本发明提供一种可内置组件的吹塑中空箱体的成型方法,通过在模具半模中模塑片体型坯进行中空箱体的成型,通过利用模具半模和预成型模板装置中的扩张机构、模板半板和底座之间的动作配合后,将模具半模分别贴紧闭合的模板半板,通过吹气和/或吸气使之间的片体型坯贴紧模具半模模塑预成型,再经内置组件后成型;本发明还提供一种预成型模板装置,扩张机构和模板半板设置在底座上,底座设置在导轨支架上,动力装置带动底座在导轨支架上移动。本发明的有益效果是降低了设备投入和产品成本,对不平整片体型坯的适应性增强,提高了产品成品率,内置的组件将容器壁上的开口减到最少,实现成型中空箱体的低渗透量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种吹塑中空箱体的成型方法,特别是一种可内置组件的吹塑中空箱体的成型方法;本发明还涉及这种成型方法中所采用的一种预成型模板装置。
技术背景
汽车塑料油箱以其重量轻、安全性能好、防腐蚀、抗冲击、使用寿命长和较大的设计自由度获得了顾客的广泛认可。带有EVOH燃油阻隔层的HDPE6层共挤吹塑技术是当今塑料燃油箱制造的主流技术。随着全球政府环境保护的意识的增强,相关的政策和法规对汽车主机厂提出了严格的要求,如美国加州就出台了准零排放(PZEV),油箱总成渗透量小于20mg/24H的法规。对于当前技术生产的塑料燃油箱来说,其油箱总成蒸发排放包括汽油在油箱本体、焊接面和装配件、密封件的泄露一般在五百毫克每24小时,所以准零排放(PZEV)的排放标准对于塑料燃油箱来说非常苛刻。为了实现这一目标,目前已有下列一些技术在运用,如INSHELL技术主要是采用焊接面覆盖多层板,管路在油箱内部集成,来进一步降低在焊接面的汽油渗透量,但是其需要激光焊接的技术,大幅度提高了设备工装投资成本;同时也有SIB和ICS技术,在箱体内部放置集成组件模块实现,利用“油箱套油箱”的方法降低了汽油渗透量,该方法也导致的单件产品的成本大幅度提高;还有通过挤出工艺形成平整的片状型坯,利用特殊模具进行生产,同样存在生产效率低、产品单件成本和设备成本高的问题。如何能在降低生产设备和产品成本的同时,提高生产效率,尽可能减少中空箱体的HC渗透量就是一个急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种与现有技术相比更简便,低成本和高成品率的可内置组件的吹塑中空箱体的成型方法及实现成型方法的预成型模板装置。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种可内置组件的吹塑中空箱体的成型方法,通过在模具半模中模塑片体型坯进行中空箱体的成型,包括给料、预成型、内置组件和成型步骤,
在给料步骤中,带曲面的两片片体型坯分别平行送至两片模具半模和预成型模板装置形成的两个间隙内;
在预成型步骤中,通过利用模具半模和预成型模板装置中的扩张机构、模板半板和底座之间的动作配合后,将模具半模分别贴紧闭合的模板半板,通过吹气和/或吸气使之间的片体型坯贴紧模具半模模塑预成型;
在内置组件步骤中,打开模具半模,移出预成型模板装置,通过升降装置将预装有组件的内置机构推入到两片模具半模中间,将组件和预成型型坯的内表面连接;
在成型步骤中,通过升降装置移出内置机构后,闭合模具半模,将带有组件的预成型型坯模塑成成型的塑料中空箱体。
模具半模和预成型模板装置的动作配合包括以下步骤,
移动闭合两个底座,使分别设置在每个底座上的模板半板闭合并移动到两个模具半模之间;
移动闭合两个底座的同时,使设置在底座上的扩张机构相向移动,当扩张机构的触手接触到带曲面的片体型坯边缘时,触手分别夹住两片片体型坯的边缘沿相反方向拉紧曲面的片体型坯。
通过模板半板上设置的压力、温度传感器和/或视频探头监控片体型坯成型。
组件连接方式采用焊接或铆接。
本发明的另一方案是提供一种实现成型方法的预成型模板装置,通过动力装置提供动力,还包括扩张机构、模板半板、底座、导轨支架和动力装置,扩张机构和模板半板设置在底座上,底座设置在导轨支架上,动力装置带动底座在导轨支架上移动。
扩张机构包括触手和压力缸,压力缸带动触手进行伸缩,两个底座分别设置在导轨支架上,每个底座设置有一个模板半板和至少两个触手和压力缸。
压力缸采用汽压缸或液压缸。
预成型模板装置中的扩张机构对带曲面或不平整的片体型坯通过触手和压力缸对片体型坯进行平整和间接地调整片体型坯的厚度,底座的闭合和开启通过电机或液压缸带动,内置机构中的组件由人工或机械预装。
本发明的有益效果是通过预成型模板装置的使用,降低了设备投入和产品成本,对不平整片体型坯的适应性增强,提高了产品成品率,内置的组件将容器壁上的开口减到最少,为实现成型中空箱体低泄漏提供了一个有效的成型方法及装置。

本实施例如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6和图7所示,选用一种汽车用的可内置组件的吹塑中空箱体的成型方法,通过在模具半模3、4中吹塑片体型坯18、19进行中空箱体的成型,包括给料、预成型、内置组件和成型步骤,中空箱体为汽车中空燃油箱,型坯的材料采用可热塑性塑料,组件20是连接在箱体上的实现一定功能的器件。
在给料步骤中,普通模头挤出的塑化的塑料筒状型坯经片体成型装置切割形成两片独立的带曲面的片体型坯18、19,模具半模3、4之间被预成型模板装置中的两片模板半板1、2隔成两个区域,两片片体型坯18、19分别平行进入到两个区域内。
在预成型步骤中,通过利用模具半模3、4和预成型模板装置中的扩张机构、模板半板1、2和底座8、9之间的动作配合,移动闭合两个底座8、9,同时带动分别设置在每个底座8、9上的模板半板1、2闭合并移动到两个模具半模3、4之间;在移动闭合两个底座8、9的同时,使设置在底座8、9上的扩张机构相向移动,当扩张机构的触手14、15、16、17接触到带曲面的片体型坯18、19边缘时,触手10、11、12、13分别夹住两片片体型坯18、19的边缘沿相反方向拉紧曲面的片体型坯18、19,使片体型坯18、19平整并保持预成型过程中型坯形状的稳定,最大程度有利于预成型合模步骤的顺利实现,同时可以减少飞边材料,降低单件产品材料成本;将模具半模3、4分别贴紧已闭合的模板半板1、2,通过设置在模板半板1、2上的吹针吹气和设置在模具半模3、4上的吸孔吸气,使两区域之间的片体型坯18、19分别贴向模具半模3、4,使片体型坯模塑成两个半片中空燃油箱的预成型型坯21、22。
在内置组件步骤中,打开模具半模3、4,通过底座8、9打开移出预成型模板装置的两块模板半板1、2,通过升降装置6将预装有组件20的内置机构5从打开的模具半模3、4下部推入到两片模具半模3、4中间,将组件20和任意一个半片中空燃油箱预成型型坯21、22的内表面通过施压铆接连接,也可以采用焊接的方式连接组件,及两个半片都连接组件20。
在成型步骤中,通过升降装置6移出内置机构5后,闭合模具半模3、4,将带有组件20的两片中空燃油箱预成型型坯21、22模塑成一个成型的中空燃油箱。
在成型和预成型的步骤中,通过模板半板1、2上设置的压力、温度传感器和可视探头监控预成型和成型过程。
实现所述的可内置组件的吹塑中空箱体的成型方法时,本实施例选用一种预成型模板装置,包括扩张机构、模板半板1、2、底座8、9、导轨支架7和动力装置,扩张机构和模板半板1、2设置在底座8、9上,底座8、9设置在导轨支架7上,动力装置中的电机带动底座8、9在导轨支架7上移动,动力装置也可以采用液压缸的形式提供动力。
扩张机构包括触手14、15、16、17和气压缸10、11、12、13,气压缸10、11、12、13带动触手14、15、16、17伸缩和夹紧,两个底座8、9分别设置在导轨支架7上,每个底座8、9上设置有一个模板半板1、2和两个触手14、15、16、17和气压缸10、11、12、13,不同底座8、9上的触手14、15、16、17和气压缸10、11、12、13相互对应设置,实现接触和拉紧片体型坯18、19的作用。也可以在扩张机构中设置有两组以上的触手14、15、16、17和气缸10、11、12、13对片体型坯18、19进行拉紧,也可以采用液压油缸来实现触手14、15、16、17的伸缩。
本实施例通过采用预成型模板装置来实现可内置组件的吹塑中空箱体的成型,方法步骤简单,有效降低了平面片体型坯设备的购置和单件产品的成本,内置的组件20结构有效降低了产品的渗透量,通过扩张机构和监控设备有效提高了产品的成品率。
本发明不局限于上述实施例中模具半模(3、4)和预成型模板装置的动作配合步骤,其他能够实现生产的配合步骤均属于本发明的范围。
Claims (7)
1、一种可内置组件的吹塑中空箱体的成型方法,通过在模具半模(3、4)中模塑片体型坯(18、19)进行中空箱体的成型,包括给料、预成型、内置组件和成型步骤,其特征在于:
在给料步骤中,带曲面的两片片体型坯(18、19)分别平行送至两片模具半模(3、4)和预成型模板装置形成的两个间隙内;
在预成型步骤中,通过利用模具半模(3、4)和预成型模板装置中的扩张机构、模板半板(1、2)和底座(8、9)之间的动作配合后,将模具半模(3、4)分别贴紧闭合的模板半板(1、2),通过吹气和/或吸气使之间的片体型坯(18、19)贴紧模具半模(3、4)模塑预成型;
在内置组件步骤中,打开模具半模(3、4),移出预成型模板装置,通过升降装置(6)将预装有组件(20)的内置机构(5)推入到两片模具半模(3、4)中间,将组件(20)和预成型型坯(21、22)的内表面连接;
在成型步骤中,通过升降装置移出内置机构后,闭合模具半模,将带有组件(20)的预成型型坯(21、22)模塑成成型的塑料中空箱体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种可内置组件的吹塑中空箱体的成型方法,其特征在于:模具半模(3、4)和预成型模板装置的动作配合包括以下步骤,
移动闭合两个底座(8、9),使分别设置在每个底座上的模板半板(1、2)闭合并移动到两个模具半模(3、4)之间;
移动闭合两个底座(8、9)的同时,使设置在底座(8、9)上的扩张机构相向移动,当扩张机构的触手(14、15、16、17)接触到带曲面的片体型坯(18、19)边缘时,触手(14、15、16、17)分别夹住两片片体型坯的边缘沿相反方向拉紧曲面的片体型坯(18、19)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种可内置组件的吹塑中空箱体的成型方法,其特征在于:通过模板半板(1、2)上设置的压力、温度传感器和/或视频探头监控片体型坯(18、19)成型。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种可内置组件的吹塑中空箱体的成型方法,其特征在于:组件(20)和预成型型坯(21、22)的连接方式采用焊接或铆接。
5、实现权利要求1所述可内置组件的吹塑中空箱体的成型方法中的预成型模板装置,通过动力装置提供动力,其特征在于:还包括扩张机构、模板半板(1、2)、底座(8、9)和导轨支架(7),扩张机构和模板半板(1、2)设置在底座(8、9)上,底座(8、9)设置在导轨支架(7)上,动力装置带动底座(8、9)在导轨支架(7)上移动。
6、根据权利要求5所述的预成型模板装置,其特征在于:扩张机构包括触手(14、15、16、17)和压力缸,压力缸带动触手(14、15、16、17)进行伸缩,两个底座(8、9)分别设置在导轨支架(7)上,每个底座(8、9)设置有一个模板半板(1、2)和至少两个触手(14、15、16、17)、压力缸。
7、根据权利要求6所述的预成型模板装置,其特征在于:压力缸采用气压缸(10、11、12、13)或液压缸。
