技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于引水系统的压力软管。
背景技术
这类压力软管长期以来尤其是在卫生领域中多种多样地应用。在此,光滑的塑料内软管用作引水的、流体密封的介质并且由编织物制成的外套用于压力稳定性。这样的软管到目前为止在其柔性方面受到限制,因为至少当为了保证足够的纵向弯曲保护而壁厚相应大时,内软管是比较刚性的。
对于其他的应用领域,也已知了一些压力软管,在这些压力软管中,内软管不是由光滑的软管构成,而是由波纹软管构成。例如从DE8607066U1已知一种用于极高要求的压力软管,该压力软管具有内软管和外壁加强部,该内软管由制成波纹状的聚四氟乙烯软管薄膜构成,所述外壁加强部可以由细网眼的优质合金钢编织物构成。这样的软管尤其是用于工业应用例如石油钻探或者用在制造业中,并且由于所选的内软管而具有提高的柔性和较小的弯曲半径。这样的软管应能与常规的连接系统使用。但这样的连接系统不适合于卫生领域中的软管,在该软管中软管端部通常在使用外置的压制套筒的情况下被推压到管状的连接接管上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,创造一种用于引水系统的、功能有效的压力软管,所述压力软管在保持必要的耐压强度的情况下具有高的柔性,但同时保证高的纵向弯曲保护。
按照本发明,所述目的在开头所述类型的压力软管中这样实现,即,按照本发明的用于引水系统的压力软管尤其是用于连接活动的卫生配件或者用于连接引水系统的部件,其具有在整个压力软管长度上延伸的由塑料构成的内软管和由编织物构成的外套,其中,至少一个压力软管端部设有带有管状的连接接管的连接件,该压力软管端部被从外部借助压制套筒推压到所述连接件上,内软管由在整个压力软管长度上延伸的、被平行地制成波纹状的波纹软管形成,波纹软管直接被外套包围,并且管状的连接接管具有环绕的环形隆起,所述环形隆起与波纹软管的内轮廓相匹配,其中,所述环形隆起中的至少一些设有轴向延伸的缺口,内软管被压制套筒包围并且借助压制套筒压入连接接管的在环形隆起之间构成的沟槽中。
因此提供了一种压力软管,该压力软管利用由波纹软管形成的内软管的已知的优点,但在耐压强度和纵向弯曲保护方面与卫生领域中的特别的条件相匹配。通过具有环绕的环形隆起和沟槽以及轴向延伸的缺口的连接接管的特殊的设计,至少在环形隆起的一部分中保证,一方面内软管端部与连接接管压力密封地压紧,另一方面也可靠地保证软管相对于连接接管的防扭转保护,因为在推压内软管时内软管被压入到缺口中。由于管状的连接接管的环形隆起或沟槽轮廓与波纹软管的轮廓相匹配,故波纹软管密封并防扭转地贴合。
在特别优选的设计方案中规定,波纹软管平行地制成波纹状。平行的制成波纹是指波纹部相互平行地构成并且相对于软管纵轴线对称地在圆周上延伸,亦即不是螺纹状或螺旋状地构成。这样的软管在小弯曲半径的情况下具有高的柔性,而没有不期望的、螺旋或螺纹状扭转或绞转的效果。
在特别优选的设计方案中,波纹软管可以在其长度上不同地构成,以便一方面有目的地影响在软管的确定的区域、例如端部区域中的柔性,以及特别是另一方面有助于减少由于软管内部的流动特性产生的噪声。
为此可以优选规定,波纹软管的相邻波纹部的距离与波纹部的轴向宽度不同。因此,能够有目的地影响在软管内部产生的、位于波纹部下方的流动死区

以便减少噪声的产生以及在软管中实现尽可能层状的流动。
此外可以优选规定,波纹软管的相邻波纹部之间的距离沿着压力软管长度不同地构成,以便能够沿着压力软管长度改变柔性。
此外可以规定,波纹软管的波纹部的轴向宽度沿着压力软管长度是不同的。
优选规定聚乙烯、聚丙烯或者任何可用于饮用水的其他合适的材料作为用于波纹软管的材料。
外软管优选由塑料和/或金属、尤其是优质合金钢或铝制的编织物构成。
按照本发明的压力软管优选构成为耐压的连接软管、厨房喷水装置软管或者用于喷水装置软管的引入软管。

具体实施方式
按照本发明的压力软管在图1至3中仅部分地以软管端部示出并且共同以1标出。该用于引水系统的压力软管1尤其是用于连接活动的卫生配件如厨房喷水装置、莲蓬式喷嘴或淋浴配件或者用于连接引水系统的部件,该压力软管作为连接软管具有内软管和外套。
内软管通过由塑料构成的波纹软管2形成,该波纹软管优选被平行地制成波纹状地构成。该波纹软管2被由编织物构成的外套3包围,该外套直接贴合在波纹软管2上。
由塑料构成的波纹软管2可以例如由聚乙烯构成。外套3通过由塑料、金属或这些材料的组合制成的编织物构成。作为金属首先考虑优质合金钢或铝。
如图所示,压力软管1的至少一个端部设有一共同以4标出的连接件(尤其是见图4和5)。该连接件4在自由端侧例如可设有外螺纹5以及与之相邻地设有六角形部6,该连接件具有管状的连接接管7,压力软管1的端部被推压到该连接接管上,为此以常规方式使用压制套筒8,该压制套筒在外部设置在外套3上并且形成用于被压入的连接接管7的支座。在此,优选在压制套筒8的端部上在区域9中这样进行压制,即,使得在压制套筒8的区域9和连接接管7之间存在直接的金属接触。
管状的连接接管7以与波纹软管2的内轮廓相匹配的方式设有环绕的沟槽10,这些沟槽通过邻接的环绕的环形隆起11形成。压力软管1在被压紧之前设置在连接件4的连接接管上,使得波纹软管2以其径向向外指向的波纹部2a在内侧贴靠在连接接管7的环形隆起11上并以其位于其间的区域嵌入到沟槽10中。
除了连接接管7与压力软管1的内轮廓的所述匹配外,连接接管7的环形隆起11中的至少一些具有轴向延伸的缺口12。这些缺口用作在压力软管1和连接件4之间的防扭转保护。在软管端部与连接件4压紧时,相应的软管区域被压入到缺口12中,从而可靠地避免了压力软管1相对于连接件4的扭转。
波纹软管2可以与不同的应用情况相匹配地具有特殊的、在图中未示出的几何设计。因此,波纹软管2的相邻波纹部2a的距离可以与波纹部2a的轴向宽度不同。此外,相邻波纹部2a的距离可以沿着压力软管长度不同地构成。还可能的是,波纹软管2的波纹部2a的轴向宽度沿着波纹长度是不同的。通过波纹软管2的几何设计的改变,一方面可以影响在软管长度上的柔性,另一方面可以有目的地影响通过波纹部2a在波纹软管2内部形成的流动死区的轴向延伸尺寸,以便在压力软管1中实现尽可能层状的通流,以产生尽可能小的流动噪声。
当然,本发明并不限于所示的实施方式。在不脱离本发明基本构思的情况下,其他设计方案是可能的。例如缺口12也可以不同地构成和布置等等。

Claims (8)

1.用于引水系统的压力软管,该压力软管具有在整个压力软管长度上延伸的由塑料构成的内软管和由编织物构成的外套,其中,至少一个压力软管端部设有带有管状的连接接管的连接件,该压力软管端部被从外部借助压制套筒推压到所述连接件上,其中,所述内软管由在整个压力软管长度上延伸的、被平行地制成波纹状的波纹软管(2)形成,波纹软管直接被外套(3)包围,而所述管状的连接接管(7)具有环绕的环形隆起(11),所述环形隆起与波纹软管(2)的内轮廓相匹配,其中所述环形隆起(11)中的至少一些设有轴向延伸的缺口(12),内软管被压制套筒(8)包围并且借助压制套筒(8)压入连接接管(7)的在环形隆起(11)之间构成的沟槽(10)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压力软管,其特征在于,所述波纹软管(2)的相邻波纹部(2a)的距离与波纹部(2a)的轴向宽度不同。
3.根据权利要求2所述的压力软管,其特征在于,所述波纹软管(2)的相邻波纹部(2a)之间的距离沿着压力软管长度不同地构成。

7.根据权利要求1至3中的一项所述的压力软管,其特征在于,所述压力软管构成为耐压的连接软管、厨房喷水装置软管或者用于喷水装置软管的引入软管。
8.根据权利要求1至3中的一项所述的压力软管,其特征在于,所述压力软管用于连接活动的卫生配件或用于连接引水系统的部件。
