Abstract
本发明提供了一种防火装饰石膏板及其生产方法,涉及一种建筑用防火装饰板材,包括铝箔(1)、纸面石膏板(2)、压花浮雕(3),铝箔(1)贴附在纸面石膏板(2)背面,压花浮雕(3)粘连在正面,压花浮雕(3)由树脂、CaCO3按照3∶1配比而成,以原料配比为脱硫石膏建筑石膏粉58份、变性淀粉5份、发泡剂十二烷基硫酸钠1份、耐火玻璃纤维2份、水34份的纸面石膏板为基材,经过压花、喷涂耐火涂料、贴膜、切割、包装等工序可制得本发明产品,相比现有的防火纤维毡等材质的防火装饰石膏板,具有成本低、强度高、耐热防火性能高、使用寿命长的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑用装饰板材,具体为一种防火装饰石膏板。
背景技术
目前,石膏板以其质轻、成本低、隔音、隔热的特点成为备受关注的新兴建筑装饰材料,但是国内装饰石膏板生产,大多以石膏粉为原材料,经过压花滚筒搅拌成型后压花,虽然具有精美的图案,但是板强度差,防火性能一般;吊顶后容易下垂,其易脆抗形变能力差的缺点使其应用受到一定的限制,目前市场上的防火板材为了提高装饰板的强度及抗火性能,一般采用内附钢骨或者贴附防火纤维毡等方式,这样的板材不仅成本高,且生产工艺复杂,吊顶重量大,装饰施工速度低,因此目前的防火类装饰板产品质量及生产工艺存在较大的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要提供一种造价低、使用方便、强度高、耐热防火性能高的防火装饰石膏板及其生产工艺。
本发明的技术目的是这样实现的:一种防火装饰石膏板,包括铝箔、纸面石膏板、压花浮雕,铝箔贴附在纸面石膏板背面,压花浮雕为树脂、CaCO3按照3∶1组合而成防火涂料,喷涂在纸面石膏板正面,所述纸面石膏板,其原料配比为:58份的脱硫石膏建筑石膏粉,5份的变性淀粉,1份的发泡剂十二烷基硫酸钠,2份的玻璃耐火纤维,34份水。
一种防火装饰石膏板的生产方法为:将纸面石膏正面朝上在辊道输送下,经过滚花压筒,对纸面石膏板压花速度为16m/min,经过棕刷表面清洁后,由喷涂机进行专用耐火乳胶涂漆两遍,第一遍喷涂后初步干燥,再进行二次喷涂,最终形成具有平均厚度2.5mm的涂料层;与喷涂同步,施胶机在纸面石膏板背面进行施胶,厚度1.5mm的铝箔在纸面石膏板施胶后进行背后贴膜,经过喷涂与贴膜的纸面石膏板,以20m/min的速度进入电热烘干箱内,在温度为90℃-120℃下,经过1小时烘干,干燥后既得本发明产品。
通过压花、涂漆烘干后的纸面石膏板不仅提高了装饰板抗形变能力及抗火能力,同时本防火装饰石膏板结构简单、施工方便、生产造价低,强度高,具有推广意义。

具体实施方式
如图中所示:一种防火装饰石膏板,包括铝箔1、纸面石膏板2、压花浮雕3,铝箔1贴附在纸面石膏板2背面,压花浮雕3为树脂、CaCO3按照3∶1组合而成防火涂料,喷涂在纸面石膏板2正面,所述纸面石膏板2,其原料配比为:58份的脱硫石膏建筑石膏粉,5份的变性淀粉,1份的发泡剂十二烷基硫酸钠,2份的玻璃耐火纤维,34份水。
防火装饰石膏板的生产方法为:将纸面石膏板2正面朝上在辊道输送下,经过滚花压筒,对纸面石膏板2压花速度为16m/min,经过棕刷表面清洁后,由两部喷涂机进行专用耐火乳胶涂漆两遍,第一遍喷涂后初步干燥,再进行二次喷涂,最终形成具有平均厚度2.5mm的涂料层;与喷涂同步,施胶机在纸面石膏板2背面进行施胶,厚度1.5mm的铝箔1在纸面石膏板2施胶后进行背后贴膜,经过喷涂与贴膜的纸面石膏板2,以20m/min的速度进入电热烘干箱内,在温度为90℃-120℃下,经过1小时烘干,干燥后进入纵向锯切机,然后转角进行横向锯切,形成基本尺寸600×600(mm2)的防火装饰石膏板制品,最后经过周边塑料包膜后下线。
铝箔1的具有降噪、隔热反热辐射的特点,石膏板具有遇热释放水蒸气的特点,内填充有防火纤维纸面石膏板2具有的防火性能,耐火涂料和铝箔1贴膜的组合使得板材防火性能进一步加强。
本实施例产品与现有防火类装饰板产品性能主要指标对比如下:

1、一种防火装饰石膏板,其特征在于:包括铝箔(1)、纸面石膏板(2)、压花浮雕(3),铝箔(1)贴附在纸面石膏板(2)背面,压花浮雕(3)为树脂、CaCO3按照3∶1组合而成防火涂料,喷涂在纸面石膏板(2)正面,所述纸面石膏板(2),其原料配比为:58份的脱硫石膏建筑石膏粉,5份的变性淀粉,1份的发泡剂十二烷基硫酸钠,2份的玻璃耐火纤维,34份水。
