术
这种缓冲罐可以从Vialle Beheer B.V.的WO 98/20247中获知,其描述了用于液化气例如LPG的燃料箱,其中开口已经设置在箱中用于接纳附加(accessories)板。在附加板上,设置有这样的结构,该结构包括接纳在缓冲器内的燃料泵。这个缓冲器通过间隔件相对于附加板被移动到一定位置,例如消音垫块(silent block)。这里,间隔件的长度被选择成使得缓冲件的底侧总是尽可能接近箱的底侧,从而能够尽可能经常地排空它。
这个缓冲器实现为波纹管(bellow),其在多条支腿上支承在箱的底部上。
重要的是,所述箱尽可能多地被排空,从而尽可能有效地使用箱的容积。另外,对于车辆中的应用以及更特别的对于使用两种燃料用于推进的应用来说,变得更加重要的是转变时刻可以被精确地确定。对于某些应用,所述转变原理上自动发生,并且其中重要的是所述箱可以可靠地供应最优量的燃料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种缓冲罐,其使得可以以最优的方式使用所述箱的容积。
这个目的通过上述缓冲罐实现,其中,缓冲罐的底部和周壁以这样一种方式实现,这个底部可以弹性变形,从而适配于这个压力容器的边界形状。
根据本发明,底部可以弹性变形。也就是说,缓冲罐的底部适配于所述箱的底部的形状。由于所述箱是压力容器,它经常具有微微弯曲的形状。如已经发现的,由于其中设置了缓冲罐的平坦底部,因此损失了不必要大的体积。现在通过将缓冲罐的底部适配于容器的底部的形状,压力容器的体积可以更加有效地使用。所有这些都是完全可重复的。
由于下面的事实,即另外缓冲罐的底部更加有效地邻接所述压力容器的底部,可以防止二者之间的运动,所述运动可能会导致振动、噪声等。
根据本发明的有利实施例,底部由橡胶状材料制成,该材料设计成在压力下是柔性的。更特别的,橡胶类材料包括丁腈橡胶。
根据本发明的另一个有利实施例,缓冲罐的底部设置有三个或更多支腿,在使用中,所述支腿支撑在压力容器的底部上。
虽然泵可以连接在缓冲罐外,优选的是前者装配容纳在缓冲罐中。这产生了紧凑的单元。该单元可以以简单的方式处理,并且可以有助于结构的装配。
缓冲罐实现为用于在其中容纳相关的流体,并且用于补偿压力容器内液面的暂时波动,例如当设置有压力容器的车辆经过一个转弯时会发生所述暂时的波动。优选的,过滤器设置在缓冲罐的入口上,其靠近压力容器的底部。如果需要,同样可以在燃料泵的下游设置过滤器。当然,可以设置多个过滤器。
根据本发明的特定实施例,用于缓冲罐的连接装置是弹簧加载的连接装置,其沿着所述箱的底部的方向向所述缓冲罐施加力,并且当与其接触时以上述方式使缓冲罐的底部变形。优选的,缓冲罐的底部和周壁由相同材料制成。
优选的,上述缓冲罐与燃料泵结合使用,并且这个单元与附加板相结合,其可以通过一开口被引入压力容器中。

具体实施方式
图1中,附图标记2表示用于气体的压力容器,这种气体在压力下为液体,例如LPG、丙烷等。这种压力容器包括根据本发明的缓冲罐5,缓冲罐接纳燃料泵3,泵3通过管道14连接到附加板15。
如图2和3所示,缓冲罐5包括底部6和邻接的壁7。底部6包括入口8,单向阀9以这样一种方式连接到入口8,即液体可以通过开口8流入缓冲罐,但是不能流出,结果,当车辆经过一个转弯(bend)等时缓冲罐将不能排空。缓冲罐容纳燃料泵3,泵3接纳在连接块10中,块10以容纳的方式牢固地保持在缓冲罐中。
设置有两个连接销11,由于弹簧13的存在,销11被弹簧加载,并且在附加板15和缓冲罐之间延伸,并且用于推挤缓冲罐5紧靠所述箱的底部18。
缓冲罐的底部6设置有三个支腿12。
附加板15设置有截流阀4,阀4在管道14和排出口16之间操作,用于已经由所述泵泵送的物品。附图标记17表示填充开口。
底部6和周壁7均由可弹性变形的材料例如丁腈橡胶制成。
包括压力容器2和缓冲罐5的结构通过下面的方式装配:将附加板、连接销和缓冲罐作为一个单元引入燃料容器的开口19中,缓冲罐结合有连接的燃料泵3。其中,连接销11的长度被选择成使得:当附加板15被固定到压力容器外时,缓冲罐5的底部6已经接触压力容器的底部18。通过将附加板15靠着压力容器2设置并且将它连接到其处,底部6将由于连接销11的弹簧13的压力而弹性变形,如图2所示。这意味着,底部适配于燃料箱的底侧的形状,由此,入口8终止于所述箱中最优的下部位置,并且后者的体积可以在最优程度上被利用。这个入口还可以设置在缓冲罐5的底部6中。另外,缓冲罐相对于压力容器2的定位通过作用在压力容器的底部18上的三个支腿12中的至少两个被优化。通过使用橡胶材料,泵产生的噪声被尽可能削弱。可以采用另外的措施从而尽可能削弱泵的噪声。这些措施可包括:利用橡胶或者其它隔声材料来制造连接块10。同样,后者可以与壁7的剩余部分整体制造。
阅读上述内容之后,本领域技术人员将很容易想到本发明的变形,这种变形在阅读上述说明之后是显而易见的,并且被权利要求的范围覆盖,其中,独立于主权利要求的从属权利要求明确限定了对于主题的权利保护。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于泵(3)的缓冲罐(5),所述缓冲罐将装配在用于蒸汽的压力容器(2)中,所述蒸汽在压力下是液体,所述缓冲罐包括:底部(6),具有用于蒸汽的入口(8),所述蒸汽在压力下是液体;周壁(7),邻接所述底部用于限定缓冲器;用于泵的安装件(10);和用于连接到压力容器的连接装置(11),其特征在于,缓冲罐的底部(6)和周壁(7)以下面的方式实现:这个底部(6)可弹性变形,从而适配于这个压力容器的边界的形状。
2.如权利要求1所述的缓冲罐,其特征在于,所述底部由橡胶类材料制成。
3.如权利要求2所述的缓冲罐,其特征在于,所述橡胶类材料包括丁腈橡胶。
4.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的缓冲罐,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括用于泵的夹持部件,所述夹持部件与周壁整体形成。
5.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的缓冲罐,其特征在于,所述底部包括三个支腿(12)。
6.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的缓冲罐,其特征在于,所述泵的所述安装件包括所述缓冲罐中的容纳空间。
7.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的缓冲罐,其特征在于,过滤器(9)设置在缓冲罐的入口(8)上。
8.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的缓冲罐,其特征在于,所述连接装置(11)包括安装有弹簧的连接装置,所述安装有弹簧的连接装置设计成推离所述缓冲罐的底部(6)。
9.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的缓冲罐,其特征在于,所述底部(6)和所述周壁(7)由相同材料制成。
10.一种用于燃料的压力容器组件,所述燃料在压力下是液体,所述压力容器组件包括根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的缓冲罐(5)、配合在其中的泵(3)、和柔性管(14),所述柔性管连接所述泵和容器的排出口(16)。
11.如权利要求10所述的组件,其特征在于,所述排出口(16)设置在附加板(15)中,所述附加板包括再填充开口(17)。
