技术领域
本发明涉及一种制造水下管路的管道连接方法。 
本发明的方法包括焊接两个相邻管道相对的自由端,沿轴向对准,形成一个环形连接部分,即所谓的修剪区域(cutback);并且对所述修剪区域施加保护板。 
背景技术
水下管路包含连接总长度达几百千米的若干管道。正常情况下,所述管道通常是12米的标准长度,并且有相对大的直径,所述直径在0.2至1.5米范围内,并且每一根管道具有一个钢圆管;保护钢管道的第一聚合物材料涂层;以及用于压低所述管道的,很可能是喷浆或者水泥的第二涂层。在有些应用中,管道和水下管路并不需要第二涂层,因此就没有第二涂层。 
为了将钢圆管彼此焊接,各个管道相对的自由端没有第一和第二涂层。在陆上装置中,管道被连接成数倍于标准长度,而在管路铺设船上,标准长度或者数倍于标准长度的管道连接在一起,依次接到其它管道上,形成水下管路的一部分。 
实际的连接操作包括焊接钢圆管,一般要经过几次焊接,并且要桥接第一涂层和可能的第二涂层。一旦形成两个钢圆管之间的环形焊缝,没有第一和第二涂层的修剪区域扩展跨过所述焊缝,所述修剪区域本质上是由管道的自由端限定的,修剪区域还会在第一涂层的两个末端之间轴向扩展,并且所述修剪区域是保护性地涂覆。 
修剪区域保护性涂层就是所谓的“补口(field joint coating)”,包括用三个涂层涂敷修剪区域,以确保涂层保护并粘贴到钢圆管上。更具体地,修剪区域保护性涂敷包括加热,比如采用感应加热到250℃;利用 粉末状的环氧树脂(FBE-熔结环氧)喷涂修剪区域,所述环氧树脂和修剪区域接触,形成相对较薄的第一涂层或“底漆(primer)”;在第一涂层顶部,利用改性的共聚物喷涂所述修剪区域,所述改性的共聚物作为胶粘剂,并且和第一涂层接触,形成相对薄的第二涂层;施加第三层,所谓的“顶部涂层”;之后如有必要,桥接第二涂层。 
焊接、非破坏性的焊接测试以及桥接第一和第二涂层,是在沿管道(或者当管道连接到这里时形成管路的)路径等距离分布的连接台(joiningstation)上执行的。这些管道由此一步步向前推进,在每一个连接台处停止,停止的时间长度由最长的操作决定,目前,最长的操作是施加第三涂层或顶层涂层。 
目前已知的,施加第三涂层的方法包括: 
-“香烟缠绕”,所述方法包括在有粘性的第二涂层顶部,在修剪区域周围加热、缠绕并压紧多个聚合物材料的薄板; 
-“螺旋缠绕”,所述方法包括在第二涂层顶部,在修剪区域周围加热、双重缠绕(double winding)并且压紧条带; 
-“火焰喷涂”使用热喷枪来熔化和喷射聚合物; 
-在第二涂层顶部,在修剪区域周围装配一个模型,并且在修剪区域周围注射液态聚合物; 
-准备聚合物条带,所述聚合物条带具有热收缩外保护层(第三涂层)和粘性内层(第二涂层);所述条带热收缩;并且熔化粘性内层,因此条带牢固地粘在第一涂层上。这最后一种方法和前面的方法的区别在于同时施加第二和第三涂层。 
上述所有的施加第三涂层的方法都是极端费时的。更具体地说,涂敷大修剪区域,比如那些48英寸(大约1.2米)直径的钢圆管,需要用到相对长的第三涂层,另外,所述第三涂层可能会有5毫米厚和400毫米宽。换句话说,因为在多数情况下,用来形成第三涂层的聚合物的量相对非常大,并且,当施加第三涂层以获得与第二涂层有效的化学/力学粘附时,第三涂层必须有足够的塑性,已知的施加第三涂层的方法不允许在涂敷时间上有令人满意的削减。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种用于制造水下管路的管道连接方法,所述方法包括对修剪区域施加保护板,以去除现有技术的缺点。 
本发明提供了一种管道连接方法,以便制作水下管路,该方法包括焊接沿轴向对准的两个相邻管道相对的自由端,以限定修剪区域;将保护板缠绕在修剪区域周围;所述方法的特征在于,保护板被挤压到靠近修剪区域。 
本发明提供了一种连接管道以制造水下管路的方法,所述方法包括:焊接两个相邻管道相互面对的自由端,所述自由端沿轴A对准,以限定修剪区域;从面对并且靠近修剪区域的挤压出口靠近修剪区域挤压出保护板,同时在修剪区域周围缠绕保护板;围绕轴A旋转挤压出口,并且保持挤压出口面对并且靠近修剪区域,从而用保护板覆盖整个修剪区域。 
将保护板挤压到靠近修剪区域意味着,当保护板仍处于塑性状态时,是可以施加的,并且在这样的温度下,可以获得与下面涂层以及第一涂层改进的、相对快速的粘合。并且,沿整个保护板的温度是平均的,这意味着整个修剪区域可以被挤压到合适厚度的单层保护板涂敷。 
本发明还涉及管道连接设备,用于制造水下管路。 
本发明提供了一种管道连接设备,用以制作水下管路,该设备包括至少一个焊接单元用来焊接沿轴向对准的两个相邻管道相对的自由端,以限定修剪区域;该设备还包括涂敷单元用于将保护板缠绕在修剪区域周围;所述设备的特征在于,包含挤压机,将保护板挤压到连接台,靠近修剪区域。 
一种连接管道制造水下管路的设备;所述设备包括:至少一个焊接单元,用于焊接沿轴A方向对齐的两个相邻管道的自由端,以限定修剪区域;用于在修剪区域周围缠绕保护板的涂层单元;其特征在于,包括在靠近修剪区域的连接台处挤压保护板的挤压机,涂层单元包含挤压机,从而同时对修剪区域挤压和施加保护板,挤压机包含面向并靠近修剪区域的挤压出口,包括用于使挤压出口关于轴A旋转的装置,并且保持挤 压出口面向和靠近修剪区域,以便利用保护板覆盖整个修剪区域。 
本发明还涉及水下管路铺设船只。 
根据本发明,提供了一种用于铺设水下管路的船只,并且包含所要保护的管道连接设备。

具体实施方式
图1中的数字1表示正在海洋中制造和铺设管道的管路铺设船(SL表示海平面),水下管路2包含相互连接的管道3。船只1包括船体4;水上隧道5;部分在水上的内部舷梯(ramp)6;水下的外部舷梯7;以及沿隧道5和内部舷梯6的水上部分延伸的工作线10。 
部分形成的水下管路2和准备好与其连接的管道3,沿工作线10的轴A延伸,工作线10包含多个沿轴线A等间距分布的连接台11,并且每一个连接台都执行给定的操作,比如焊接,非破坏性测试,或者桥接涂层。 
相邻的连接台11之间的距离等于每一个管道3的标准长度,大约是12米;或者当沿工作线10连接时等于标准长度的倍数,具有标准长度倍数的管道3是预先在陆上或在船上离线安装。 
参照图2,每一个管道3包含钢圆管12、第一涂层13和泥浆或者水泥的第二涂层14,所述第一涂层13一般是聚乙烯或聚丙烯材料,和钢圆管12接触并用于防止钢圆管被腐蚀;第二涂层14使水下管路2压低。 
在另一种未示出的替代的实施方式中,管道没有第二涂层。 
每一个管道3有两个相对的、没有第一涂层13和第二涂层14的自由端15(在图2至图6中,只显示了一个);第一涂层13在每一个自由端15处有一个斜面16。 
两个相连的,沿轴向A对准(如图2)的管道3,利用其相互平行,相互面对并且彼此靠近的自由端15定位,并且所述管道被焊接——有可能在连续的连接台11上完成多个焊接操作——以在管道3之间形成环形焊缝(weld bead)17。参照图3,在两个连续的第一涂层13的斜面16之间,并且沿着环形焊缝17,两个焊接好的管道3形成一个沿轴A方向延伸的修剪区域18。 
除了焊接圆柱12、连接管道3,还包括桥接第一涂层13和第二涂层14。桥接第一涂层13包括对修剪区域18进行表面处理(喷丸加工);将修剪区域18感应加热到250℃;并且紧接着将聚合物材料的第一涂层19,第二涂层20和第三涂层21施加到修剪区域18。 
参照图4,第一涂层19是100至500微米厚,由环氧树脂(FBE-熔结环氧)构成,利用未在图中示出的喷枪以粉末形式喷射到修剪区域18上。 
参照图5,第二涂层20是100至500微米厚,由改性的共聚物构成,一般是CMPE或CMPP,利用未在图中示出的喷枪以粉末形式喷射到修剪区域18上面的第一涂层19顶部。 
参照图6,第三涂层21是2至5毫米厚,由改性的共聚物构成,一般是CMPE或CMPP,通过在连接台11上在修剪区域18周围缠绕具有改性共聚物的单独保护板22来施加,并且第三涂层足够宽,可以与第一涂层 13重叠。在连接台11,保护板22被以膏状的共聚物状态,直接挤压到靠近修剪区域18,并且缠绕到修剪区域18周围。更具体说,保护板22有利地被挤压,同时缠绕到修剪区域18周围,并且仅在一次操作中,挤压得足够厚以便桥接第一涂层13到它原有的厚度。一圈是360°,为安全起见,此处扩展到365°以便与保护板22的自由端重叠。第三涂层21的施加还包括将保护板22压到修剪区域18上,以便在第三涂层21和第二涂层20之间,以及第三涂层21和底下的第一涂层13之间获得化学和力学的粘合。 
更具体地,保护板22在被挤压和缠绕的同时,还被有利地压紧。 
接下来,第二涂层14由沥青或树脂材料的涂层C桥接,如图7所示。 
参照图1,船只1具有用于连接管道3的管道连接设备23,该设备包括位于各自的连接台11的三个焊接单元S;还包括用于在一个连接台11上施加第三涂层21的涂敷单元24(如图8);还包括靠近涂敷单元24的塑化单元25(如图8)。 
参照图8,按照所述方法涂敷单元24施加第三涂层21,更合适地同时包括挤压、缠绕和压紧保护板22到修剪区域18。 
在图8中,管道3由滚轴26支撑和引导,滚轴26依次地由固定在隧道5上的立柱27支撑。或者,立柱27可以依托在外部舷梯6上(如图1)。 
塑化单元25塑化起初是颗粒或小薄片形式的聚合物,通过结构构件28固定在隧道5上,该塑化单元25包括送料斗29,螺杆压出机30和喷嘴31。 
涂敷单元24包括固定在隧道5上的轨道32;沿轨道32平行于轴A运动的支架33;在支架32中形成的另一个轨道34;由轨道34支撑,并且绕各自的轴A1旋转的轮子35,轴A1在本质上和水下管路2的轴A是一致的。 
涂敷单元24包括均由轮子35支撑的挤压机36和滚轴37。挤压机36包括用于形成保护板22的出口38,还包括入口39,通过所述入口从塑化单元25向涂敷单元24提供液态或者膏状聚合物,挤压机36定位于 和出口38面对并且靠近修剪区域18。出口38到第二涂层20的距离通常等于被施加的第三涂层21的厚度。挤压机36关于轴A1的径向位置通过图中未显示的动力装置是可调节的,以便调节和获得出口38到第二涂层20的最佳距离;挤压机36可以倾斜,以适应其关于修剪区域18的位置,结果轴A1和轴A不再完全一致。 
轮子35包含两个被多个距离轴A1相等的隔离物41分开的圆环40;还包含两个相互面对的板42(如图9)用于支撑挤压机36。 
参照图9,安装挤压机36使其关于板42并且径向关于轴A1滑动,并且关于轴A1是可以选择性调节的。滚轴37由可调节地固定在挤压机36上的构件43支撑,以调节滚轴37相对于出口38的位置。构件43包含弹簧44,当外加保护板22时,该弹簧对滚轴37施加推力;滚轴37优选地分成多个独立的部分,以便更有效地压紧保护板22在修剪区域18的部分,以及压紧保护板和第一涂层13重叠的部分。 
挤压机36包括:容器45,所述容器经内部出口38引出并通过入口39填充;活塞46,所述活塞在容器45内部滑动;固定在活塞46上的拉杆47;以及促动器48,所述促动器用于使拉杆47和活塞46在容器45内来回移动,当挤压保护板22时,向出口38运动,当挤压完成时,向相反方向运动。 
涂敷单元24包括使得轮子35绕轴A1旋转的促动器49;促动器50,所述促动器50用于使支架33平行轴A运动,并沿轨道32移动轮子35和挤压机36,来选择性地将挤压机36设置到进料位置(由图8中虚线所示),在所述进料位置塑化单元25的喷嘴31和涂敷单元的入口39相连,以及设置到涂敷位置(由图8中实线所示)处,在所述涂敷位置出口38靠近修剪区域18。 
优选地,促动器48、49、50为机电的,这优选是液压的或气动的促动器,通过借助图中未示出的滑动连接来为移动组件提供动力,而不需要会阻碍涂敷单元24运动的管道。在力学角度看,促动器48、49、50可以由链轮/齿条,链轮/齿轮和螺钉/螺母的耦合来限定。 
参照图9,容器45包括横向壁51;端壁52;和用于保持一定温度的 加热元素53,所述温度使得可以挤压保护板22,并且促使保护板22粘到第二涂层20上。 
参照图10,出口38被两个垂直于端壁52的板54,和两个被板54夹住的棱柱体55固定,由此流动截面56的高度H由两个板54之间的距离限定,宽度L由两个棱柱体55之间的距离限定。 
棱柱体55在板54之间可释放地夹住,以调节棱柱体55之间的距离以及流动截面56的宽度L。 
端壁52之间的距离也可以通过插入不同厚度的棱柱体55来调节的,以调节流动截面56的高度H。这样就可以针对修剪区域18的尺寸,调节保护板22的厚度和宽度。在一个未示出的具体实施例中,棱柱体是斜面的,以便形成具有斜面横向边缘的保护板22。 
参照图8,管道连接设备23包含控制单元57,所述控制单元用于控制水下管路2相对于连接台11的运动、涂敷单元24的运动和操作、塑化单元25的操作。更具体地,当施加保护板22时,在挤压阶段,控制单元57将轮子35的旋转速度Vr与活塞46的位移速度Vp相协调,其中,活塞的速度Vp和保护板22挤压的速度相关。轮子速度Vr和活塞速度Vp(等价于保护板22的挤压速度)的比值要合适,避免在施加保护板时出现“拉伸”(旋转速度Vr和活塞速度Vp相比太快)或者“折叠”(旋转速度Vr和活塞速度Vp相比太慢)保护板22的现象。 
在最后阶段,从出口38分离保护板22时,拉伸保护板22也许是有用的。 
参照图1,在实际应用中,船只1一步步地前进,以便向连接台11提供管道3的自由端15或者修剪区域18,当修剪区域18位于连接台11时,船只停止前进。管道连接设备23位于连接台11,第三涂层21在此处形成。参考图8,当船只1前进时,涂敷单元24连接到聚合物塑化单元25,当船只1停驶时,涂敷单元24位于修剪区域18周围,而第一涂层19和第二涂层20都已经通过已知方式施加到修剪区域18上。活塞46向出口38方向运动,以使塑性聚合物通过出口38排出,逐渐形成保护板22。同时轮子35绕轴A1旋转,轴A1在连接台11上和水下管路2的 轴A重合。活塞46的移动速度和轮子35的旋转速度同步,以便在保护板22被挤出时均匀地施加保护板22。当被缠绕时,保护板22或者所述保护板刚从出口38出来的一部分,同时被靠近且位于在轮子35的旋转方向出口38下游的滚轴37压紧。轮子35和挤压机36转一个完整的360°,再进一步旋转大约5°,以和保护板22的相对端重叠。在重叠旋转的阶段,挤压也许会停止或者减慢速度,以“拉伸”保护板22,减少重叠端的厚度,使保护板22和出口38分离。 
一旦保护板22被缠绕和按压,挤压机36就移回到进料位置,并且修剪区域18会被提供到下一个连接台11,在那里,通过已知的方式,用施加沥青或者树脂涂层C桥接外部涂层14(如图6)。 
本发明有很多优点,其中之一是在产生第三涂层21时非常节省时间——或者从更整体的角度讲,在理想的涂敷温度下的厚涂层——通过在现场简单地挤压保护板22来实现。 
另一个优点是同时向修剪区域18挤压和缠绕保护板22。此外,保护板22在挤压和缠绕的同时还被压紧;所述方法和管道连接设备23允许做很多调整,使得本发明具有通用性。 
显然,管道连接设备23的制造可以有一些变化,包括: 
a)塑化单元25可移动地供给涂敷单元24,这与涂敷单元24向塑化单元移动和从塑化单元移动回来是相反的; 
b)涂敷单元24和塑化单元25都是固定的,并且通过未在图中示出的管道连接,和涂敷单元24的连接具有可选择性; 
在另一种没有显示在图中的变化里,在修剪区域18的相对两侧,轮子35通过可连接到水下管路2的两个叉钳或带和旋转支撑。 
尽管上面的描述是具体针对船只1上的设备23而言的,但设备23也显然可以形成陆上装置的一部分,用于将标准长度的管道3连接到数倍于标准长度的管道3上,在船上连接数倍于标准长度的管道3,形成水下管路2。 

Claims (15)

1.一种连接管道(3)以制造水下管路(2)的方法,所述方法包括:焊接两个相邻管道(3)相互面对的自由端(15),所述自由端沿轴(A)对准,以限定修剪区域(18);从面对并且靠近修剪区域(18)的挤压出口(38)靠近修剪区域(18)挤压出保护板(22),同时在修剪区域(18)周围缠绕保护板(22);围绕轴(A)旋转挤压出口(38),并且保持挤压出口(38)面对并且靠近修剪区域(18),从而用保护板(22)覆盖整个修剪区域(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,调节挤压出口(38)的挤压速度(Vp)和旋转速度(Vr),使二者形成函数关系。
3.根据权利要求1和2中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,通过一个包含所述挤压出口(38)的挤压机(36)来挤压保护板(22);挤压机(36)关于轴(A)旋转。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,向挤压机(36)供给膏状塑性材料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在塑化单元(25)上对塑性材料进行塑化,并且将塑化单元(25)选择性地连接到挤压机(36)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,同时向修剪区域(18)压紧保护板(22)并缠绕保护板(22)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,通过滚轴(37)压紧保护板(22);并且关于轴(A)旋转滚轴(37)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,每一个管道包含具有第一涂层(13)的金属圆柱(12),没有第一涂层的两个自由端;每一个自由端(15)与相邻管道的自由端(15)焊接,形成修剪区域(18)。
9.一种连接管道(3)制造水下管路(2)的设备;所述设备(23)包括:至少一个焊接单元,用于焊接沿轴(A)方向对齐的两个相邻管道(3)的自由端(15),以限定修剪区域(18);用于在修剪区域(18)周围缠绕保护板(22)的涂层单元(24);其特征在于,包括在靠近修剪区域(18)的连接台(11)处挤压保护板(22)的挤压机(36),涂层单元(24)包含挤压机(36),从而同时对修剪区域(18)挤压和施加保护板(22),挤压机(36)包含面向并靠近修剪区域(18)的挤压出口(38),包括用于使挤压出口(38)关于轴(A)旋转的装置(34,35,49),并且保持挤压出口(38)面向和靠近修剪区域(18),以便利用保护板(22)覆盖整个修剪区域(18)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其特征在于,包含控制单元(57),用于调节挤压出口(38)的挤压速度(Vp)和旋转速度(Vr),使二者形成函数关系。
11.根据权利要求9和10中任意一项所述的设备,其特征在于,挤压机(36)包含入口(39),通过所述入口向挤压机(36)提供膏状塑性材料。
12.根据权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,包含用于塑化塑性材料的塑化单元(25),并且该塑化单元选择性地连接到入口(39),以将塑化的塑性材料转移到挤压机(36)。
13.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其特征在于,包含滚轴(37),用于将保护板(22)压到修剪区域(18)上。
14.根据权利要求13所述的设备,其特征在于,滚轴(37)和挤压机(36)相适应,以在施加保护板(22)的同时压紧保护板(22)。
15.一种水下管路铺设船只,包括根据权利要求9至14中任意一项所述的管道连接设备(23)。
