本发明涉及一种干法风选强永磁磁选机,属于选矿设备技术领域。适用于 选别颗粒细小的磁性及弱磁性氧化铁矿物,尤其适用于炼铁、炼钢冶炼过程 中产生的含铁除尘灰资源的再生。 背景技术
在炼铁、炼钢过程中添加到炉内的原料约有2。/。转变为粉尘,炼钢含铁粉 尘主要由氧化铁组成,其余的则包括氧化物杂质(如氧化钙)和其它金属氧化
物(主要是锌的氧化物)。其含铁粉尘特性为:含铁品位平均在30~45%;低磁
性(磁性率FeO/TFeX 100%=16.01%<29%)、高氧化(氧化度TFe/FeOX 100%=6.28>3.5);颗粒细小(粒径分布大部分在200目~300目)。另外,含铁 除尘灰中的铁主要以三氧化二铁(Fe203)存在,而三氧化二铁(Fe203)属弱 磁性物质。
目前,为选别品位低,嵌布粒度细及矿物组成复杂的弱磁性矿物,已应用 了多种有一定效果的湿式强磁磁选机,如申请日为2007年10月26日、授权 公告号为CN200967018Y、名称为湿式永磁辊式强磁磁选机,该文件提到了对 弱磁性小粒度(<0.5mm)矿粉的水选。但湿式强磁磁选机存在的主要问题是 在磁选水洗时矿物易泥化或造成堵塞;不利于水资源的节约、处琿后的水容 易对环境造成二次污染。而且设备运行成本高,能耗也大。
现有的稀土永磁干式磁选机,虽然在简化结构和降低能耗等方面有所突破,但仍然存在所分离磁性矿物质富集后品位不高等问题,尤其是在加工矿 粉颗粒细小的难选矿时,这一问题更为突出。作为选别颗粒细小的磁性矿物 的分选设备,所分离的矿物纯度不高,又不能有效分离弱磁性矿物,势必会 影响到产品的品位、收得率,影响到企业的经济效益。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种干法风选强永磁磁选机,运用强
永磁磁场磁感应强度大于1T,采用干法风选的方式,选别颗粒细小(〈0.5mm) 的磁性及弱磁性氧化铁矿物,克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单 合理、能耗低、无环境污染、选别纯度高的干法风选强永磁磁选机。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案所述的一种干法风选强永磁磁选机,包括机 体和设于机体内的磁辊,所述机体设有进料口、出料口和抽气排灰口,所述 磁辊包括固定设置的辊芯和包裹在辊芯外周且可绕辊芯转动的辊皮,工作时 辊皮通过传动装置带动旋转,所述机体与辊芯设有磁区的半圆周面之间形成 的内部空间被挡板分割为从上至下、且相互连通的布料区、分选区和落料区; 所述挡板为不锈钢挡板,
所述机体上还设置有一个朝向分选区喷射气流的喷嘴装置,所述喷嘴装置 至少设有一个喷嘴,所述喷嘴装置的尾端为进气口;
所述辊芯的外圆周面一半圆周为磁区,另一半是非磁区; 所述辊芯上分为磁区和非磁区,所述磁区与布料区、分选区相对应设置。 作为对本发明的改进,所述磁区为多极永磁磁系,磁区的形状为条状,沿 轴向间隔排列,磁极的极性沿辊皮旋转方向交替排列,形成半圆周状。因极性交替辊皮表面的物质随着辊皮旋转时在磁力的作用下会产生磁翻现象,即 辊皮表面的物质会相对于辊皮滑动,有利于非磁性物质的清除。
所述磁区的磁场组合是由多个N、 S磁极组成,在N、 S磁极处的磁块表面 磁感应强度为1.2〜1.4T,在N极与S极之间的磁块表面磁感应强度为0.2〜 0. 6T。
所述辊皮和挡板由不锈钢制成,具有很好的透磁能力。 作为进一步的改进,所述抽气排灰口为两个,对称设置在喷嘴装置的上下
侧,当喷嘴装置的气流喷向磁区时,被吹起的非磁性物质随即被所述的两个

本发明的有益效果是:所述的干法风选强永磁磁选机克服了现有磁选技术 不能直接有效分选颗粒细小的弱磁性氧化铁矿粉的缺陷,设备能耗低,生产 运行成本低,选别纯度高,如经分选处理的除尘灰含铁品位可达TFe〉60%, 设备结构简单合理,操作方便。在分选过程中机体内始终保持负压状态,确 保粉尘无溢出,无二次环境污染。附图说明

具体实施方式
如图1所示, 一种干法风选强永磁磁选机,包括机体1和设于机体1内的
磁辊,机体1可安装在机架上。所述机体1设有进料口 3、出料口 12和抽气 排灰口 7,所述磁辊包括固定设置的辊芯2和包裹在辊芯2外周且可绕辊芯2 转动的辊皮5,工作时辊皮5通过传动装置(图中未表示)带动旋转,转速可 调。所述进料口 3固设于机体1的上方,出料口 12设于机体1的下方;所述 辊芯2的外圆周面一半圆周为磁区13,另一半是非磁区14;所述机体l与辊 芯2设有磁区13的半圆周面之间形成的内部空间被挡板分割为从上至下、且 相互连通的布料区4、分选区6和落料区11;进料口3与布料区4连通,出 料ni2接通落料区11,所述挡板有a、 b、 c、 d共四fe辊皮5为不锈f鹏 料制成,是非导磁材料,具有很好的透磁能力,
所述机体1上还设置有一个朝向分选区6喷射气流的喷嘴装置8,所述喷 嘴装置8至少设有一个喷嘴81,所述喷嘴装置的尾端为进气口 10;喷嘴的气 源为无水无油的压縮空气,工作时喷嘴对准磁区13的N、 S磁极,气源接入 喷嘴装置8的进气口 10,喷嘴中喷射出压縮空气,在压缩空气作用下,将物 料中的非磁性粉尘吹起,被吹起的非磁性粉尘随即通过抽气排灰口 7排入固 气分离器。为提高选别效率,可设置成多道喷嘴,这样就可实现一次进料多道分选。
如图2和图3所示,所述磁区13为多极永磁磁系,磁区13形状为沿轴向 的条状,磁极的极性沿辊皮5旋转方向交替排列。所述磁区N、 S磁极在圆周 方向呈交替排列,在N、 S磁极处的磁块表面磁感应强度为1.2〜1.4T,在N 极与S极之间的磁块表面磁感应强度为0. 2〜0. 6T。
从图1中可以看出,所述喷嘴装置8与抽气排灰口 7之间,设有孔状的补 气口9,主要是稀释机体内被吹起的灰的浓度;平衡机体内进气风量与抽气风 量;控制机体内压縮空气的流动方向。
当磁选机工作时,原料从进料口 3进入布料区4,被连续地、均匀地布 在辊皮5表面并随辊皮5 —起旋转进入分选区6,在分选区6经压縮空气分选, 在气流作用下将矿粉中的非磁性物质吹起,立即被抽风管道10吸走,排入固 气分离器(图中未画出),被磁区13强磁场吸住的高品位磁性氧化铁矿物及 弱磁氧化铁性矿物被旋转的辊皮5带到非磁区14,卸至出料口 12作为精矿粉 排出。

1、一种干法风选强永磁磁选机,包括机体(1)和设于机体(1)内的磁辊,所述机体(1)设有进料口(3)、出料口(12)和抽气排灰口(7),所述磁辊包括固定设置的辊芯(2)和包裹在辊芯(2)外周且可绕辊芯(2)转动的辊皮(5),其特征在于: A、所述进料口(3)固设于机体(1)的上方,出料口(12)设于机体(1)的下方; B、所述辊芯(2)的外圆周面一半圆周为磁区(13),另一半是非磁区(14); C、所述机体(1)与辊芯(2)设有磁区(13)的半圆周面之间形成的内部空间被挡板分割为从上至下连通的布料区(4)、分选区(6)和落料区(11); D、所述机体(1)上还设置有一个朝向分选区(6)喷射气流的喷嘴装置(8),所述喷嘴装置(8)至少设有一个喷嘴(81),所述喷嘴装置的尾端为进气口(10)。
2、 如权利要求1所述的干法风选强永磁磁选机,其特征在于:所述磁区 (13)为多极永磁磁系,磁区(13)形状为沿辊芯表面轴向的条状,磁极的极性沿辊皮(5)旋转方向交替排列。
3、 如权利要求2所述的干法风选强永磁磁选机,其特征在于:所述磁区 磁极辊皮(5)表面磁感应强度大于1T。
4、 如权利要求1所述的干法风选强永磁磁选机,其特征在于:所述辊皮 (5)和挡板由不锈钢制成。
5、 如权利要求1所述的干法风选强永磁磁选机,其特征在于:所述抽气排灰口 (7)为两个,对称设置在喷嘴装置(8)的上下侧。
6、 如权利要求1所述的干法风选强永磁磁选机,其特征在于:所述喷嘴(81)对准强磁系条状强磁区设置,所述进气口 (10)的气源为无水无油的压縮空气。
